The Optical Society of Southern California has used California Cookout a couple of times as caterer for our monthly meetings. We were extremely happy with their service. The food was delicious. Nathan and his entire team were beyond amazing. The food quality was so elevated and all of my guests raved over the meal. We chose the Santa Maria package and the trip tip with garlic aioli was especially a hit. They served generous portions, plus seconds and we still had food left over. I was so impressed! The servers were beyond friendly and served our 200 guests in such a timely manner. I was blown away by how prepared they were and how easy they made serving such a large party. Once they arrived they had everything ready to go like clock work and I felt zero stress regarding the meal. It was such a blessing to feel confident that they were in control and could handle everything efficiently. From the first phone conservation to the actual event Nathan handled everything so professionally and made me feel so at ease. I would hands down give them 10 stars if I could because of how far they exceeded my expectations. We will gladly use them again for future events and we highly recommend them. I had many of my guests asking for cards because they were so impressed with the food and the great service.
