Visited on Saturday the 14th of January and I still believe that the unfriendly guy serving at the till, charged me the wrong amount for a hamburger. I believe he charged me for a whole kids meal giving me only the hamburger. I attached my receipt for the manager to confirm this to me. Price of a single hamburger is normally 99p. Regardless of the charges the guy that served me clearly does not like his job as he was not friendly or helpful at all when I was ordering. I can not recommend this particular shop, it's sad because their products are better than McDonald's in my opinion. This particular shop could do better with the right people working.

Just been charged almost £16 for 2 cold junior Whopper meals without any of the extras I asked for. They said they’d ran out of large buns and would do Me a big burger in small buns. It was basically a poor man’s Mac Dees basic cheeseburger but almost 16 quid. Avoid or at the very least, check your bag thoroughly before U leave kiosk. Annoyed

Certainly not the best Burger King I’ve visited. The menu isn’t exactly visible, you have to wait till your at the till waiting to be served. It makes it difficult as they don’t serve the full menu and only ends up holding other customers being served. When I visited the soft drinks machine wasn’t working. However I had to explain to the server why I wanted a burger and then chips separately, as of course, I’m not going to pay for a drink I can’t have.

Probably the worst value for money I've spent. The fast food was too fast. Was my burger sat there waiting to be bought as it was colder than the platform I had to sit on whilst yet another train service gets cancelled. The 2 stars are for the hot fresh fries which I put in my gloves and socks to warm me up as 14 fries is hardly a meal is it.

Not great sadly, waited in line (there was one person in front of me and no queue of people waiting for food when I arrived) for 20 minutes and still wasn't served. Staff obviously weren't interested and I had to leave it to catch a train so I can't really say anything about the food since I never managed to get any! No idea what was going on but there were quite a few people behind me by the time I left and everyone seemed fairly frustrated - staff and customers.

Not awful but not good even by Burger King standards. Patty overdone, chips over salted, pretty slow. Extortionate pricing, jeez.

I ordered a chicken burger it was nice and basic it took about just five min , it closes at 8 pm , it is small brunch

Forget the railway station branches. Never have half the food on the menu available. Silly prices and kitchen staff that should be serving time for their lack of food prep and food heating skills. York rail branch gets a special shout out today for not having any chicken burgers available. If the US head honcho’s ever paid a visit to most UK branches they’d be shut down and licences revoked

Ossama was very friendly and helpful, food was very good but chips a bit too salty. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely appauling customer service!! Going for food with a group of friends, their orders came quick no issue. Mine however I waited 20 minutes for it to arrive. When approaching the front of house team I was met by a very rude individual which was evident she had 0 customer service skills. When asking who the manager was on shift she told me there is many but wouldn't however provide any names. Even your UberEat drivers was cancelling customers orders because the wait time was horrendous. Whilst I appreciate its a new team it really needs sorting before it closes for good. Avoid until they actually have a shift manager that can train their staff properly... you can't teach manors! Poor parenting

Absolutely abysmal customer service from the server Jake. Spoke to myself and my partner like rubbish when serving us. He didn’t even crack a smile once while serving. I have been served by the server Jake before and he was the same on that occasion. Customer service training is clearly needed!

Served today by Melissa, very warm and welcoming, very quick with the order when I was in a rush to get a train, a refreshing change to what is usually a very bland experience with other fast food vendors.

This burger king is top tier, never been let down. The manager Tom is ace , thank you for your service 🫡. Onions rings were exquisite.

I just ran at these guys demanding food within 5 minutes else ill miss my train. I didnt even tell them what i wanted just asked for food and fast. The lads sorted me out sharpish, boss burgers, boss service, boss timing.

The Whopper was tasty with good veg. Staff were really polite. If you are stuck at York and want something to eat, this is a great choice.

My train from Liverpool to York had been delayed & missed my connection to Huntingdon. Grabbed a double cheese burger quickly but couldn’t wait for fries to be cooked. The chap at the till sorted out a few fries to keep me going. What a star 🤩

After a long day of travelling, to be greeted and provided service with a smile, was a lovely way to end the day. Thanks to Josh B for ending the day on a happy note and for the great customer service! Only reason for the 4 stars was because the burger was a little dry :-( but all in all, happy customer. The guy behind the counter was serving 1 customer every 5 minutes inbetween talking to his mate worse service I've had for a while and the food wasn't that hot when I finally got it. Good job I had a hour between changing trains

I was served earlier by one of the members on till called jay I believe he was great made sure I got my meal as quick as possible as I was in a rush lovey guy!!

Dismal. I don't expect much from a station but this was awful. No menu other than ads for £12 specials. I eventually managed to order a bacon double cheeseburger on its own. £6.10. Dry and cold. I wish I'd gone to Sainsbury's. Brings the brand into disrepute. Avoid.

Usually buy from a major competitor but for convenience called at B. King drive in. We were pleasantly surprised by the quickness of service, efficiency and politeness of the young man that served us.

food was great here. im not a big fan of burger king but my partner is and he dragged me here before our train service was speedy with us being seen very quickly and the food made being fresh and made quickly. another note is the lovely young girl with a trainee badge im not 100% but i believe she said her name was leah!

Filthy, doesn’t matter how busy you are there was enough staff to send one out to restaurant. Staff ignorant and management lacking. I’d rather wait one more minute for food to be able to eat at a clean table, I was ignored 3 times when I asked for something to wipe the table with. Heavily prioritised the drive thru over families that had been sat in restaurant waiting longer. Why have a counter if no staff are going to tend to it, waited in no queue for 15mins for order to be taken, I have a disability which prevents me from using machines.

Food was made to order but was still cold and poor quality. Don’t understand if you make to order how it can be cold. Very disappointed, will not use again.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was quick so I managed to catch my train on time!! It's a small unit but has lot of options available, Definitely would recommend if you are hungry! :)

Great service, all very friendly and helpful. Food was ready really fast and it was just as expected in burger king. I'd work a way to let customers check the menu easier; screens are deep inside and you end up over the counter to see them. Thanks!

Ordered a meal on route to travelling to Liverpool today, service was great and the staff were really pleasant and chatty. Food was divine and cooked to perfection as always! Would definitely recommend this Burger king and it definitely beats the microwaved foods from the cafes in the station by far!!

Got a whopper meal not as they used to be smaller burgers substandard bread bun and portion of chips the coke more water than coke not worth 8 pound 49 definitely won't be going there again

Convenient location to grab some lunch before hopping on a train. Quick service - waited less than 5 minutes between ordering and receiving food (which is important when you've a train to catch).

Didn't give me the right soda I ordered + didn't give me the Spicy Mayo I also ordered. But worst of all was that my bacon and cheese crispy chicken didn't have bacon or cheese in it 1 ★, don't eat here

First visit to Burger King Clifton Moor since it reopened! So disappointed! No wonder it burned down! Everything tasted of burnt oil or was as dry as a bone! Looked forward to the Chilli Cheese bites all day, but they were nasty! Should have known when it was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon! Lesson learned!
