The best bob evans I have ever been to, the wait staff is incredible and the food is amazing! Highly recommend going for breakfast or dinner. Everyone was very accommodating and the General Manager was very sweet!

Horrible service, two times in a row I have been denied seating. The first time we were told it would be a "20 minute wait. We have one server and she is overwhelmed." We waited 20 minutes outside before we went back in. We were than told it would be another 20 minutes. First of all, you're a server at a Bob Evan's I don't understand how you are "overwhelmed". Second of all, there should be more than one server working at this establishment. The second time we were denied seating we were told it would be a "15 - 20 minute wait." We explained a bit irritated how we have had this problem before. The server then said in a sarcastic tone, "I'm so sorry about that." We left immediately in a rush as we were pissed. This shouldn't happen at any place, no matter how busy. We will never been coming back and will be going to the Bob Evan's in Saint Clairesville instead. The menus are updated with more options and better tasting food, with extremely nice service. I wouldn't ever recommend coming here for a nice meal.

Place was absolutely filthy. Dirt on the floors tables were filthy bathroom was absolutely atrocious. We waited for our food that sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes service was very slow and food was not the best. I definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever there is many other restaurants just a little ways out the road I would push farther to find somewhere else.

We went out for breakfast. I like their omelet with the onion and two different kind of peppers it comes with ham but I like it without ham .cause the week before we went to the one in Steubenville. Plus I bought two coffee cups. The service was very good. Me my husband and my daughter and her boyfriend went to Bob Evans for breakfast

Got a salad and get back to work and I have one thing of dressing and it’s half empty… the salads are not small. It usually comes with two, and one would be fine if it was actually a full container.. 😒

Our waitress Sarah was such a sweetheart. She was so nervous about being a newer waitress, but she did awesome. The food was awesome, hot, and came out quickly. Sarah was on top of refilling drinks and checking on us. Would highly recommend the Bob Evan's in Bridgeport, Ohio.

Awesome service. We had a waitress that gave my son a free chocolate cake with his "kid sundae" he ordered. It was his 11th birthday. Great food.

First time I went here we got seated fast but it took 30 minutes for our waitress got over to our table I think she was trying to warm up by the heat lamps waiting on a customer food that whole time and when she finally got to our table we order our drinks and she was trying to leave but we stopped her to order our food since waiting there we already knew what we wanted we watched customers come in after us and leave before our food even hit our table so the next few times as long as I didn't get that waitress everything was great it is just that 1 waitress

We used to love to go to this restaurant...lately is been very disappointing...food isn't the same.. my biscuits tasted like salt...I have never seen eggs cooked the way my husband received them and service was poor

Lots of food per plate!! So good, but I couldn't finish!! Casey was our server!! WOW! She's great!!

I called at 6pm to place a carryout order for 8pm. When I arrived it was 7:50pm, by the time I got my order it was 8:20pm. What was the point of even making a carryout order if it wasn't ready? Instead of leaving work right away and grabbing my dinner, I had to wait 30 minutes for an order that should have already been finished and ready. When I asked about my order the first time ( I waited 10 minutes), the woman handling my order ( Aubrey ) said " sorry it will be a few mins" well those minutes turned into more minutes. When I asked again, she walked into the back to talk to manager and was gone for awhile. When she came back again, all she could say was sorry. I wasn't compensated for my time or my wait and on top of that, no one could explained or bother to tell me that my order wasn't even worked or started on. While she was nice, her lack of communication was terrible. While the food was good, the service was terrible and I will not be back to this location. If you want better service and a better experience, you're better off driving to st clairsville or wheeling. No one should have to wait half an hour for a carryout order, especially if called in advance.

Bob Evans in martins ferry was very nice. My husband, son, and my grandparents all went to enjoy ourselves there on this past Sunday. Both our host and waiter were very nice and polite. The bathrooms surprisingly were very clean despite a very busy Sunday and the food was good. I have had not so great experiences with the one in st c but this one I left feeling happy and content with the entire experience. The only thing I would work on is maybe thinking a little bit more geared on elderly my grandma has a hard time walking and it was far back to the table and she had to use the bathroom and it was clear back on the other side of restaraunt so when seating elderly or disabled and you see they have a can or trouble getting around try to seat them towards the front of the restaraunt where everything is going on. That's my only complaint and it isn't really even a complaint it's just a thing I learned to pass on. But overall a great experience

I couldn't even sit down! I was told there was a wait and I couldn't sit down. I left after hearing that. Not coming back. Would not recommend. 😒

I've been ordering from this location for the past year. Unfortunately it's the only restaurant that will deliver to my area that isn't pizza. The food quality is getting worse and portions are getting more skimpy. I gave them one more chance and once again the order was missing items and the chicken was rubbery. I didn't get any avocado in my avocado chicken. My side of corn was missing. They didn't give me any butter for the rolls. They gave me a half filled small container of gravy for the family sized mashed potatoes. This meal cost me over $100! I will NOT be ordering from them ever again! TERRIBLE!!!

Wife's birthday picked up dinner so we didn't have to cook. Bought family meal, advertised as feeds 6 people's. Broccoli portions out to 2 maybe 3... but the real atrocity 2 day old sell by date on the pumpkin bread...
