Went there Sunday try their new country steak overcooked the gravy was bland and gooey the only thing that was good was the coleslaw

Haven't visited our local Bob Evans lately. Last visit before this one we noticed a decline in food, service and cleanliness. Only reason we went this time was we wee given a gift card. Glad we did go. I would have to assume the management changed or ownership. Good service, it was cleaner and food was alot better. Thank you to whomever saved it from decay. This particular restaurant was once our "to go" place. Thank you.

We go there every time we visit my daughter at west liberty. Food is always good. Service can be a tad slow but only because they are so busy. They try really hard and have a great attitude.

Ordered a dinner and got a kids meal, with only half of what is advertised.cold bread and melted butter, no lemons no scallons and no crayons for the kids and just left disappointed and hungry

Great place. I asked for more whipcream for my pancakes and she brought out a bowl! Food was good, service was great. It was a great meeting place to catch up with family too!

Went with my cousin it was delicious and order the caramel apple pancakes

The bar where I sat had a menu and fresh silverware but under the menu was sticky. Otherwise it was a nice relaxing lunch

Wheeling on 40 ..was heading some where else.. as soon as we seen Bob's Evens we CHANGED OUR MINDS.. Very relaxing atmosphere ..did not feel rushed ..food hot and a lot.. Everyone was Great

Just a few steps from the hotel in Wheeling WV. Very nice atmosphere. Service was excellent. The food was cooked perftly, and has great taste with just the right portions.

I'm 63 years old and that was the worst two meals I've ever paid money for. We will definitely not be going back.

I purchased a breakfast which included french toast. My server never brought syrup even after asked. As I ate my dry french toast, I discover several areas of hardened egg on the plate. The egg is the yellow. Is incredible that this happened. This plate was handled by the dishwasher, cook and server, and no one noticed or cared about this. I wonder about the silverware!

Girlfriend and I both were meeting up for dinner before I headed to work. We sat down at a quarter after four. We were the second table being waited on. We both ordered soup and the wildfire salad. Didn't get our food until 530. The salad came with 4 small pieces of chicken. Didn't have time to sit and eat. We had to immediately get to go boxes.

Waited for 30 minutes only three tables in use our waitress never put our kids order in never came back for our order and went home.Instead of manager coming out they sent hostess over to apologize

Really good, and much better than other Bob Evan's I've been to. For a good breakfast, and good customer service I recommend this place.

Our visit was amazing, we stopped by on our vacation for a bite to eat before heading home. The food was amazing and our server was very nice and attentive of our table, she made sure we were well taken care of. This was our first visit to a Bob Evans and we will definitely have to stop by again if we are in the area.

Literally as I'm waiting for my "curbside" order, inside, 15 minutes after the pickup time I was given online there is another woman here that's been waiting 30 minutes for chicken tenders. All employees have been out for their smoke breaks during this time, and a manager might or might not be here. I actually wrote this review while I was waiting. Still waiting.

Always good. Great food, great service. The only problem Is location. Sometimes it is tough to get into the parking lot if there is a lot of traffic.

Eggs are overcooked, I didn't get silverware for my take out and the toast isn't toasted. will never eat or order from here again.

I had to send my hash Browns back they were burnt. My toast was also a little burnt. My boyfriend's food was also overcooked. Our waitress was very friendly and did a good job.

Food was so good! We tried the new turkey sandwiches with cranberry and dressing and we will definitely get them again. Jennifer was an excellent server at this Bob Evans.

Excellent food as always. Having a rare late breakfast with my wonderful wife. Service was very good as well. A little understaffed at the front counter but only had to wait a few minutes to be seated.

Well first off you gave me and my wife dirty silver ware...then you forgot my salad but u didn't forget to put it on my bill and all I got was a I'm sorry? From someone with a blank expression ppl testing positive daily and y'all serving dirty spoons do better Bob Evans I love y'all but do better!

I personally love this Bob Evans location. They have the best cooks and the people are just so friendly!! Always go to this one. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Food was good but they to clean the place. The blinds were very dirty. It looks like they have never been cleaned and that was on all of them. Then with the coffee the milk creamer had dirt in it

One of my personal favorite breakfasts if you're looking for something simply good with no frills. They've actually added mimosas to the menu recently for my brunch people which made me really excited because asking me to get out of bed and out to breakfast before noon is really a task but your girl HEAVILY enjoys a brunch. They also make some mean homemade biscuits!

Went 2 nights in a row and walkednout both nights. No one waited or acknowledged me at my table....2 nights because I had a gift certificate I wanted to use.

Food was good place was dirty. Dirty restrooms all the way around. One could see the dirt on the stainless steel appliances, doors windows... just plan dirty they need to have everyone so a deep cleaning seriously.
