The people who work there are so nice and so helpful. The young lady at the front desk (Chazz) is a pleasant person and Paul that's with her is such a nice person to chat with. He told me which pubs go to in town,and all were good. The rooms are nice and clean. Thanks guys for making my first stay in Young totally relaxing.

We stayed here on 4 separate occasions while house hunting in Young. The owners are always friendly. We have stayed in the family room (queen bed and 2 singles); 2 different queen rooms and an executive room (free upgrade as they were quiet). All rooms were reasonably priced, clean, showers had good pressure(you have to wait a little for the hot water to come through). Towels are fluffy. There is a microwave and tea and coffee facilities. Also, included is a continental breakfast in the breakfast room - cereals, toast, juice, tea and coffee. Young has a good selection of eateries - Italian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, fish and chips, Domino's, KFC, Subway, Maccas - all within a short walk from here. We are happy to stay here any time.

customer service was abysmal. staff were hostile and racist from the get-go. when we made a polite query about the room allocation, staff immediately responded with passive-aggressive threats of cancellation and breach of privacy. on the other hand they were perfectly civil and warm towards other (not visibly brown or muslim) customers. the room was host to several flies. the bathroom facilities were severely cramped with a shallow washbasin and leaky shower faucet — not to mention the broken door locks. when we reported this to the front office, they once more aggressively pressured us to cancel our booking. it was clear that they would be happy to see us out. we took on their generous advice and cancelled our booking within minutes of checking in. do not recommend to anyone seeking a welcoming or hospitable experience. if you are so resentful about running the service you offer why stay in business? better yet, if there is an implict racial policy about which kind of customers you provide accommodations to, please declare your segregationism clearly on your listings and save both customers and yourselves the strife :)

Great place, very neat and tidy. Convenient. This place is close to groceries and amenities and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is very cooperative and nice to talk to. We enjoyed our stay. We went recently (winters), so just a suggestion to save their energy costs : the doors have little gap (on side) which lets the outside cold air in. Your AC was great it made the room very warm in no time but if a small strip to seal it from bunnings is applied then the motel would save in energy bills. We also had self serve complimentary breakfast which was basic but good. Overall very good experience. Thanks.

Nice enough staff.. although not recommended if you work nightshift... the cleaners bang and bash around. Not really much they can do I guess. But it would be nice if they tried to quiet down a little.

Rudest conversation I have ever had on the phone in my life with management. I called the wrong motel number to the place I had booked and was simply asking about my booking, they were exceptionally rude and complained I called twice when I had not realised they answered the first time. DO NOT GO HERE. RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO.

Very bad experience the only motel in the world that does not offer a late check in we showed up 10 mins after closing time after telling them an hour before we will be 10 mins late showed up and no one to be seen got in contact with owner and he would not let us in left my family with a 3 year old and less than 1 year old out on street was not very happy at all we had to sleep in our car for the night will definitely never recomend to anybody or ever return

The person managing is very rude and not at all friendly. His mind set is if you are interested stay else take money and leave. This place is not for family or day long stay. Somehow earned good reviews earlier and still trying to sell with it. Room floors have pest ( small cockroaches ). Not recommended if you are planning a good holiday. Consider only if wanna a quick sleep and move away.

Very comfortable and a location that is an easy walk to town. The facilities were useful for travellers with free use of guest laundry, and a generous continental breakfast included. Safe parking and clean bright rooms.

Manager (PAUL), was the rudest hospitality employee I have ever have ever had the misfortune to meet. If you want my advice NEVER stay here, the other motels have very pleasant staff, only to willing to help. I'd rather drive home or to another town before I would stay at this place again. I'm currently staying in motels 2-3 nights a week, so believe me, when I say, I will NEVER stay here again !!

Wonderful overnight stay here. Paul the host was very friendly from the outset. The room was very clean, bathroom updated looking brand new, air con worked a treat, excellent Smart TV, WiFi worked very efficiently, lots of power points and nice space in the room. There’s a washing machine and dryer if you need to clean clothes on the run. Breakfast was superb choice from 5 cereals, different types of bread for toast, juice, coffee machine and fruit packs. The room was a nice setting. It’s a very short walk to the main street and very quiet location. If you’re passing through on the Olympic Highway area I would most certainly stop at Cherry Blossom Motel.

Average motel. You can find better in Young. Witnessed the manager speaking to another guest in a terrible manner. Super awkward.

Excellent motel at Young. Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast. Ask for a room further back in the Motel as front rooms are close to the highway which can be noisy.

This modest motel is just how a motel should be...welcoming, scrupulously clean with a comfortable bed. All these things plus complimentary breakfast and laundry. Not five star luxury, but recommended!

Old white man at the reception was being rude from the moment we entered. He was racist due to me wearing a headscarf. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Don’t recommend anyone to stay there.

We were disappointed when we entered our room, we were expecting more Cherry themed decor. What we got was modern and minimalist. Simply couldn't believe the plumbing of the toilet in the bathroom. My husband, an ex plumber, had never seen such a botched job. There was no view, except of the railway line and a motor overpass. However, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast adequate.

We have just stayed at this lovely Motel and were greeted by a wonderful lady at check in which was so easy,Our room was lovely and clean well presented with everything that you would need for a perfect stay,The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet,The continental breakfast that was very generous for what they offer,Motel very close to shops and food places which you can walk to.We would stay again 10/10.

Very friendly staff, great spacious rooms and great service. The location is very convenient as there's plenty of shops within walking distance. I'd come back again any time, highly recommended.

The hosts were very, very nice and friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. There was free continental breakfast and free wifi. Shops are within walking distance. Overall, we had a GREAT experience at this motel. Will stay again and I am definitely happy to recommend this place to anyone who might be travelling to the area.

Staff are awesome but some guests were very loud at all hours of the morning.
