    I love to stop by here on the weekends on my cheat day, right after picking up groceries for the week. I ordered a #2 just the sandwich, when Liliana asked if I had ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich, I repeated my order. She offered to fix it but I thought, "**** it, I may as well take it to save some time" I got home and a portion of the chicken breast was raw, and the texture was very firm. I called to have it replaced, went back and Liliana offered my original order. She was very professional and I apologize for not allowing her to fix it. I "****ed around, found out" to save myself a few minutes of my day. Honestly, I love all the food here and I wanted to thank you all for working in customer service. It's rough, the pay isn't enough for what you go through each day. Thank you for providing me a quick meal and providing comfort food in these stressful weeks in our lives. Your work does a lot, and most people underapprectiate your jobs. Stay strong and work together as much as you can. ❤️

    Went thru the drive thru for lunch. I made a request for no mayo on my burger. But, of course when I got home and checked there's the mayo. Why am I complaining? Because I'm allergic to it! If I had decided to take a bite before I made it home, I would've went into a severe allergy reaction and hopefully be able to pull over and use my pen. It's important for orders to be correct. I guess I'll stay out of the drive thrus

    This location has gone downhill….I was reluctant to review in the past because I wanted to keep giving them opportunities to make up for the wasted value we’ve been receiving when choosing this location for something to eat ! I might as well eat at McDonalds because at least you know what you’re getting when you pay so little. But not here at Sonic ! You pay an exorbitant amount and end up with hardly any chili like in the picture ! In the past, there would be so much chili and it was delicious ! I’m not sure if we’re gonna go back with all of the other food options that are now popping up here in Surprise. It’s sad to say to be honest….

    Check your receipts!!! I ordered my kids food and tipped and read what info they put for “customer info” shiny whale? What the??The worst part is that my 14 yo daughter is the one that noticed it and asked why the employees names were all weird thinking it was an employee nickname not what the employees typed to identify their customers

    Cheeseburger was made fresh because I wanted a burger in the morning, onion rings best I've had in a long time. Cherry Limeade no one can copy, it's not as good as Sonics. Sonics makes the best Cherry Limeade. The shakes are soooo good.

    When we ordered the grilled cheese double hamburger (as seen on TV) special, we kind of expected more than cold cheese slices slapped on the burger patties. We had reasoned that the cheese slices would be heated enough to have melted somewhat. Twice we've gotten food here and not been impressed either time. Once more shot.

    The service here compared to my previous experiences in the past with this location put the nail in the coffin. Got medium fries with this meal and they’re not even medium nor fresh. Manager shouldn’t be micromanaging the new guy and should be in the kitchen. The new guy was fantastic with his customer service. But this is dreadful. Won’t be coming back unless under new management!!! This shrinkflation on the other hand is getting ridiculous. $46.33 for a double cheeseburger, two bacon cheeseburger toasters, two medium fries, a small fry (which looks less than a small, more like minuscule) Jr burger, ched’r peppers which got smaller too.

    Years ago I would come to Sonic for my all-time favorite classic snacks; a grilled cheese sandwich. Sonic is the only fast food place that has it but they might as well take it off the menu now. It used to be made with Texas toast (a thicker bread) and actually had cheese on it! I went to this Sonic the other day for a grilled cheese and chili cheese tots. After 15 years of going Sonic for grilled cheese I'm officially done, the Brad was very thin and there wasn't even cheese on it, pathetic!!

    Stopped for an ice cream cone. Good size and pricing. The layout though? You can barely fit a normal sized truck in the stalls. The sign shows where mirrors drag across them. Also how is the ordering process not just a touchscreen? Why do I have to hit the red button and wait 3 minutes for someone to answer? Lastly back to the stallls. They’re so small the food runner can’t even get into it to deliver the food so they’re forced to learn over the ordering menu to try to pass you’re food to you. I saw more than one item get mishandled and hit the ground.
