My boyfriend and I go to this location at least 2-3 times a week and get the exact same drinks both with an extra shot of espresso. Today I went and happened to get my father in law a coffee as well, his was the only drink with out an extra shot. When the drinks came out I asked which one didn’t have the extra shot. The worker responded saying “oh I didn’t put an extra shot in any of them” how many times have I paid for extra shots and not gotten them? I wouldn’t have realized it if I hadn’t gotten my father in law a coffee. On top of that the lid on one of the drinks was defective, the lid came off while driving and the drink spilt in my car. When I got home I tried several times to get the lid back on and could not no matter what I tried. Even recorded it because of how ridiculous it was. Absolutely terrible experience.

It’s super unfortunate how much me & my family visit this location being said it’s around the corner from the house. My wife comes home upset at least 3 times a week trying to order simple coffee. Especially since she’s a regular there ( almost everyday) it’s almost disrespectful that not only her coffees always trashed but mine as well. I can understand you guys get busy but it’s common courtesy to take care of your regulars. Especially when we’ve contacted corporate multiple times about the same issue. ( still have yet to get a response from owner ) Are we the problem or is Dutch bros? Because the way this is being handled is making us feel like our money or any future inconvenience isn’t appreciated & will not be addressed at this location.

I usually get a pink flamingo rebel hand blended extra sweet, and when I received my drink this evening it looked different than normal and when I took a sip out of it, it was very acidic and not sweet at all. normally this location is really good that’s why I come here every day before work but when I’m paying eight dollars a drink I should get what I’m asking for.

This location is off Bell & Litchfield Rd in Surprise. There are 2 drive-thru lanes. 1 for Compact cars because of the sharp curve and the other for regular vehicles. There were atleast 6 people taking orders. Which should mean you can get through all the cars waiting in line. Nope. All 6 were around a car talking for 10mins. Literally 10mins. That's fine you want to talk but how about the other cars in line. Take our order then go back and talk to them. When done talking did they come to us and the other cars? No. They all went back inside. Finally 1 girl came out and took the remaining orders. Line seemed to move pretty fast after that but out drinks were watered-down. Not thick like we are used to. I always get a blended rebel and there was no thickness at all. Sure, I could have turned around and gone back to make them fix it, but the line was drama enough that we were turned off. We are huge Dutch Bros customers that like to check out other locations and see how service & drinks are. I won't be coming back to this location unfortunately.

If they’re going to have two drive through lanes they should serve both at the same speed. The other lane went through TWICE the amount of cars with someone outside taking orders before my line ever moved. Make sure you have 45 minutes to wait in line if you come here.

Probably has the worst drive thru system ever, Me and some other customers behind me was waiting patiently waiting for good 15mins and suddenly someone cut us off. I told the staff that takes the order that the car in front of me cut the line but she just smiled at me. I left the line. Fix the drive thru system if you guys can’t monitor it, make sure the people know where the line starts. It was frustrating.

All the workers there are always super nice and cheery. And the coffee is always great def a good late night or early morning spot to go. Just a little expensive.

Golden eagle Chai was super good. Cookies and creme breve was not made right. If you think going up in person will be faster then waiting in your car you will be mistaken. Just wait in the line

I love Dutch Bros! Great coffee and drink selection, super tasty too! Friendly staff, efficient service. Walk up or drive thru, the option is yours for how to enjoy an awesome drink and/or delicious food. - The only downside is that it can get busy and the drive thru lines long with limited space

I don't know why, I order a white coffee mocha with whip cream and birthday sprinkles... everytime...I have yet to get it served correctly. Yesterday they topped it cinnamon, had to throw it out because it seemed they just dumped the powder and added some liquid

I love Dutch and have it pretty often. My go to is typically the cold brew with sf vanilla, but I also LOVE an iced green tea with strawberry, watermelon add coconut and peach drizzle on days I’m not avoiding sugar. Service is usually great at this location and since they’ve opened a few other locations nearby the lines here aren’t as rough and long as they used to be. This is a drive thru location only so can’t talk to much about decor. They do offer a shaded outdoor patio.

I haven't been here in a while and was the only one there, so wanted to take a minute to see the menu. I had this lady with an IPad rushing me like she didn't have time or patience to wait, so I just ended up getting a basic drink, which actually was like wagered down coffee. Very disappointing!

Megan the red haired shift manager wouldn't let me get my pregnancy craving drink even though they had everything to make it. sucks cause every single other dutch bros I go to in phx, every day, make it without issue. won't be back here

The first part of the experience was not that great but the employ Avi totally made up for that. He was super sweet and very patient with us. When we had told him about some of the parts that had made the first half unejoyable he listened kindly and told us he would work on fixing the problem to the best of his ability’s. Plus the drinks were so good!!

Loved it! The seasonal drinks were delicious, but the wait was a bit long for walk up. It was Black Friday, so that played into it, of course,and in the end, all our drinks were wonderful. I would visit again when I'm back in the Surprise area.
