    High price for low quality food my fries were still hard and cold as they were not fully cooked as you can see the transparent potatoes in the photo, very disappointed. The car in front of us ordered 2 large bags full of items making us wait for 10+ minutes as they went through every item . . Miss the good old days of dine in and fast drive up service.

    Always great the business!! Especially, I really appreciate the staff for their hard work on a very busy Saturday with crazy hot summer. I clearly know about the chaos situation at that time. Nevertheless, it is very impressive to see them doing their best. Highly recommend this professional business.

    Seriously the worst meal I've ever had from Chickfila. My SO wanted McD's, and I was like "gezus, anything but that", so she said here. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, and we both wanted some nuggets so got a family pack of 20, expecting like a big box of some reasonably sized nuggets. These were like the trimmings from the chicken nuggets, like some kind of popcorn chicken and mostly breading. We both looked at it with a grimace, and she apologized in advance of my saying anything. Family pack indeed, maybe for gerbils. My sandwich was sad, mushy and sorta weird, and I left the nuggets for her as that was hardly a meal for 2 people let alone a family. For the damn price, next time she says McD's, I'll say hell yes, I don't hate their spicy chicken sandwich at a fraction of the cost. Sad what the world is coming to these days.

    I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A's drive-through. Not only was my order delivered promptly, but the food was also delicious. The staff was efficient and ensured that everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal on the go!

    I was recently hanging out in Peoria and decided to drop by Chick-fil-A. I am always impressed to see a crew work under pressure they handled the guest in line as well as the guests in the Drive-Thru. The food was spot-on as usual. I did not catch the employee's name but he was a certified trainer this guy was awesome he was helpful and friendly as he delivered food to the dining area.

    Most the time I just get drive-through at Chick-fil-A but it has got to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Thanks Chick-fil-A for the continued great food and wonderfully positive staff. PS I love what you’ve been doing with your mobile ordering. At one of my main locations, there are mobile order lanes that are much faster than waiting in line with everybody that didn’t place a mobile order.

    Rude owner and terrible customer service from supervisor and owner Leo. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a salad, unfortunately it was put in wrong and I asked for it to be changed while still in the drive thru and it was still given to me wrong. My boyfriend went inside to ask for it to be corrected and the owner Leo was very rude to him and lectured him on how expensive it is and how he needs to make sure he orders it correctly the first time. And then Leo proceeded to go complain to an employee behind the counter about my boyfriend. They then proceeded to give me the wrong salad again. So I went in this time and just asked for a refund. Supervisor that helped wasn’t very kind either. She went to Leo and he came to me and was very rude once again to me saying that it was my boyfriend’s fault for ordering it wrong again (even if this is true, this is unacceptable customer service). I work in customer service every day and am very disappointed in how the people in charge of this establishment handled this easy situation. I even tried to mention this to the supervisor and she cut me off.

    I got together with some old friends and we spent about 4 hours catching up here! The staff were cordial and helpful. We were never bothered about leaving and they even refilled and brought us out drinks. The food was delicious and I am only too excited to come back. The chicken nuggets were great and of course the French fries were amazing.

    RACIST EMPLOYEES!!! My brown friend felt discriminated the old bald janitor man didn’t even look at her or say excuse me when he was trying to squeeze in between us. On top of that, instead of helping us, he asked the group of white teen girls if they needed help even though WE WERE THERE FIRST!! We waited 30 minutes for a pick up order and they didn’t help us whatsoever. There was only 1 employee that was helping us and he was brown as well. Be careful POC

    Fries were terrible. Tasted like the potatoes were warmed in the grease and put in the container. Not crispy at all. The rest of the meal was good. Probably avoid this location in the future.

    Wait is too long for them to not be able to take an order right. Ordered grilled nuggets, Mac and cheese and a sandwich. Got home and had fried nuggets which is hard for me to eat with GERD. Since it was already a long wait and passed 8 I had to opt for not eating anything else or exchanging it. Attempted to call because it was after all an inconvenience and a waste of money and was told to go to the app and reach out to support. Truth is I’d rather just write this review. It’s crazy how they are so nice at the window but on the phone could care less about messing up your order. Good customer service Antonio! Not.

    Every year, I take my daughter to Chick Fil A for her birthday. We dont go often but when it comes to her birthday we go here for some great people, great food, and a nice little time in the playground. Its a nice simple tradition that we cherish and look forward to. It started out great, there was no balloons available but I had hard time finding them to buy too due to helium shortage so i understand. We had our meal, ate it and the kids went ahead played in the play ground. The turning point happened after i ordered a single ice cream cone to wrap up our day. I stood there waiting...and waiting....as my kids came up to me and asked wheres the ice cream i just stood there in shock as people who ordered after me get their food and milk shakes. I started paying closer attention to the workers as I was waiting. The atmosphere wasnt the fun cheerful people like how it use to be. The workers aren't smiling like they use to, they dont greet you at the door anymore and unless I was a high school girl, they dont check up on you as quickly. As I continued to wait, another lady came up and said her order was missing fries. Careless mistake I never seen them do before. After i finally made some eye contact and got asked what I was waiting for, then the ice cream came out. I went back to finish it with my kids to wrap up our night. Its just sad the lively Chick Fil A was just not what it use to be. It might be time for a new birthday tradition.

    I came in to order 2 order 30 counts chicken nuggets and it was over cooked. I called to get an exchange because it was a long drive back but the manager did not solve the problem. I am very mad because it was a large order. I will never go there again. Sorry bad Custumer service too.

    Them mobile pick up area is a bit chaotic. I think it's because they wait to prepare your order until you arrive. I had already paid, so it must be a QC procedure. I get it, but there must be a more organized way of handling pick up orders. I may have had better timing using the drive thru. The food is always good. Staff is always friendly.
