Jarrett hands-down has the best personality and customer service ever!! It’s nice to see someone enjoy their job. Even tho I arrived tired Jarrett's upbeat personality made me want to be on the same level. Excellent food and excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful night.

We Stopped here after driving 16 hrs back from Mt Shasta and we got home and then unloaded the food. The food: huge portions. I spent $130 plus left tip for take out. The food was bland I had to add seasonings and sauce to the spaghetti. The garlic bread was not toasted I toasted it myself. The green beans had an off color and were bland. I had high hopes having been on the road starving but will not return.

Wow. We hadn't been here in 5 years and we don't plan to ever return. The food was gross. We started off with a $20 apple gorgonzola salad and it was old iceberg lettuce with some nasty dressing. We swapped that for antipasto salad, which wasn't much better. The $30 spicy chicken rigatoni tasted very blah. The chicken had zero seasoning and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The noodles were overcooked. And the sauce was bizarre. The best part about our dinner was the free bread. And to top it off, the other diners around us were overly loud and obnoxious with screaming kids and complaints about the dentist. Thankfully our waitress was sweet and understanding, but it wasn't enough to convince us to ever come back.

This place is awesome!! The prices are super accessible for the amount of food you get, portions are meant to be split, so be careful while ordering you might order more than you will eat 🤪 also, the atmosphere is so nice, and the decoration is great! This restaurant is hugeeee, so it can fit large parties very easily. But, most important the food 🤤🤤 I tried several plates and oh God, everything was amazing 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Our server, Jarrett was awesome I give him also five start ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is shared portions so they are very large! The small is meant for 3 people to share and the large for 5. Our server, Jarrett was energetic, attentive and fast! 5/5 stars for Jarrett but food was probably just 4/5 stars. Thanks for the experience!

First timer, party of 7. The food portions were quite large, we had 4 pasta dishes they were very good, and I had the pepperoni pizza. The pizza favors, and cheeses, were good, but the crush needed a few more minutes cooking time. The walls and ceilings, were covered with a lot of historical images, might be a little to much to take in. But maybe that's the idea. Our server was Rudy, he was great, and took care of us.

This is a Experience you won't forget. The atmosphere is Rock Star status. Lots of parking and well lit. There are lots of seating and two stories. Big, however, easy menu to use. This is built for two people. So, if your by yourself. You are taking food home. Huge portions and great bread. There are lots of cool themed areas and great pictures. Kid friendly, and the service is Fantastic If I had to say anything that I would like to see diffrent is there is no Italian music..more modern hip and rock. However, nothing that makes the experience different. Highly recommended. Little more expensive. However, for what you get, it's worth it.

Excellent food from beginning to end. Enjoyed a red wine sangria to start followed by prosciutto stuffed mushrooms which were very good. The salmon was excellent! Topped with a lemon sauce, capers, spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes. The side dish of green beans were cooked well. Not as tasty as the brussel sprouts though! Roasted brussel sprouts with prosciutto and parmesan cheese was my favorite next to the salmon. The homemade cheesecake with raspberry sauce and chopped hazelnuts was perfect for dessert. Not too dense. Would have liked to have had a little more raspberry sauce. All portions made to share. Very few gluten free options for such a large menu including no gluten free pasta. Service was excellent and atmosphere was nice.

Honestly the food was better than some upscale Italian restaurants. Family style with nice portions. Downstairs and upstairs seating. The walls are covered with pictures and such, gives it a lively vibe. Had the Stuffed shells, very good. Service was attentive.

Rodolfo/Rudy is such an attentive and kind server. The food we’ve ordered are warm and well presented; taste great and everything are actually colossal even if it’s just a small order. The music ambiance matches the theme and mood of the restaurant. Also, the restoom is clean. It’s a plus +++++

The service was good; the food was ok. Our group was seated upstairs, but the staff was accommodating and checked in often. They were helpful with recommendations of portions for the table. There were no menus on the table except for the drinks. The drink menu and signs for the online menu had a thick, somewhat sticky layer of grime that made you question what else hasn't been cleaned. Also, half of our group couldn't load the menu. The garlic bread we ordered (without cheese) was just garlic smashed onto the bread - not garlic butter. I was disappointed they only gave our table 3 plates with oil and vinegar. I would have preferred being able to pour our own or at least have some available for each person. The salads were really big and had large chunks of iceberg. The fettuccine was good. The spaghetti was a bit watery, but overall good. The spicy chicken rigatoni wasn't spicy, and I didn't see a lot of chicken, but it was really good and my favorite dish we ate. The sausage was very tasty.

We made a reservation 30min before our arrival trough their direct link, it worked perfect. Started with a glass of wine and the sparkling sangria, both were good. We were used to the really big portions from other locations such as the one in Vegas, I guess now with the prices things are changing, but not their prices. Dinner for 2 was $101.14 + tip.

First time going to this restaurant. There are pictures on every space of the walls which is very entertaining. We had no idea the small servings were for 2-4 people and there were only 2 of us. Large servings, maybe a dozen pieces of garlic cheese bread, the Alfredo with sausage is really good and the salad was very good. Can't comment on any alcohol, but they have good iced tea, it's not bitter. But we will definitely go back and take a couple people with us!!

Paul and Tristan were very kind, personable, and friendly. Our food was out very quickly. They are some of the best waiters I’ve ever encountered.

We had a fairly large group of people for dinner : a mix of adults and kids. The hostesses greeted us nicely and we were led to two large tables upstairs. The decore of the place is Italian Punk Funk. It is a bit crazy but certainly fun. The food is consistently good. The portions are generous and if you choose a large entree you can feed 4 people. We ordered eggplant parmigiana which was excellent. We also had Cesar salad, a trio of appetizers, green beans, Brussels sprouts, pasta with meat sauce. Everything tasted delicious. Our server Arthuro was very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. We were a challenging table with many requests and he handled all of them splendidly.

Food is good. Staff is friendly and patient. Unique decoration place. Famous Italian resto with high review. A lot of seat, good for group lunch/dinner with family or friends.

I came to this exact location 2 years ago, I’ve tried other locations and the atmosphere and food is never the same. Jarrett was my server/waiter 2 years ago when I came and once again today, WHAT A COINCIDENCE but I was so happy when I saw that he was my waiter again this time I came because I just KNEW the service and the food was going to be top tier! Jarrett is very attentive and you can just tell he cares about his job and is a very hard worker. 5 stars every time I come here!

My family loved this place, the food was amazing the portions are meant to be shared between 2-3 people, our server was really patient with us since it was our first time she made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was really nostalgic and vintage I loved looking at all the photo they have up a lot of history in there! I would definitely go back!

Wednesday, January 24th, we stopped in for lunch. Our waitress Monet was great. She started us off with some delicious house bread and olive oil. We ordered garlic cheesy bread, spaghetti and meatball, fettuccine alfredo, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and parmesan chicken. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. The pricing is just right, and it wasn't busy during lunch hours. This is a very spacious restaurant. It can easily accommodate large families. We certainly enjoyed our lunch here!

Excellent service and even better server. We had the pleasure of having Laura as our server and she went above and beyond to provide us with one of the best experiences we’ve had at a family outing. We went celebrating our daughter’s birthday and Laura made it extra special. Will definitely be back and request her again.

Went here with a group of 14 for our Valentines dinner Singles Ministry event. Due to the size of our group we were seated in a private dining area which was wonderful! Staff were extremely kind, patient, attentive and accommodating. The food was flavorful and generous in portion as everything is served “family style” and is meant to be shared. We enjoyed our time of fellowship! I like that this restaurant is ADA compliant and offers elevators for those who cannot use the stairs but are dining on the second floor.

We hosted a baby shower and everything turned out great . Laura and Elijah were immensely attentive to our party of 23. The food and service were wonderful.

Jarrett was on point with our party of 11 in the pope room. Fully explained everything on the menu in detail just so we didn't under or over order food and he was spot on perfect with his suggestions. Drinks always stayed full, and table conversation was never interrupted. Jarrett is definitely a professional

Celebrated my bday last night.Jarrett was our waiter and very good at his job. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. I will definitely be asking for him on future visits.

As usual our experience was awesome at Buca di Beppo. The antipasto salad was fresh and flavorful, love it and always a go to for us. Tried the bruschetta for the first time and it did not disappoint. Both perfect for a summer lunch. Service always great, have never had a less than wonderful experience but today there were two waiters in the section we were sitting and the teamwork from Connor and Paul was above and beyond.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day lunch here with my mom and aunt. Johnathan, Brie, and Noah were all so helpful. Johnathan helped me pick a drink and it was delicious!! Of course, all the food was yummy too. Always a great experience here!

I went to buca with my family of 5 and the experience was amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and let’s not mention the lovely service! Our waiter Jarrett was entertaining, present with us, and helped us navigate through the menu. He was such a big help! He made us laugh as well. I totally recommend this place!

I had an amazing time here with my family. The interior is packed full of pictures and had great music playing. Food was absolutely delicious but be aware that the small and large serving sizes differ massively, especially with the pastas. The highlight of our dinner was our waiter, #Jarrett, who was so full of life. He constantly checked on us and walked joyfully around the tables singing to himself and to whoever he had a plate for. Jarrett deserves both a raise and the day off on Thanksgiving to spend with family. I came for a late birthday dinner, but we will definitely be returning for more special occasions!!
