    Had a great experience with one of the managers, Katherine. She was very knowledgeable on all the collections and helped me pick out a beautiful set with my birthstone. Absolutely amazing person and I will definitely be shopping at this location again. I can’t wait to bring my fiancé here to pick him out a set he’ll love for years. Definitely giving props to Katherine for the amazing customer service experience. You go girl!

    Today my fiancé and I went to shop for his ring. Not sure if it was the cloth we had on from camping or what. But when we walked in, neither of the ladies greeted us, said hello, someone will be with you shortly or anything. Granted they were both with customers which we understand still no hello at all. We walked walked the store and found the section we needed. One of the ladies passed us several times and never spoke. Breanna was finished with her customer looked at us several times never spoke and never said hello. After being in there for about 20 min. I said I’m sorry you work here she looked at me said “umm yeah” with an attitude and kept walking. When we decided to leave she said a smart comment to other lady and they all looked at us. I then said you could have spoke. Or said one second. Being in a store where you’re about to spend over 4k there is no reason for anyone to not say hello, I get better service in Circle K and they have a whole line. My budget for my fiancés ring is 5k and I was actually not window shopping but buying! It’s sad! Now we are back at square one finding the one he likes. I decided to call to get her name (which she said when she answered) she was very defensive and said you don’t even want to hear my story .. I said no I don’t I just want your name and she hung up in my face!

    I have bought stainless steel and gold from here earrings and a necklace the gold earrings broke the first day they replaced them then the clasp was bad and one was lost the stainless steel necklace s and bracelet all 3 broke at the clasp and stainless steel is supposed to be tough that speaks to there quality and craftsmanship. I had bought warranty and they gave me the run around about it. They girls that work there are rude and condescending if you need something fixed your not worth there time have had the same issues repeatedly would not waste my time I'd go to helzburg

    I recently bought a engagement ring for my girlfriend so now she is my fiancé and like the customer service form kay. One thing I don't like is that now that it has to get resized because they all come in # 7 its going to take 2 weeks idk if you also know women but they want it asap so with that been said 2 weeks is a long time even for me.

    Great customer Service from Katherine and Tammy. Love them both. They make the experience absolutely the best. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all my jewelry needs. Jewelry is always beautiful and nicely placed. They love and take great care of their store❤️

    Kat was extremely helpful finding the perfect wedding set for my wife. This was our 25th anniversary and I wanted her to pick out one that really stood out. She helped with a Neil Lane set and was able to get it sized earlier than anticipated. If you are going to the Kay Jewelers at Tanger Outlet seek her out, you won’t be disappointed.

    I had my ring getting resized i had an estimated date of March 18th. They called on March 15th I was so excited to get a call but turns out they said my ring was missing some diamonds and had to be sent back to get fixed yet again. I was around the area and wanted to check on the status the lady helping me said they send it back on March 17th which was 2 days after I got the call. I won't be getting it back until next week. That will be almost a month since they had it. This is very upsetting I spent a lot of money on it.

    In August I bought my wife 2 necklaces, both with our sons names. Melvin and Mason, my wife had been wanting these for a while now. Everything went well at the time of purchase, all the way to picking them up, however my wife was far from pleased with the product, disappointed really. She quickly realized that the Font size between both names was different. We addressed this with our sales representative and mentioned that we would get a call with in a couple weeks, well... it’s been a month and no call. I’m very disappointed as this is our first Kay jewelers purchase and based on this experience maybe the last. I’m looking to get this matter finally resolved, I’m having a hard time understanding why the Font size would change based on the amount of letters, especially with a one letter difference. If that’s the case, which I don’t think it is, this was not explained to us at the time of purchase. Kay Jewelers is not a small company and one that has a reputations for making things right and keep clients happy, I look forward to hearing back from management so that we can finally get the product we envisioned and enjoy it. Thank you.

    I’ve had so many issues with Kay’s. First my wedding ring replacement took over two months to be done from ordering it from the arrowhead office, lost couldn’t find the original order request… then ordered my husbands ring from the west gate thinking better service, no the salads girl didn’t write up the order correctly and wanted another month for the item. And now the recent!!! I ordered some earrings for a Father’s Day gift to only hear today THEY WERE RETURNED!!!! Why??? Kay’s could not verify, well thanks!! Ruined my fathers day gift. Nothing they could do but refund, I don’t want a refund I want my jewelry! Guess I’m taking my business elsewhere!

    Overall the vary best of Kay stores ! I have been an honored customer for about a year now , I have had nothing but excellent and honest customer service , Which made my husband and I return frequently. They always have smiles on their faces and always eager to help you find the perfect gift no matter what the occasion.

    Honestly I forgot the guys name that helped me but he is very well prepared for his duties of making the girlfriend say yes to the right ring . His customer service was outstanding . I will be going back because I got the warranty and the guy told me all about the benefits of having the warranty which I recommend everyone gets . Its the guy the rolls his neck a lot. Very helpful.
