I generally like this store. On the day and time I went they seemed short staffed. Needed some help in the men's section but no one was around. Went I went to both pay and return something there were only 3 cashiers with about 12 people in line. Otherwise the store is clean and has many brands to choose from when it comes to clothing. I like their travel section as well. Some decent luggage can be bought. So before you look at the expensive stores, try Marshalls first.

Variety of items. Not too crowded. Fast checkout and friendly customer service.

Not as clean as one would hope -- the staff ask if a shopping cart is needed and if so what size (small / large), carts sanitized in front of customers then handed to them, dressing rooms are still closed due to Covid. This place have a little something for everyone including holiday decor.

I like it very much, so a Girl that works there ask me if I would like to open up an account with the store and I said yes. So l did. Very nice people. So next time l visit Ann Arbor.l will make a stop at Marshall's.
