You should explain to visitors that they will not see the waterfalls as indicated in your map at the entrance. We paid 12.50 euros to see a garden. We asked at the desk about the waterfalls we wanted to see and they said that we can see them. Which was not possible since the waterfalls were 2km far and more and the best way to see a bit of the water on the ground was from the other road outside of the park which we found out very late. So very disappointing all this.

We visited while on a FJORD cruise. It's about a 20-minute walk from the dock, and you'll cross a stream. The building has a tour in English, very worthwhile. The Cafe, not so much. We didn't have time to see much else on the island.

Nice walk through tree lined Avenue to the Barony which is situated in beautiful gardens. Lots of history in the house. But the guided tour was very rushed as there seemed to be a queue of tours waiting. Pity! Cafe and restaurant in grounds make this a lovely place to chill out.

Great gardens to wander around and the tour is definitely worth doing, such an interesting history to learn about

High entry price for a small garden. Better visit any park for free as all of them have flowers.

Beautiful place, amidst exceptional Norwegian nature🌞

Nice place to take a walk and even to have a lunch. But cost of admission is too high. After all it is just a park with no special attractions. We didn't join guided tour - maybe it would be more interesting.

Beautiful gardens, plenty of space to walk around, nice cafe environment surrounded by flowers. They only serve black coffee tho, do not come for a nice cappuccino, you will be disappointed. You can also find ice cream and cakes.
