I
have
ordered
food
through
foodora
from
the
restaurant,
waited
for
an
hour
for
my
food
to
arrive,
that
was
fine
by
me,
I
could
definitely
wait
10-15
min
extra,
even
though
I
have
paid
a
lot
and
was
expecting
a
better
customer
service.
However,
the
problem
appeared
when
I
opened
my
order
and
saw
something
was
missing.
I
called
the
restaurant
which
took
me
good
five
min
to
get
through,
then
I
mentioned
the
issue,
they
said
they
will
contact
someone
else
to
deliver
my
missing
item.
I
am
writing
this
review
because
I
am
tired
of
paying
so
much
and
still
waiting
for
my
food
to
arrive
so
I
can
eat
my
dinner.
Horrendous
customer
service
in
my
opinion,
when
I
asked
how
long
will
it
take
for
the
missing
item
to
arrive,
the
guy
on
the
other
said,
I
don’t
know.
The
money
and
the
customer
service
being
provided
are
not
compatible
in
any
way!!!
