Highly recommend not doing any business with this brand!! I purchased a tote bag that came out defective and it faded so fast. They claim they have a 1 year warranty but it’s a hoax. I had my bag less than 6 months , used maybe like 3 times & it’s already brown . I expected more from a “high end” brand with a purse being over $200. Customer service did nothing for me, they basically said that it’s normal for this bag to fade. Absolute garbage quality and customer service.

Maybe my favorite shop out of all the shop here lol first because its bright and clean inside.Clerks are very attentive and friendly.Will not follow you wherever you go and will let you take selfies on their huge mirror without you feeling embarrassed about it.

Customer service goes above and beyond! I built my dream bag set up over the summer: large tote, small phone purse, and wallet. Unfortunately after 8 months, the zipper was starting to come out of the tote. I went in, and their manager Stephanie replaced it straight away. Stupidly I left my keys attached to my old bag, and no problem, they’re shipping them back to me. I’ve been loyal to MJ for 20+ years for a reason! Best service, best quality, best prices. Thanks for saving the day, Stephanie!

This store has trendy items and I enjoyed talking to the welcoming staff as my children were exploring the peanuts collection.

This review isn’t about this store!! It is about the TOTE BAG but I couldn’t complete a review on their website. I loved the bag when I bought it but it quickly faded: within 3 months. Then I submitted request for new bag and they provided it. They provided me with the following directives: “We do not recommend spraying chemical on product. To make sure your bag remains beautiful for as long as possible we recommend this item be handled with special care, gently and avoid over exposure to direct light, moisture, and oily products.” As soon as I opened new bag, it was crinkled at corners and in my attempt to unwrinkle it I noticed that rubbing my finger on material I stay makes the color fade. This bag is perfect size and look but I suggest only leather-not canvas. I will say this, the MJ staff that handled my claim was wonderful and I appreciate the one exchange.

Had an amazing experience with Nykhia! She was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have been hunting down a Marc Jacobs monogram set and she had it at her store! She was able to email me a pay by link and ship it to me all the way on the east coast! I highly recommend visiting the store or even calling to place an order! Thank you so much again Nykhia!
