2、打電話至店內告知店員情況,發現店員處理態度消極,當然後續小弟也沒討論到賠償事誼,就當花錢買個教訓即是。
縱合以上所述2點,此一水族館的買賣誠信與客訴問題處理都存在相當的瑕疵,希望以後若有魚友想至此購買任何物品,還望三思。
