Very friendly personnel, free coffee (actually decent coffee) and tea which you can get 24 hours :) Room is quite good and enough of space, just could use a bit of mold removal in the bathroom. P.S. Actually very good breakfast! I stayed previous week at Novotel in Warsaw, and still I would prefer breakfast here.

there is a good parking, clean, pleasant and helpful staff, all amenities, breakfast just great, plenty of food, quiet and peaceful, near the center. We were satisfied with this hotel

A very good value for money. Nice professional staff, spacious & clean rooms, substantial breakfast. It makes an overall impression of a neat place with suffice parking and all the necessary amenities. The location is not in the centre, but it is well connected to the main roads and has an easy way both to the city and the highway. A great option for business travellers.

Nice smart, modern hotel. However, very poor sound proofing in rooms. Had clearly audible romantic noise through wall until 2 am then early risers in corridor woke me at 6 am. Not practical for light sleepers.

Good place for staying some time in Lodz. I had issues with internet connection and there was some confusion with booking. Otherwise nice place. Relatively quite at night. Bit longer walking distance to major city locations.

Very nice hotel, modern, new construction. But i dont understood why they charge 25zt for car parking?? It os not on center town, they have full of space..

I stayed at Iness Hotel for a week, being involved in a project in Lodz. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff very kind and ready to help. I also had breakfast included. It was buffet style. The food is very good and enough for everyone. The only minus could be the hotel location, it is not the most beautiful. As total experience I recommend Iness Hotel.
