I
chose
Garmasz
for
Find
Dining
Week
because
of
its
interesting
menu
and
very
high
reviews
(4.9
out
of
5).
An
intimate
restaurant
(approx.
10
tables),
a
room
with
a
view
of
the
kitchen
and
a
special
room
for
preparing
delicatessen
and
tartare.
Interesting
concept.
A
cozy
and
warm
interior,
originally
designed,
with
attention
to
detail.
You
feel
good
here
and
you
wait
to
see
if
the
food
will
be
of
an
equally
high
standard.
Well,
5
firecrackers
come
to
you
one
by
one
-
one
better
than
the
other.
Delicious
tartare
with
a
fantastic
mustard
finish,
beautifully
served
in
a
bone
boat,
followed
by
sushi,
delicate
and
harmoniously
combined
in
taste
with
red
onion
and
other
additives.
Even
the
parsley
soup,
also
thanks
to
the
addition
of
smoked
bacon,
managed
to
create
an
unusual
taste.
And
the
main
course
-
wet-seasoned
beef
tenderloin
with
interesting-sounding
additions
-
delicately
prepared,
skillfully
composed
-
simply
epic
on
the
palate.
Kudos
to
the
chef
for
his
imagination
and
courage
in
flavor
combinations.
And
also
dessert
-
sweet
but
delicious
and
again
a
harmonious
combination
of
flavors!
Everything
was
beautifully
presented!
Very
nice
staff
(both
Mr
and
Mrs)
who
not
only
recited
the
ingredients
of
the
dishes,
but
also
started
conversations
and
took
care
of
the
guests.
To
sum
up
-
the
dishes
taste
great
and
everything
else
is
also
at
a
high
level.
If
I
had
to
make
a
suggestion
-
I
didn't
like
the
goose
rillette
with
peanut
butter.
But
it
was
an
amouse
bouche,
so
I
won't
lower
my
rating.
I
give
it
a
strong
5*
and
I
bet
that
this
restaurant
may
one
day
have
stars
or
hats,
and
it
has
the
potential.
For
comparison
-
last
year
I
had
the
pleasure
of
testing
a
12-course
menu
at
Osteria
Francescana
(theoretically
the
best
restaurant
in
the
world).
The
food
was
great
and
the
visit
to
Garmash
reminded
me
of
that
experience
in
terms
of
the
composition
of
flavors.
However,
in
OF
Modena,
the
climate
is
colder
and
the
staff
only
recites
the
description
of
the
dish,
repeating
the
formula
and
does
not
contact
the
guest
at
all.
My
wife
and
I
left
the
tasting
dinner
at
Garmasz
satisfied
(but
not
full),
with
the
feeling
that
the
high
(probably
the
highest
in
Warsaw)
rating
of
the
restaurant
is
not
a
credit!
