Really disappointed in the service & hospitality here, especially for the price. Staff seems to have no training. Nobody can answer any questions. Ask 3 people when the buffet opens & you will get 3 different answers. Ask where the gym is? Nobody knows. The manager Kate has a smug attitude towards guests which explains why the staff is also very low quality. She sets the standard very low for her subordinates & should be replaced immediately if the ownership cares about their reputation. When they issued me 6 meal tickets for one day and not 2 meals x 3 days, Kate did not want resolve the matter & allow me to eat the meals I paid for. She wanted to argue with me instead of work towards a solution. I had to threaten to call my credit card to get a resolve. There was zero kindness or apologies. It’s so unsettling to be staying somewhere where the staff makes you feel so unwelcome.

It was not my first time in this hotel. However first time after pandemic time so I could compare situation before and after. You can feel that hotel is not fresh new. Still it is one of best hotels for conferences and company parties. Especially because of nice location. Breakfast was very good as well and parking as well.

Very well designed hotel to escape from Warsaw for a couple of days. Its hot summer and we wanted to spend several days near the lake in the forest. This place is ideal as a family escape. Its located near the Narva river in the forest. Its not really allowed to swim in the river, but kids can play on the beach. There is a decent swimming pool with a bubble bath and 2 saunas. Great restaurant amidst tall trees in the patio. Also: plenty of spots to chill. There is a 4 segment rope slide, but you have to book it in advance. As said, there is a small but cozy beach with a bar. You can rent a cayak, catamaran or go on a boat trip from there.

The hotel offers a great option for families with teenage children- i.e. 2 linked rooms. I.e. also- 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, etc. The motorboat that we ordered whilst booking the rooms- waited for us at the riverbank- as requested. Drinks were served on board. Dogs are allowed 👍 And they do enjoy walks in the surrounding areas- i.e. a nice forest and a riverbank. It takes 1-2 hours to get to the hotel from Warsaw by car. So this is quite comfortable and not tiring 👍

We spent one happy night at the hotel while travelling through Poland. Great service from all (a special shout out to Dominic from the front desk - thank you for going up and beyond to accommodate us). A very pleasant atmosphere and very kids friendly. The pool area was clean, plenty of playgrounds for young kids. Decided to repeat the adventure on the way back to check out the other services on offer (kids room, spa). See you soon!

First of all I want to say that hotel is in very good location , we enjoyed to went for a walk in the forest area and river area. Beautiful nature😊 on the territory is very calming atmosphere and it was mostly silent. Pool area is good, but i would prefer outdoor pool. 🏊🏼‍♀️ Restaurant was very good too, everything was tasty and with good service. So, the main minuses for me: -no outdoor pool -not good service at the front desk (girl was not friendly, didn't tell me anything about the hotel and didn't solve my problem with which I came later) -beach area was not working when we were there, because it was Monday. But I believe that I came on vacation and it should work every day in the hotel.

Die Zimmer sind OK. Service gerade noch OK. Kaum einer der Mitarbeiter spricht englisch, dass ist mir völlig unverständlich. Wenn jemand die Einsamkeit liebt, ist die Lage OK, für mich ist das leider zu entlegen.

Speaking from perspective of someone who was part of the company group i wouldn't recommend organizing any parties for your employees here. While the hotel looks somewhat nice from the inside and outside for the most part but rest of the organization falls quickly apart if you'd need help from the staff. One of the most negatively memorable moments was staff rudely asking people to stop using the coffee machine simply because there was one other group coming the same day we were heading off. During launch hours. Ridiculous room service food prices (72 PLN for a simple burger, about 56 PLN for a Pizza) which are rather small, but i do have to admit they do taste well. While on the matter of the food, me and many of my collogues felt ill the same day or day after eating from their buffet. The alcohol (vodka) we were served was most definitely replaced in at least 50% of the volume by water and served as regular drinks. The orange juice tasted diluted with water as well. On top of all that, supply to drinkable water outside of the kitchen working hours didn't exist, at all. The only bottled water me and me colleagues received was about 0,5L after checking in and that's about it. Best to come prepared, thank fully there are some markets nearby within about 15-20 walkable minutes but as a guest of the hotel you really shouldn't feel forced to get simple bottled water at the very least. If next company party would be here i definitely wouldn't attend, because staff made us feels like 2nd place sort of attendees

The rooms are ok, nothing special, but still fine. However the staff in the hotel is horrible. Its hard to find someone who speaks english and they really don’t even try. The hotel restaurant has the worst service, they are rude and ignorant. Do not recommend.

Chauvinistic staff. Not friendly. The feeling that they are doing you a favor when they serve you..Not recommend

Beautiful location. There were some issues with room, but hotel’s management and staff was very responsive, supportive and approachable with all requests. Especially want to thank restaurant’s manager and hotel’s manager on main desk. It was delightful rest days for us. Surround territory is amazing and well maintained. I would recommend to improve English language level for staff.

Excellent place, Very good condition, Amazing for spending time with family, A lot of options for kids , Good kindergarten and teachers, my kids love them.

I have recently organized an event for 1500 pp at Hotel Narvil - it was not an easy job as I was a demanding client with very specific requirements - and people working with me on this endeavor from Hotel Narvil - exceeded my expectations.! Incredible communication, solution - oriented team, very kind and responsive. Hight standards, amazing food, great event execution! Whenever I will organize the event , Hotel Narvil will be my #1 choice.

Went to Narvil for a conference of 1,500 people and I have to say that I was extremely impresses by the professionalism of the hotel staff. Being a big group it was very challenging but they managed to arrange everything perfectly. Food was excellent during the event and all the staff amazing. Room was big and comfortable, I would have loved to have some amenities though. (tea or coffee) and the in room dining menu has very little healthy choices. Rest is excellent. Thank you so much team! You made our retreat even better.

A stylish hotel in a beautiful and calm forest, not too far away from a lake. It is the perfect place for a short getaway or a longer holiday. There are plenty of activities you can do nearby (cycling, hiking, sailing) and the indoor facilities are of high quality too (spa, pool, gym etc). The Aruana restaurant serves sophisticated dishes with fantastic taste and top quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Hotel is Beautiful. It's on the hill surrounded by pines and a lake. The cleanliness is 5*, the rooms are spacious, the view is mesmerizing, a quiet place and many relaxing areas all around the hotel. A spacious green garden and a terrace 💚 The food is delicious, the dinning area is cozy. The one unpleasant thing to mention though is NOT about the Hotel BUT it's the Restaurant's service and personnel. In the morning - The tables are not being cleaned, they can take your plates if you ask them and then you wipe yourself the tables. We were with a baby and the chairs were dirty and no one bothered to help you carry one or clean the one that was used (and it's Covid time) so I wish I had my tables disinfected :( At the bar they don't pay much attention to you as well. At Aruana restaurant - in the evening - with jazz music and exquisite food we were fighting with 2 Flies :( we had to wait till someone approaches us at the table, ask few times for a menu, then for the wine menu and of course no one brought the baby menu - which of again was brought on our request. I just hope it's not always so - maybe it was something in the air those days :) We would definitely like to come back 💝

I really like the hotel cause have nature side, have a jungle and nice river... I rent a bike go do cycling but it's only bad weather... Have a bar also with pool place and bowling that you can play... The restaurant was great can sit in outside and the breakfast was great too. This is really nice hotel for couple, family or even spend some nights with friends... Beautiful garden too...

Cool hotel. Great facilities such as a very nice pool, beach, decent gym and nice garden. Food in the restaurant - beautiful. I had a great room with a super comfy bed. Spa is top notch. The drawback is that the service is not the best. Reception stuff has poor knowledge of the facilities and packages. Waiters don’t know their menu. Lastly, events at the hotel can run quite late. We were put in a room over a party and had to plead with the reception for room change. Overall, for this price there is loads of better places.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel, close the the river with boats to rent. Food is superb!

The hotel is nice as a design only but definitely would not out it within 4-5 stars. I reached directly from airport at 11.30 and there was no room service and no food at all, also nothing is close by. As for the room , it had nothing except 2 bottles of water. I definitely do not recommend this place if you are visiting poland
