Had a super bad experience at the bar/restaurant. The prices have increased beyond reasonable. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the pizzas are not that bad. Salad was 17lv for some 10-days-old spinach, one defrosted strawberry that was cut in four and a piece of absolutely disgusting goat cheese which has been grilled days before for sure. Returned the salad after just one bite.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend of mine and I am not going to lie she was right, it was really delicious but we had ordered cold water and it came hot which was not really a big problem but still and the main reason why I am not giving five stars is because we waited for the bill for like 30 minutes. Overall it was still delicious and the presentation was on point but the service is really slow.

The service was friendly but the food needed more work. They seemed to lack flavour and were not cooked to standard. The linguine with shrimps was overly creamy, the chicken schnitzel was overcooked and dried.

It is a place that must be visited with its delicious products in a very good location... we said let's have coffee in Sofia on our way to Belgrade ... the taste of the cakes is legendary .. thank you

Social Cafe is a safe bet if you're looking for a restaurant with a focus on Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is polite. The prices are above what you should expect, but I guess you can say that is the 'Vitoshka tax'. During the last visit, I have to be honest and say that the pasta was disappointing. It was clumpy and dry, we had to add more seasoning too. I would like to see improvements here. The salads were fine and with mostly fresh ingredients.

It was getting late for dinner when we decided to give this restaurant a try. It was still packed but they found us a table. The food turned out to be delicious with good sized servings. We ended up having a fun time with a family visiting from Greece sitting at the table next to us. I guess the restaurant lived up to its name in this respect. I would recommend a stop here, whether for a drink, a meal, or both.

5/5!!! Delicious food with good vibes mood. The menu is huge with a lot of different options for everyone. From pasta and pizza to burgers and grill!! The prices are pretty reasonable for the place. The restaurant is in the middle of the Vitosha street which is the most famous street in sofia. Really recommended and i will absolutely go again!!!

It is a beautiful and lively place tk hangout with your friends. Delicious food and coffee and hot chocolate. We were traveling around Sofia and here was our last meat before we left. It has outdoor seating as well as one on top floor with live music with a DJ. Not too expensive. Friendly waiters. Toilet in cellar.

It is a lively place on the main promenade. The 4 star I gave for the service as our orders didn't arrive at the same time. It was awkward. But the food is very tasty. I recommend this place but I suggest booking the table in advance.

Nice atmosphere in the outdoor area. The service was really fast for the drinks and also for the food. Tasty both plates we order. The service must be more polite and smiled. I didn't like that when the very heavy glass window drop down from nowhere and my son could injured by this accident, they didn't apologise at all...

Delicious food and drinks. You definitely need to try their pulled pork and homemade ice tea with raspberries. The place looks good and is well located in the centre of Sofia. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we didn’t like that the waiter told us the service is not included and asked us if we wanted to pay a tip with the card.

The greatest thing about this restaurant is that it is spaciousand there is no need reservation to get a table. The food is also delicious and the staff is friendly and patient. Definately it became a fave place to dinner out.

Friendly service, WIFI upon request, good food and drinks, reasonable prices, nice location ... everything I'd expect from a good cafe! I was working on my laptop here while waiting to go to the airport in the afternoon, which was no problem. They also have sockets, so I could charge my electronic devices. Can recommend!

Delicious burgers! 🍔 I ordered their Social Burger (medium done) two dinners in a row. Nice and quiet atmosphere inside on weekdays. Menu offers a variety of pizzas, pastas and drinks as well.

We visited this place 2x; the first was last month and the second this month. On the first visit, we ordered a social burger and pork ribs along with soda. My husband really enjoyed the social burger, and as for me, I find the ribs strong savory. Other than that, nothing special. The second visit, my husband ordered again social burger because he enjoyed it the last time. And as for me, I've ordered lamb dish which I enjoyed as well Service - relatively slow when taking orders and serving food. Price-wise, because it's located in the city center thus considered pricey. Will we recommend this place?!? Yes, they have a variety of food to offer and are considered good food.

Modern and cosy indoor atmosphere. The place is ok for a drink after work. The kitchen is fine, but there is space for improvement. The salads are kind of overpriced for the quality that they represent.

Für ein spätes Mittagessen besuchte ich das Lokal und verweilte ganze drei Stunden vor Ort. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und mein Essen wurde in weniger als 10 Minuten an den Tisch gebracht. Die vegane "Pizza Vegan" schmeckte ausgezeichnet - insbesondere der Teig war sehr lecker! Der Cappuccino war grösser, als an anderen Orten und wurde mit Haferdrink als vegane Milch-Alternative serviert. Das lokal ist stilvoll eingerichtet, die Musik passend und die Toiletten sauber.

Grabbed a quick drink, salad and bruschetta there. Everything was fresh and the salad, specifically, (tabule with cauliflower) was seasoned close to perfection. The bao buns also seemed to be quite decent (didn’t try myself). The atmosphere is suitable. The prices are on the higher end, but that comes with the location (Vitosha blvd). 4.25/5 easy

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, the pasta was terrible, and the prices were unreasonably high. I recommend trying another place with better service and food quality.

amazing food, lovely staff. we ate a spaghetti bolognese and a beetroot gnocchi, both of them were delicious. the waiter was awesome, very friendly, kind. and we had volrhona for dessert, it was better than we’d expected. highly recommended.

Whenever a pizza discussion occurs, I mention this place. Of all the pizza I have tried, this is equal first place as the best pizza I have ever had. (the other one was in Pisa, Italy) My daughter and I were only in Sofia two nights, and we ate pizza here both nights. Highly recommended. The location and scenery is a bonus.

Amidst the bustling streets of Vitosha and the challenge of securing a table on a weekend evening, we struck luck at Social Bar. The menu offered a wide array of options, with a dominant Mediterranean influence. I opted for the mussels pasta with their signature sauce, and it was a delight. The portion size was generous, easily satisfying one adult, and the overall atmosphere, given the location, was quite pleasant. I also want to highlight that the waiter was exceptionally polite and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.

Had a falafel wrap and a Caesar salad. Both really tasty. Left my sunglasses and they put them aside for me. Drinks were also lovely.

Pizza, Risotto and Lasagne were really good. Restaurant atmosphere outside was great.

Used to be a fantastic place, but it's going down these days. The venue is not very well maintained, the service has worsened (sometimes you need to wait a lot), and the prices have become a bit unreasonable

I have to admit it is a nice place. The serving was the best, it was a friendly, hard-working and funny guy, he also spoke english very well. The prices are ok. A burger,a pizza, a pepsi and a cappuccino+tips was 50 leva. The food arrived quickly and it was good (since it is a restaurant that's originated from Italy, the pizza was better than the burger). I liked it and I recommend it!

service was not stellar, probably because it was a busy day. food was impressive though with cool vegan options their cocktails are very heavy on alcohol, it's the only thing i do not recommend!

A centrally located restaurant-bar. It is a lovely spot for people watching but the food is rather tasteless. Especially the rigatoni al pesto genovese is too watery. To be avoided. The Bulgarian salad was comme il faut.

This place has absolutely fabulous service, delicious food and a very relaxed vibe. The Social Burger is a must and the Poke Bowl Salmon Tartar is also extremely tasty. This is not the cheapest place in town, but probably the best located, international bar & café in Sofia. Highly recommendable!

Quality of pizza dropped drastically using a very poor quality of mozzarella cheese and pizza dough was not good as it used to be just few months ago... Maybe it s the summer, the tourists season. Service was great as usual.

Social cafe bar and kitchen comes with its name. Placed in the vibrant heart of Sofia city center, it is the best place to meet friends in a trendy atmosphere. You could enjoy International kitchen with a lot of Italian highlights. You can start your day Italian way with a croissants and cappuccino. Pizza here is excellent and prepared by Italian maestro pizzaiolo with original Italian products. All dishes in the menu are prepared with fresh products and they deserve to be tasted. The burgers are a must too! We love to come back there and to feel that International social atmosphere with Italian twist.

I like the atmosphere, but the food was not good. Most of us didn't like the taste of our dishes. The sauce of the salmon is disgusting and they do not serve it with a real side, which I do not he understand for a dish that costs 10 euros. The only side potatoes they have are frozen wedges potatoes, which are hard and disgusting as you can imagine any frozen half made product. Just make home made potatoes, guys! And change your head chef. The only reason
