It located on the beach, nice view, very quiet place, no shop nearby. Food was good, always something to eat, but as all inclusive, there was not much snack in the evening. It is not as high standard as Europe resorts . Need to see Europe hotels to learn to improve their quality. No information re what is on offer. Staff are nice, but a few rude people by our standards, maybe that way of talking is normal there! Reception were nice, change kid bed when we complain re size and comfort. Animation crew were friendly and making our stay enjoyable and fun. Specially Nader was friendly and trying so hard to please everyone. All kitchen staff and other people working here been nice. You can not compare it with Europe standard. when my friend hurt his hands there was no first aid and nobody was really bother to help. We never go back there as with the price we paid , which was more than 5 star hotel in Turkey or 4 star in canaries/Spain, you can find a lot better resorts and facilities there

I'm fond of eating a bit spicy food and they always have a Tunisian food station in the restaurant which has good amount of spices and its lovely. The staff here is very helpful and they always greet you as you walk past them so gives you a warmth feeling 😊 and you know you're in the right place. The entertainers engaged well with my shy son and managed to get him dancing so a massive positive for those looking to get their kids a bit outgoing. Overall a 5* place

I loved my stay here. The room was really nice with a beautiful view of the sea, beach and nearby city. Everyone was super nice and made us feel special. The beach is right in front of the hotel and it looks amazing. You can find some shops around the hotel as well where you can buy drinks and food or souvenirs. There are also many activities in the hotel so even when the weather was not inviting for the beach we still never got bored.

I have stayed at this lovely hotel a few times now, the last being in May 2023.. I can’t recommend this Hotel enough.. from the Reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff etc.. Everyone is so friendly & helpful ., The Hotel itself is right on the beach… and has everything you need.

What a beautiful hotel. The room is very spacious with everything that we needed for our 11 nights stay. The food selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied each day and there was always something delicious to eat. The waiters were very polite and attentive throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful although we chose to spend our days on the amazing, clean sandy beach. The animation team kept us entertained both day and night and are such a lovely group of young people. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back in the future.

The views were nice, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and food was great. Only downside was not having any activities for children. Everyone spoke either Arabic or French, and the front of house staff also spoke English.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, and amazing entertainment. Made us feel very welcome and listened to all our suggestions had a great laugh with the staff and room was amazing we had the beach view and cleaning crew amazing. The reception staff was very helpful with attractions and gave us very good suggestions and helped us book drivers to.

I recently stayed here with my friend for our birthdays and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. All staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The animation staff were brilliant as well as the entertainment. The food selection was quite varied which was a great positive. I would definitely stay at Iberostar Averroes again.

Wonderful hotel in brilliant location by the beach with very helpful and welcoming staff! Great experience overall! Good food with amazing choice of local meals and the best waiter Kamal who made every single dinner special for us. Amazing entertainment team, special greetings to Neymar who was very attentive and friendly. Everyone at the bar, waiters, receptionists, cleaner were outstanding. Clean and big rooms with balconies. We would love to go back there and would highly recommend to everyone looking for winter sun.

This is only our second day here but I couldn't wait until we got home to review this wonderful place. It was because of the reviews that we booked and we are not disappointed! I cannot express how friendly and amazing all the staff are. Mohammed on the front desk, the waiter, Omar and the gentleman in the hotel shop, to name but a few, are just awesome! Hotel is clean and tidy and no one can do enough for you. They are funny and so kind and generous. This makes it for us. The food is lovely and a very big selection every meal time. ( go a bit later than everyone else so less busy) the rooms are very big and have lots of wardrobe space and a safe for your valuables. The beach is right outside too and the view is lovely. They have a sheesha room as well. Definitely recommend staying here even if not leaving the hotel your whole stay. A massive thank you to everyone for making my birthday holiday one to remember! Not been in the spa as of yet but we will do at some point.

Amazing place, food is delicious loads of variety. My kids absolutely loved this so many things to do for the kids. Everyone from the waiters to the animation team are super kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. Hoping to return again soon.

Excellent experience! Came with friends and our children- incredibly attentive staff, great quality food, clean rooms and facilities. A lot to do and great activities and events to get involved with. Plenty to choose from and do. Would highly recommend!

Food can be better with more European options. Good pool. Right in front of the sea. Friendly staff. Looks a little bit old and with need for renovation inside of the building and specifically in the rooms. It’s a bit pricey for the conditions offered. The animation team and the evening/pool shows were diversified and with a higher quality than in similar hotels.

Amazing location with direct beach access from the outdoor pool area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked two excursions directly with reception and the price was very reasonable when we compared to other places. Was surprised that we had to pay for our soft drinks at dinner and there was no tea/coffee. We booked half board and were glad we had not booked full board, I feel we would have been disappointed with that. The range of cuisine at breakfast and dinner was amazing, the waiters were quick to respond and fast to help. The indoor pool was smaller than I thought it would be but nicely heated and we enjoyed our swim. The outdoor pool was cold but we still enjoyed the Sun loungers and a quick dip in the pool. Bit disappointed with the bedroom. The bathtub and toilet were visibly old and stained. I couldn’t take a bath, just showered as quickly as I could. The room service lady was very nice and always left the towel in a nice design on our bed. I was surprised we weren’t given bottled water and had to go buy our own. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would come back (and hope the bathroom is better in another room).

the hotel is very nice, everyone is really nice and kind. especially the animation team is always trying to bring up a good mood. a lot of activities are offered. there’s always music playing in the background, which will cheer up your mood, the dj is doing a really great job here. would totally recommend to enjoy your holidays in this hotel, won’t be the last time for me to come here.

Our stay was amazing, great for kids and adults and the service was great. The staff were all friendly and approachable and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Don’t recommend the manicures my polish fell off and my friends was hairy cause she put the base coat on top.

The entertainment team are so amazing We had so much fun with them! Miss them all so much now can't wait for our next holiday can't wait to see them again They did so many things to keep us entertained we loved all their activities they did ☺️ Super happy xx

Very nice hotel! The food was great and the staff was super nice! The pool is great and right in front to the beach. There was animation every day and the personal really made an effort to keep every guest integrated. From cocktail parties to stunts, it was never boring !

First time at this hotel, very impressed, firstly with welcoming and friendly front of house staff. Rooms very spacious and immaculately clean. Food excellent and plenty of choices. The hospitality of the hotel couldn’t be improved. Every member of staff was warm and welcoming, everything I could need they sorted me out with. Main noteable member of staff for me was the Barman “Slim”. What a fantastic waiter. Lovely guy and very hard working. Thank you slim. Spa facilities at the hotel amazing also, I had a 1 hour massage and had to add on another hour because I was enjoying it so much so had to repeat it all over again. I thought the toilets near the spa could have been maintained better, seemed to be mosquitoes in there all the time but other toilet facilities and the rooms more often than not remained insect free. The food at the hotel was fine, 10 days in it had got a little repetitive but there was a variety to choose from. Entertainment at 9.30pm every night was a great laugh and I can’t thank the entertainment team anymore for their efforts. My first trip to Tunisia was special thanks to everybody at Hotel Averoes. Amazing work to the team, thank you

the animation peoples are really good and friendly. They speak perfect languages. Barteam and reception is perfect. You can do sport, party, food, drink and so much more. A reason to come back.

I like this resort very well. It is perfect and provides an amazing customer service. The animation staff is wonderful . They perform lovely parties every single night as well as the receptionists especially Hussam who is friendly, respectful and help customers in every possible way. I recommend this resort to whom is searching for fun, peace and family environment.

Really great hotel and amazingly friendly staff all the way through our holiday! Animation team were all great,friendly, personable and fun! They would always organise some activity in the hotel during the day such as zumba, aqua aerobics, foam pool party, and dance and karaoke shows in the evenings for the adults as well as for the kids in the hotel. Great time spent there as the staff made the place so fun and vibrant! Food was good, fresh and with something for everyone. Rooms were clean and spacious with good air-conditioning 🤸🏖️🥂🌊

The location of the hotel, the team at the very welcoming and friendly reception, the beach, the catering, the swimming pool. For entertainment evenings Ditto "music".. However I had a great stay, everything is available and the staff is great 👌

Just finished my holiday here, amazing hotel from the reception staff to the maids. Everyone was so helpful, as a single, female traveller I felt very safe in this hotel. They were very helpful with anything I asked. Had a good laugh with them too. The food had a variety, a lot of my tours got cancelled through a 3rd party but the hotel always had great entertainment. Will be visiting again next year. Thank you for a memorable time.

A great hotel with amazing employees throughout the whole resort... who were friendly, helpful and accommodating - especially the chef's, waiters, cleaners, bar staff & entertainment team.. plus it has a lovely private golden sanded beach & poolside bar with a wide range of drinks

An absolutely amazing stay! First time in Tunisia and truly enjoyed. Momo was truly a breath of fresh air every day he made my wife and smile, laugh and always feel welcomed so thank you very much to him!

Food isn't nice. Water with meals is not included in the half board option. Little variety in terms of food- wishing I had booked self catering option. Not much suitable for children- mostly curries or lamb. Rice not cooked well- grains were still hard. Desserts are dry. Look nice in videos but the only nice desserts are the chocolate fountain and the ice-cream. Beds are nice but pillows are lumpy.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the sea and have quite good breakfast and dinner (Halbpension). The staff are very nice and helpful and they try to make a good experience for the guests. The entertainment team are also great and they organize entertaining programs every night. Cons: - the towels are clean but have often (black) stains - the fitness needs a bit of maintenance

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. While the facilities were generally good, I felt that some areas could use a bit of updating. Despite this, it was a solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great service. The workers are always smiling and helping. The green spaces are always taken care of. Every inch is so clean. Food is tasty. A great place to spend a lovely and nice holiday.
