If you don’t give tips the employees are very rude. Every one tries to scam you. The food is below the average. Rooms are old dirty and with cockroaches. Pool is ok, but the sea water is very dirty, full with plastic and jellyfishes. Every night there was a loud music from the pool till 2:00AM. Highly NOT recommended.

I just got back from 10 days here, I was alone for the first 4 while awaiting my husband. The staff are all super lovely and professional. They made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the maid always made pretty things on the bed out of towels and petals. The restaurant staff were great, Lasaade, was our waiter mainly in breakfast and evening, Makram and Omer for lunch. There was also a lovely manager at the restaurant and bar inside. I don't actually know his name bcoz I always called him my favourite barman to my husband. He run inbetween 3 bars, non stop except to greet us and ask how we were, he looked out for me when alone. Service was always wonderful and attentive. The food was reasonable, I didn't find much choice compared to previous resorts I have stayed in, and I think had my son and mother joined us they may have struggled to find food they would enjoy, I'm pretty easy to cater for and will generally eat most things. The pool is very clean and nice, we enjoyed this alot. The beach was nice but some plastic waste in the water. The lifeguards were pleasant and helpful at the poolside. The bar staff were lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The entertainment team have so much energy, they dance all day and night, always have a smile on their faces. There was not one person in the staff that I didn't like, they were genuinely all great. The security guard was also great, I called him the friendly giant, highly professional! They were all so happy to see a Scottish person there as its been a while. I would 1000% recommend this hotel as the staff make it really enjoyable. They are true assets to the hotel.

I came on holiday with my partner to celebrate our one year anniversary that he treated me to. I can honestly say I have enjoyed my stay, lovely people, very welcoming and the entertainers are all very sociable; always making sure they spend time conversating with the guests.

Me & my partner had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We felt really welcomed and especially enjoyed the animation team, they included us in their shows & dances and made us feel like one of the family. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again soon. Special thanks to Ali for teaching me how to samba. & thanks to lotfi for putting a smile on our faces everyday.

We came here as a group of friends and had an absolutely fantastic time. A hotel right on the beach but also with 2 outside adult pools. The poolside and the rooms were spotless. The facilities were fantastic and clean. The staff couldn't do more for us. Extremely friendly and accommodating, Ali and Vickie were extremely friendly and always checked on how we were doing. The food was great, as it being my first all inclusive experience I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. I would highly recommend here to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

We spend a week at Vincci Marillia and it was great! We were welcomed with a nice drink. Our room had a great view over the pool and sea. The room itself was big enough for the 3 of us. There was a bath in the bathroom to much delight of my son. The food was good, even our 3 year old had plenty to choose from. There's a huge main pool, a smaller one, a kid's pool and a pool inside. They were all clean and not cold! The lifeguards by the pool were awesome. They always make sure you enjoy your day by the pool. My son was a big fan of the lifeguards, they were always playing with him. The animation was amazing! Best we've had on vacations so far. They do everything they can to make everybody smile. Mira who does mini club and mini disco is lovely, my son couldn't let go of her hug when we were leaving. Also big thanks to Aziz, you're great! :) For the price that we paid, it was much more than we thought we would get! We are already considering coming back next time!

Nice hotel and place to visit

1st time here, very surprised. All staff friendly ( animators, swimming pool staff, photographers, waiters ). Food very good and fresh everyday. I'm recommend!

Nice place with great beach, kind staff

Just returned from a week away. The hotel is very good and extremely clean. The food could not be faulted but a bit samey so if we had gone for 2 weeks think it would have been a bit boring. My only advise to the hotel would be to make the quiet bar with the piano in a child free zone unless they could behave or the parents were made to keep them under control. Our last night was ruined by 4 extremely naughty French children whose parents might just as well be drinking in another hotel for the notice they took. Even the bar person did nothing . Disgusted with the situation.

A very good affordable vacation option. Staff was kind and friendly, the hotel is clean, close to the beach and the food is nicely prepared and different.

Thanks to Mr. Fahri from the main restaurant for the professional attitude. The rest of his colleagues are a bit cheeky. Please keep this in mind when training staff.

The hotel is very good. The food is delicious. It's very clean. The rooms are very large, there is air in them. The furniture is old but this was not problem. We asked towels for the third person in the room every day. Sometimes we had, sometimes there wasn't put. Only the staff on the pool was very rough (exactly one of the man there). He moved our towels every time to put another. The beds on the pool are busy from early in the morning (because the staff put towels) but all day they are empty. This is awful.
