Had great experience at this store, staff is very polite and friendly. We can choose from wide variety of frames and coming to cost it is bit on higher side and there are some discounts if you are gold user. 4 stars because, quality of few frames is not up to mark at their prices. But you can always have choice of exchanging them with other frames within 14 days with no questions asked and if you don't damage any parts.

One of the worst store I never visited in my life. No one is taken care of the customer and if you reach to the sales executive they are not responding at all. They don’t give any respect to customers. I recommend not to go to that store and if possible shut it down as it’s waste of current bill

The worst experience i had at lenskart, i was given incorrect information about the lenses and made me purchase the costly lens for my spects. The staff is not at all professional they don't have proper information about the frames and lenses. The worst experience till date !
