Thanks to Dr Agarwal hospitals and very much thankful to Dr Aparna Ayyagari mam.I am 33 years old visited the hospital due to no vision in my right eye and Dr Aparna Ayyagari examined and identified the problem and she has done my surgery flawlessly and with at most care and my vision is completely restored.she also guided me to chose the correct lenses based on my medical reports.Madam is more than happy than me and my family after my vision is completely restored, I can see that evidently in her eyes during my visits after the surgery.I completely recommend anyone to consult Dr Aparna Ayyagari if you have eye related issues as she listens to her patients patiently. Medical and supporting staff are very disciplined, caring and friendly.Once we step in to the hospital they will guide you. I had very bad experience with the counsellor, if you have doubts I recommend to directly discuss with the doctor.

My elder sister now almost a super sr citizen got operated for both eyes cataract at this hospital in nov 21..the surgeries were done by Dr Aparna Ayyagari who is not only highly qualified but also very competent, polite n soft, willing to listen to patients n interact . The hospital is in a very good location , clean, & hygienic , computerised n well maintained. The procedures are seamless right from reception to consultant doctor with in house Lab , pharmacy n optician . All the supporting staff are very cool, courteous n professional which makes the visit most comfortable n easy going at all times. Now its almost 4 months n both eyes have settled very nicely with clear visions so also inital stages of glaucoma detected under control with medication. So all in all a wonderful experience n would recommend this hospital for anyone who needs a surgery n care. Had a very good experience almost every time except once. My mom had cataract surgery for both eyes. Was operated by Dr. Aparna. She is very sweet and has patience. She answered all our queries. Staff is very good. Everything is set up online and process is quick due the software they are using. Yamini advises about the lens and was always available for any questions over the phone as well. Dr. Deepika Khurana your arrogance is not gonna take this centre anywhere but to an abysmal depth. Your " i don't care for the rest of the world "attitude is seriously worth considering a change as you're a doctor by profession and would need to display a certain amount of empathy towards patients even if you personally do not possess that trait. I visited Dr. Agarwal eye hospital, Mehadipatnam for cataract surgery for my wife Shobha Rani during this month, i.e. November, 2023 and got it done for both eyes. The surgeon Dr.Aparna Ayyagari is an experienced and exceptionally skilled doctor and dealt with the patient with utmost care and support. The hospital is having a wonderful staff right from reception desk to Branch Manager and ophthalmologists. They are very courteous. Mr.Nagaraju, the counselor , is very cordial with patients and advised them properly .Every process in the hospital was systematic and there is no scope for any complaint. With my personal experience, I found that this is one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad for eye related problems.

Very poor response. By whatsup you are sending so many doctors details, no retina doctor found at MEHDIPATNAM branch,. Again going to Punjagitta, Hyderabad. There also more waiting time. Sconi g cost is high, injection costs are also more. Fully commercial , , no solution found. Gone with high expectations, but came back with disappointment wastingnone day

Dr. Deepika was not very friendly. The way she handled my issue was quite rude, and the result analysed was not very certain. I was left unsatisfied with the visit. I would suggest to try out different doctors!
