I'm pleased to report that I witnessed significant improvements in my skin within just a few sessions thanks to the expertise of the dermatologist and the effectiveness of the personalized treatment plan. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that my concerns were addressed and my progress closely monitored.

👎 Unfortunate Experience with Laser Carbon Treatment 👎, NOT RECOMMENDED. my recent experience with the laser carbon treatment . I had initially contacted Dr. , who assured me that the treatment was entirely safe 100%. Encouraged by this professional recommendation, I proceeded with the 20-25 minute procedure. However, post-treatment, I encountered Swelling and a burning sensation occurred in certain areas on my face, when i asked about issue , Dr. said it all about one hour after that all will be good , But still after 2 days noticed that skin burnt in three to four places. Result: After contacting the management they apologised for the mistaken happen from their end, also Refunded the amount i have paid for treatment . felt happy when they promisied they will completely take care with out getting black spots in the burnt places its been more than a month still on black spots in the burnt places, when i contacted team keeps on changing oinments and suggesting to use for more 2 weeks. Overall i would say poor service and Not recommended 👎.

Hey, I walked in kaya with so much expectations staff is fine. Products are average. But the treatment is zero. You wouldn't see any changes in your skin. The laser & peel would not make any difference to your face skin. So I would suggest be home and take care of your skin your own. Don't waste your money. There is not result on mine even after having 6-6 session for laser & peel. I feel I have been cheated and false stated.

Got excellent treatment for pigmentation issue. Earlier my skin look dull and uneven skin tone and pimple marks were visible. Here at FMS skin clinic, Dermatologists suggested laser procedures and few creams. After 3 sessions my skin tone improved and with no pimple marks. I had the worst experience here with my laser treatment two sessions my skin was Burt I had gone thr today for my last session they did an extraw body part which was not asked by and ask me to pay , and I experienced a very bad behaviour from the therapist while the private body parts were exposed this was unethical professional to treat a patient this way with the fault being on there side , My treatment was left half way and it was not done . Inspite of me being a doctor they have shown me and given me the worse behaviour my raising a high tone of voice . I was not even informed on the call for my last session and even before starsring a new session they haven’t notified . And they cannot start a new treatment without the concentration and demand u to pay . These kind of people really need to punished for a abusive behaviour for their faults

Greetings of the day I have gotten my lazer treatment and peel off for the face couple of days ago by Dr. Swathi . The warm welcome and prep by the staff was very good. Doctor greets in a friendly way and asks queries regarding allergies and reactions before starting the treatment .The treatment process were not painful as herd. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is amazing . Post treatment care is also good as they check on.

I went there for laser treatment and they just burnt my skin and it got worse. Now it has been more than a year since then and I still can't get rid of the scars Kaya doctors caused me. Waste of money.

Best Skin clinic in Hyderabad, i would say. I have been visiting FMS Skin for past 6 months for my acne treatment, my acne scars were reduced within the first 3 Sessions.

I went for laser hair removal for my face. I was told that the affect of painless treatment is same than the other treatment which involves pain and there's a tad bit difference in price so I opted for painless one. I went for 3 sessions and saw no difference at all. There was no difference in thickness of hair or any delay in time they grow back so I consulted the doctor there and she then asked me to switch to the other treatment which is not painless but more effective (earlier she said there's no difference in treatment). I said okay to that I was done with all my 6 sessions and still saw no difference in my facial hair moreover the thickness increased. I consulted the doctor again and she said "no no there will be some difference, you should take few more sessions". I then took 3 more sessions (for which I had to pay because they give you 6 sessions in the fee you paid and if you need more sessions you have to pay additional amount) and I was getting frustrated because there was no difference at all but it made it worse. And when I went to ask her(the doctor) she said that it because of your hormons. I was like I know that why this happens but if your treatment is not going to make any difference then you should have been a better person and tell me beforehand, the doctor said nothing. No doubt the staff is good but the doctor doesn't inform you properly. They just want to make money and it doesn't bother them if the treatment is helping you or not. I wasted my money. I would say that please don't waste your money on kaya for laser hair removal and buy a device instead so that you can do it at your home and it'll cost you somewhere around what your treatment at kaya will.
