I was at Hill Top for nearly a week and the good points I can pick out from my experience include fairly good customer service, friendly staff plus their breakfast offerings aren't that bad. However, they need to improve on their bathroom hygiene for those using shared bathrooms plus their lowest priced rooms are very small and cramped out.

Though close to the telecom masts, the hotel is pretty quiet and serene at the top of the hill. The lady that served me did a great job and with a smile. My meal was fantastic and will surely be back for another.

The place is very untidy, full of dust and COB webs. The bathrooms are completely bad. Management needs to seriously look into cleanliness

Located on the outskirts of Arua, Hilltop offers decent and affordable lodging, and the food is decent

The place is okay ample parking space and very welcome place it has a cool view of the city of arua

Very Old mattress, Too many mosquitoes, no mirrors in rooms, TV not working, Luke warm water in the shower, room not well cleaned (waste for previous occupant was still in the room when I checked in)....etc #NotImpressed

It has a very good view and accommodate facilities, but no accessibility for wheelchairs!
