Its quite cool and beautiful, their staffs are friendly😂😂👏i recommend you to this hotel

I had an outing with my team at the swimming pool. Water was green so not clean enough. Food was just ok but the pizza was terrible. Never order pizza there I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces and left the rest. They took too long to prepare the bill. Look for other options around. For pizza cafe cosmos has nice pizza but only on Saturdays

Its good place with nice gardens and swimming pool and housing facilities. The location is very perfect for any purpose.

BEAUTIFUL place and Gloria the receptionist made us feel at home. She made us forget the mistake her colleagues did the night before. All in all the perfect place to stay when in Arua.

Its a stress relaxing place, very conduesive environment for everyone including children and activities

The best thing about White Castle is the ambiance. Nestled within a lush of green, the hotel gives you the much needed rest. White Castle also boosts of great private cottages and play area for children. The staff too a very helpful.

Nice rooms, nice gardens, nice pool, lively people serving you...and but very poor food. Why would such attractive place not have a descent chef?

It's very nice place with beautiful trees ,flowers, flowing stream and awide garden. Has good foods and a swimming pool.

It was so bad ,we booked to come there but the place was so ugly and disgusting they didn’t even have any rooms for us they were so unprepared There was even a man fixing the toilet They were no sits ,the pool looked 🤮 if it hadn’t been clean I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
