The place is located just very close to the central Bussness District ,very nice location for people who want easy access to town , although sometimes their is no parking space and their grass in the garden is usually very wet making it very hard , for walking on .

It was the worst experience, my friend and I got humiliated so bad that when we asked to talk to the manager he or she refused to see us. Zambians why do we like putting other peoples down we were really giving this place business everytime we would buy food and study only for us to be chased today saying regardless of bringing business the problem was our books. At least if they had good customer service the manager would have the decency to talk to us if he or she cares about this business. Left with the feeling of humiliation and disappointment please change your attitude towards your customers!

The room didn't have intercom facility. TV was not working. Aircon didn't have the remote . It was a hell to contact anyone at the reception even. No internet connection. Over all it was a very bad experience. I wanted to stay for 5days.but I wanted to move out in one day.

Buying food from here is the worst experience ever

It's a nice place for business, relaxing even for a family/friends outing. I enjoyed my nshima with fish and vegetables 😋 very good chefs they have

I did a conference at this lodge. They have a beautiful conference room, but u have to bring ur own food because their food is very expensive.

Room is assumed to have a fridge and its not provided. TV has no signal throughout my stay. Terrible hospitality. Reception is left unmanned for over 30minutes. If you are resident, you wait until housekeeping locates receptionist. Secondly when there is an external event, residents are made to park their cars outside the premises unmanned. Pathetic experience. Would not recommend.

I go there for our business seminars and the experience has been tops. Its a nice place for both private and public meetings. Easy to locate.

All rooms have got AC but they wont give you AC remotes..i think they want save money with Zesco…a single word they are cheating

First of all the toilets did not Have seat Cover, then was asked to change the room. Tv remote and Aircon remote was only provided after requesting for it. Breakfast was pathetic. Overall service was really a bad experience 😔

There are notable infrastructural developments from my previous stay at the place. However they is need to improve on quality of their breakfast meals.

It's an OK highway hotel ,the furnishes are wanting ,shower are sometimes not working and you have to request the attendant for help.

Food and vibe of the place was not really inviting or good

It's a very chilled classy location and it provides a great affordable location for what ever use you like. Biggest compliment is the place has a family kinda vibe and you will not feel uncomfortable or weird when you are there. If you want to watch the game over the weekend with good strangers and friends, this is the place for you.

For the first time ever in my life the experience with this once a dynamic hotel turned out to be worst. Like I had kept a room booking and it was so sad to see that Room No 212 was so useless. 1. Their Wall Socket weren't working Well. 2. Their Wall socket is at near the tv not like other hotel where socked it next to your bed if you want to charge your mobile devices or laptop. 3. The room service never cleaned properly like at night your blood is just being enjoyed by bunch of mosquitoes. 4. They once used to keep kettles and tea or coffee packing with milk powder but this room had no such. 5. If you ask for the extension cable for charging multiple device they dont have. 6. I would recommend you NOT ALL HAS HABIT OF USING TISSUE WHILE IN WASHROOM start keeping sprays they are more hygienic for human rather than wasting tissue papers to clear your rear end. This hotel used to be an outstanding one i used to stay here since 2016 till 2018 but now it has become not like it used to be

Good for small events. Minimal parking space. Good people. 🙂 It's 3 minutes walk from nearest bus, but taxis are all around available.
