It is a good place but lacks the standard professional touch. The workers are kind but lack professional ethics like answering the phones or talking to me in a language I didn't understand. The food gave me food poisoning and I had to leave because of this that went on for 4 days. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

They are so reliable. I reached Arua very late and they were able to provide a meal to me. Yet other hotels had told me it isn't possible because of curfew.

Received Professional clientele care,the room is crispy clean and comfortable beddings. You need to book a couple of days before as the hotel is usually fully booked for walk-in.
