This was my first time visiting Hotel Le'Confidential. I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, helpful and informative. The staffs of this hotel is above average. About the facilities, they also have a complete facilities for weekend gateways. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended hotel in Arua - Steven Musoke

The rooms are great with new equipments, has a beautiful swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam although they close a bit early. The break fast served is amazing and the staff are very friendly. I would greatly recommend this place.

Had a great tour of the hotel led by one of their passionate staff... I think called fiona and the manager has brought in great international experience from Nepal to the hotel to give you a feel of international service. Keep it up.

This place is an Amazing stay. I wish it could stay as such. My two nights there were worth every coin. Food is amazing, hospitality, the ladies and guys are all welcoming and the offer was great The only undoing is their TVs...u only watch NTV and no other local channels, it's a smart TV which to me surely doesn't need to be. Someone needs to open it to clients to watch whatever channel they feel like. How can they lack UBC of all channels? This was the only thing that I didn't like but the rest, food, breakfast, cleaninless, all is tick and am sure I shall come back

Spent 2 nights during a staff retreat. The hotel is very new with some section still being furnished. Pool is medium size but clean with another for small children. Good was nice but not much varieties. Conference room is big and we'll equipped but the projector was a bit dim. Electricity would cut almost every hour or so they really need to invest in a backup power solution. Rooms are ok but very close to hotel entrance and DJ area so first night it was noisy till almost 11 pm. A bit expensive considering the location but you won't find much better in Arua. Bathroom don't have a bidet/water hose for the toilet. The AC is out at fixed temp and fan speed.

Only one standard hotel in Arua, rooms are big and the food is amazing, out door pool is added services and the lawn with kids activities are great. Recommended to stay for business and the families.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed my stay. It is extremely clean, bedrooms are extremely well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant has a wide selection of food and beverages. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place. A bit out of town but easily accessible as it is close to the main road. Staffs are super friendly. All Rooms have air conditioning which is great because it does really get too hot sometimes in Arua. Alex showed me around the entire facility. Rooms are very clean and rates are fair enough….. also if you need privacy ask to lounge on the terrace The owner of this hotel has such good taste. You will see it in the choice of their furniture and a lot of other things in this location

I have found the art of living right here. From a warm welcome at the reception to a presidential living, there's no better hotel in Arua city other than Hotel Le Confidentiel. These guys have all it takes make your living in this hotel a Merry living.

The largest hotel rooms by miles, in Arua City. Lovely gardens. Excellent swimming pool, clever placement of amenities including a reclusive, shy back garden that is a must for anyone at night!

Very nice modern hotel, however out of town, so location is not ideal

I can not yet give more than two stars yet because my first day experience is not worthy 3 stars, maybe I will increase to 5 stars in the future.
