Technically not a castle, this gorgeous villa stands as a reminder of three great families and the heritage left for all of us to enjoy.

Great place in Thiene to check out. Lots of history and great art and frescos. Great service by the front desk. It started to downpour and he came out to give us umbrellas

It was closed so we walked around a bit . It was nice . The cafe in the pic was really good

If you're up for a bit of 'off the beaten trail' exploration, you really need to see Thiene. A 40 minute train ride from Vicenza, it begins to show you the Italy that few get to experience. From there you must see Zugliano!

Wonderful well preserved art inside. Only accessible on special occasion like the Christmas market.

Bella location in centro a Thiene

Attended a wedding at the castle and it was beautiful. The rooms inside were painted with murals and the outside lit up at night time. The stable was really interesting to look at as well. Pretty crazy that it has been there for hundreds of years but still looked so good. I believe it is usually closed to the public
