The pizza was terrible. We have always ordered before and it has always been amazing and this pizza was absolutely terrible. There was not any extra cheese or extra pepperoni.. The dough was terrible.

I’ve been hearing about how amazing this food was for awhile now so I finally decided to give it a try and I am not disappointed at all! Everything was perfect and the delivery driver was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about all the questions I had for him!! Amazing job to you all Maxwell’s!! Thank you for our dinner and we will definitely be seeing you guys again soon!!

the food and service is amazing. the employees are so nice, especially Jakayla, her customer service is awesome! my boyfriend and i tried out the new bar and it was an amazing experience. 10/10, will always recommend!

45 minutes to get two salads and a pizza. Two other people when the restaurant . When the Pizza did finally arrive it was ice cold. And I mean cold cold like it sat outside. She did offer to have it remade at that point it was too late.

Placed an order ahead of time for delivery. The person showed up 15 minutes late for the delivery and parked on the busy street instead of pulling into the driveway. They proceed to deliver only half my order, and run off to get their car before I checked for everything. Called the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Finally got a call back saying they forgot, sorry, and do I want a refund. I asked to have it re-delivered and they said it was impossible. Family was not able to eat dinner. Spent a large amount of money only to have it wasted. Awful service and will honestly not order delivery again.

A small dining area if you eat in. Some of the best pizza in the area. Service was good. Dining area was really clean.

Had a meat lovers and a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. Quick service on a Sunday evening, with only one other couple there. Food was delicious! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they were out of the appetizer we originally wanted AND out of the draft beer we wanted as well.

I stopped in recently to grab dinner for my family and Jakayla was so sweet. It was my first time and she was very helpful and patient. She answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and love all their options and how they accommodate for my gluten allergy. Excited to try out the new bar. Jakayla’s service always keeps me satisfied.

Shae was incredible when I went to pick up my order in the drive thru. She was more than helpful and went above and beyond. She was persistent in making sure we were satisfied with everything!

I usually don’t do reviews, but this one was worth writing about. Bar Service was great, was very attentive and fast. Pizza was even better. Will go here again in the future.

Shae is great! She has the best attitude when working and provides great customer service. She provided the best service when I had questions about the food. Maxwell’s food is amazing and I will always recommend this restaurant due to staff being so helpful!

Very clean and very fast, all of the workers are super friendly and are always smiling. Service is always ready to help get you in and out as quickly as possible. The location is very convenient as it is right next to a few popular shopping locations and close to the popular roads in town, making it very easy to go to and from when ordering from maxwell’s and doing your other duties in town.

It was an ok experience, pizza is good, I've had better. Convenient, but clerks need some training on how to bag food items. They put cold salads and dressing in with hot wings, I prefer my cold stuff cold,and hot stuff hot. Clerk was nice and had a great attitude. I'll go back.

I've been through the drive through at Maxwell's before, and the service is always excellent. Everyone is always very friendly. I was hungry the last time I came through, so I decided to order a personal pizza. The lady working, named Shae, was very hospitable. She made my pizza and brought it to my car. Service was A+ as well as my pizza. I'll definitely be back.

Used the drive-thru to grab a few items. The convenience of being able to stay in your car and purchase such a great variety of items is ideal for parents with little ones in the car. The drive-thru allows me to stay in the car instead of unloading 3 kids and going into a store, only to load them all back up. Very clean location and friendly staff!

Awesome pizza, and good price for a slice well worth it, you definitely want to go here and try it out.

We use the drive thru, it's hit & miss. Sometimes they have enough help, Sometimes it's a poor little out of breath floor person, by the look of it.

One of the nicest drivethrus I’ve seen in a long time…. The kid working however was so rude I’ll never be back !

Their French fries are to die for! Perfectly seasoned and crispy. I had their 1 slice pepperoni and it tasted incredible. MASSIVE and delicious. Would for sure come again and I am making this a monthly tradition for my friends and I.

Went tonight to get pizza and ice cream for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that pizza by the slice were on sale for National Pizza Day. We were less than impressed with ice cream. $3.49 for a single scoop that fits inside the little styrofoam cups that individual servings come in at the hospital.

They have 7 or 8 different kinds of ice cream (the rainbow is awesome!), Chicago deep dish pizza, calzones, salads, subs, chili (they even has a cactus chili 🤯) and mac n cheese. They have a drive thru with beer, wine, cigarettes/cigars and lotto tickets. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is really great for the summer. The staff is super friendly and nice. Definitely an unexpectedly great spot.

Only 15 minutes from order to takeout. Both the people who helped were friendly. Place was clean. Food was good. Expensive.

Food was delicious. Not really high priced. Has specials and reward program. Had choice of dine in or carry out.

They said they couldn’t make fries but they were listed on their lunch special on the menu that had this specific location address on it. Didn’t have certain drinks filled in the pop machine, didn’t have cups for the 2 L. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Food we could get was good though. The McConnelsville location is stellar, not sure what happened to this one.
