The lady at the reception was rude to me and not at all professional when I came in to ask for information about their services and she referred to me by saying that I could only ask for information if I had an appointment. Nothing more! For the rest the place seems organized and also has a children's area, but I won't go back there again because of the lady. Greetings

I went there for the first time to accompany my sister, and I must say that she had a very good time with La Doctor. But honestly no at the reception because the lady who was there (not the young girl but the older one) as soon as we entered she said "Well, if you don't have a mask you have to go out" There is but I say give us time to breathe and say hello, right?! Then at the end he gave us the mask. Other than that, his way of communicating with us wasn't the best. If we were to go back it will be for the Doctor, but if it were only for the lady there we wouldn't go back again!

Their strong point is certainly the professionalism and kindness of the doctors. I have always felt very comfortable in the center of Orio Center, a clean environment. Advised!

Professional staff who put you at ease. Unfortunately I have frequented several dentists but for one reason or another they have not made me loyal. They are all amazing! Top welcome! Excellent STAFF, Excellent DENTAL CARE, all truly professional and extremely helpful. Attentive to all needs for time management, but above all very patient and sensitive (as in my case) in understanding my personal "phobia" of the dentist, leaving me times and ways to manage the situation. Thanks to all the staff from the receptionists, to the store manager, to the seat assistants (if I forget anyone I apologize) but above all to Doctor Monica Cottone who, thanks to her sensitivity and professionalism, helped me manage my "phobia" allowing me to to have adequate care where other studies had failed, neither understanding nor adequately supporting my serious discomfort. I came back to have my teeth cleaned using the est fundus which I didn't have before. They did everything. The staff is trained and the clinic is clean, see you next session!

I was very disappointed with this clinic, the premise was wonderful, they told me that it would be the best (1 disappointment) I was given crowns on 3 front teeth and all 3 together like dentures, which could be done individually I state that I had teeth, I wasn't even missing 1, I had horrible teeth made, they look like 3 grains of corn.. the worst part was that my teeth were worn away without even taking an impression or an x-ray before ruining me, zero checks, a few weeks after my teeth were put in I feel that one of the teeth (the first) is moving and for fear of ruining the small remaining teeth I phoned for a check-up, during the check-up the dentist is always the one who put the teeth in me teeth, he checked me not what I told him to look at he did everything else he even told me that my gums were inflamed and that they were bleeding which is not true at all they never bleed even when I brush my teeth and he told me that everything was fine... I go to another dentist and ask to have a check-up, he told me that I need to take an x-ray and see why the tooth is obviously not set in properly. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! spending so much on poorly done work or maybe I thought that because I'm a foreigner that everything was fine with me!! A shame but I would NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN.
