Foredhani was our last and very quick stay during our holiday in Zanzibar. It is centrally located not far from the night food market and opposite the old fort. We were given a great room right next to the swimming pool which was amazing as that is why we booked this place. The swimming pool is rather small but clean and nice opportunity to cool down. The reception staff are great and even arranged for us to have an early breakfast, provided free bottles of water and were helpful.

We were in Zanzibar and Tanzania for 1 month, we were in more then 5 different hotels, but this one is the best hotel .Super location, super friendly and nice staff, super beds, hot water ,good WiFi, beautiful interior everywhere, the housekeeping services is excellent - every day cleaning and new towels and bedsheets,good and tasty breakfast, right in the sity centrum .

There was this particular staff by the name Carlos abdull, he kept nagging us the entire stay trying to convince us to use his services for excursions and tour around the town and when we told him no! he became rude to us. The management should look into this Staff member. Then there are some guys just outside the hotel near the entrance selling street food and sugarcane juice, they start working as early 6am and are so loud we could barely sleep. We were on the 2nd floor and still could hear them. All the other employees were friendly and very helpful

Rooms are ok & location is good as it’s in stone town. Service is extremely poor. One staff takes booking & other tells that they are fully booked. Don’t trust them with bookings. Highly unprofessional. It’s just like over bookings done & then customer is harassed.

I was spending 3 nights with me elder son.. nice and big room. Clean and the location was great. We love the pool on the roof and the wooden furniture.. good price... But the breakfast was a bit poor

Forodhani hotel deserves 5 stars. Foods are delicious, best location in the city. If you want any activity in sea or inside city this is best option. Rooms are perfect for family or friends.

Its an average hotel with great staff. Breakfast was average, not much lavish. The apartments are at a walking distance from the main hotel whereby cars cant pass through. So thats a small problem especially for someone with a child. There can be improvement on adding shampoo /toothpastes in the bathrooms as guests may tend to forget theirs. Rooms are decent too.

A great hotel in stone town with amazing staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and I can't thank them enough for the experience. We had a huge comfortable room with air conditioning and also thoroughly enjoyed dinner and breakfast from the restaurant! We had a great experience here and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a place to stay in stone town - it's a pity we were only there for one night!

A great place to stay, especially if you are a scuba diver! A 2 minute walk from One Ocean Dive shop, and the Freddie Mercury Museum! The staff is too notch, my room was cleaned immaculately every day. All amenities such as AC, fridge,TV, and WiFi worked perfectly during my stay. And wonderful hot water showers. I will definitely be staying here again.

Good rooms, hot water, cozy bed, located in stone town, walking distance to a lot of happening area in stone town. Right opposite the old fort. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but they don't have much options for a strict vegetarian dietary for breakfast. But overall it was a good experience and good stay at the forodhani park hotel.

Toilet is not clean!.Staff are not friendly at all. The price is so expensive compared to other hotels in the same area.

It is located at the city centre of unguja island ( stone town) very close to forodhan open space . The hotel is served with delicious food cuisines , well served by number of hotel staffs & it has a good environment. Mostly special abt the place is located at tourist area closely to a sea view.

Nice hotel next to old fortress and Forodhani park with clean rooms and small but cute swimming pool on top. Breakfast si very nice , better choice for many hotels in Stone town. Bathroom is little bit old

Location was fantastic, and always easy to find after getting lost in the alleys of Stonetown. Rooftop pool was superb, with views out over the city and ocean. They also provided a secure deposit box at reception and a money exchange facility on-site. They also managed to organize a shuttle from the airport for $15. Breakfast was a little inconsistent, with two completely different buffet options each day - there was some lovely crispy potatos on the first day that weren't there on the second. The water pressure also left a lot to be desired. The room safe batteries weren't working and neither were the air-conditioner and TV remotes.

It's a great hotel with fantastic staff who are always ready to help.It's located opposite the old fort and 2 minutes walk to Forodhani Gardens 👌.The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean.Food was great as well with good variety.The roof top pool is relaxing and one can have stunning views of Stone town.We had an amazing time here.Highly recommended.

Superb location with ancient decorated rooms, and waiting area catched our eyes. Nice service, staff were amazing and friendly. Just a request to add India's flag in your reception desk. Thank you 😊
