The hotel is absolutely stunning! We stayed in a beach villa so close to the pool area. We had amazing house keeping and entertainment every night. We got offered flowers for the room and coconuts to drink while relaxing by a beautiful big pool. We got to experience a fitness session which was really awesome! All the staff are super friendly, the food is amazing with many different options as well! Can’t complain! :) my husband and I had a lovely honeymoon and would definitely come back.

Awesome resort and location! The beach and all the restaurants were amazing. All the pools and amenities were top notch, and the rooms were spacious and clean. This property is well maintained and very beautiful. The only downside, which turned into quite an issue, was the lack of power converters. This resort uses different plugs than all the rest of Africa, and offers no USB charging ports built in (which many camps in the middle of nowhere had). This meant we were unable to charge anything after weeks of safaris where this was not an issue. The front desk said they had converters to use, but they must only have a couple and they are first come first serve, so they were never available for us no matter how many times we called. Finally, one time when we called to ask if any were available, the front desk said "have you tried using the one for the coffee machine?" Sure enough, that is the only appliance in the room that uses a standard African plug. Wish they would have said that at the beginning of our stay.

My stay here was highly satisfying. The resort is really amazing. Rooms are bigger. View from the balcony is so beautiful. Greenery everywhere. The walk down the stairs to reach the buffet or the pool or the beach feels so good. The staffs are so friendly and jolly. They sing & dance & work really well. Very polite. Definitely would like to be back here again.

Stay November 2022. We stayed in this hotel for 12 days. Overall satisfied but also some criticism. Positive are the dining options with wide choice and the friendly staff. The theme evenings with dinner around the pool and dinner in the sand along the coastline are superb. Sufficient seats are available at the pool and on the beach. A beautiful domain with lots of greenery. You do need to be in good shape because it is serious climbing stairs. The rooms are spacious and clean. Negative points are following. Due to wedding parties and theme evenings, we could not lie at the pool for a few afternoons. The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning in the room did not cool more than 26 ° and we reported this 3 times, each time with an interval of 48 hours. Getting out of the shower was a disaster, you were sweating. After showering it was usually 28° in the room. When we woke up at night sweating and couldn't sleep, they decided to give us another room with an update to a junior suite with a well-functioning air conditioning. Blissful, pleasant experience. This was actually what we should have had our entire holiday and not the penultimate day. We had specially booked this hotel because there was a diving center on the domain. Cool Divers was also a disaster. They mixed divers with +400 dives with beginners with 3 dives and this after expressly promising that this would not happen. Their only priority is selling courses to beginners. It's a shame that Tui associates their name with that, because a little further is an excellent diving center for those who really want to dive. Zanzibar Extreme Water Sports. This holiday ended with satisfaction, but still a wry feeling due to the above-mentioned negatives.

Beautiful resort! If you're travelling solo and don't mind staying out of town, look no further this is the right place for you! As a black female solo traveller I didn't feel out of place here, the ambiance was beautiful, staff very pleasant, good food (I chose half-board), plenty activities to keep you occupied. It was my birthday and I got a cake which was very thoughtful of them. I had fresh flowers in my room everyday. This is my 2nd stay at a TUI Blue hotel and I must say the standards are very similar even though they were in different continents, I love the consistency. I stayed in 3 hotels in Tanzania and TUI had the best Internet connection. What I didn't like about this hotel, was the location. You can't risk stepping out of the hotel on your own cos the chances of getting a taxi is slim but the hotel provides taxi/shuttle at a fee. The distance from my room to anywhere except the reception was a journey. At night I felt a bit uncomfortable as the pathway wasn't well lit. The sunbeds at the beach area were all taken by 9am with no humans just towels. The method of booking for everything on the app wasn't user friendly. There were power outages a few times which was restored almost immediately but having to wake up at night to see lights on because of the power outage scared the daylight out of me. Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay.

Everything about TUI Blue is highly recommended, I and my fiancee just came back from a magical week at the majestic Tui blue hotel. we arrived in the early hours of the morning at approximately 4am and the hotel had arranged a fruit platter free if charge and our fridge was fully stocked. Everyday was incredible and we Especially enjoyed the pool aerobics, and other free activities offered by the hotel such as the reef walk. On our fourth day of our trip I informed the food and beverage manager Mr. Riyab Thaivachappil that I was planning on getting engaged the next day and asked if he could be of assistance he told me to leave everything up to him , he will sort it out which he and his team truly did the proposal was absolute perfection and I can not thank the Tui team for the effort put into setting up the proposal enough The Tui team than gave us daily surprises for the rest of our stay such as a bottle of wine, a fruit platter decorating our room with congratulations and truly going out if there way to make our stay that little bit extra special. The beach and pool areas were amazing and the food was really good as well, all if the staff were so friendly and helpful always asking if there was anything they could assist with. We would like to make a special mention of Simon one of the staff at the green and grill restaurant whose customer service was extraordinary. We enjoyed the themed evenings specifically the Swahili evening on the beach and dinner around the pool was also nice, the entertainment on offer was entertaining specifically the African contemporary dancers and the viewing of the world cup at the Shisha corner was really awesome. The rooms were beautiful and when we left on our 8th day there was an empty feeling in our stomachs so much so that upon arrival in South Africa we immediately started to research for our next visit to Tui blue Zanzibar.

A truly magical hotel in Zanzibar, Africa. Lots of greenery, beautiful Indian Ocean, pool, shops, gym, bars. Beautiful reception with all facilities. Amazing service and hotel management. Very warm and helpful people. The room has a huge bed, a TV, a bathroom and a balcony with a rocking chair. Lots of yummy food.

We stayed at this Hotel in October 2022. It was amazing! The hotel is very good and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was nice and kind and ready to help. We were very satisfied with everything. The beach was very beatiful and the service on the beach was also excellent. Especially one lady called Winfrida, who worked on the Beach, was very nice and we are very thankful for her service.

I recently visited The 5 Star Tui Blue Bahari with my sisters for a working holiday, and it is truly an African gem. The staff are efficient and courteous, and the rooms are beautiful. The whole place is very clean and hygienic. Plenty to choose from the 5 restaurants to satisfy anyone’s taste buds.If you are in for some Italian,make sure you don’t miss dining at Andiamo restaurant. It is an absolute dream. Beautiful well manicured gardens, white sand at the beach, turquoise sea, and the evening shows are very entertaining.

I and my husband spent a week at this amazing hotel ( Dec.2022-Jan.2023) I can say that was amongst the most beautiful vacation ever. The hotel has a wonderful landscape that gives you the feeling that the paradise was created there, the staff is very friendly, attentive, polite and smiley. Our regards to Ali the hospitality guide who is very helpful and deep from heart we recommend him , he can help you with everything you need. Also our warm and hearty regards to Chef Ali and his Sous Chef Aubrey. The New Year's eve party, the evenings themes, the dinner on the beach, the food was excellent. The room is spacious, clean and I loved finding the flowers on the bed every day. Overall, was a great experience, and definitely we're going to come back . I heartily, recommend this hotel!!!

If there was more than 5 star I would give it. My husband, son and I stayed for 3 nights for my birthday and we are definitely going back there soon. Looooved it! The rooms, the food, the ambience, the staff John, Mariam and many more were excellent in customer service. I highly recommend the hotel..for everything! Thank you all the Tui staff and management for making our stay and my birthday a memorable one. We will be back soon God willing.

This was one of my best holidays to date. The resort has everything you need on offer, amazing staff and a true customer centred culture of making sure each interaction is special. It was a great experience in TUI Bahari Blue. Friendly and quite lovely staff. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. The restaurant has a variety of delicious cuisines. The private beach as well as the pool are super. The bars were exquisite. Thank you very much TUI for hosting us and a big thank to the GM Mr Reda Sweed for making our stay memorable.

Amazing place to spend your holiday and vacation. Very relaxing, great food but please improve the quality of your cocktails. Very little alcohol in them, and we are not allowed to purchase any extra alcohol on the all inclusive package. We had to ask the bartenders to add alcohol but still it was tasting like a non alcoholic cocktail. Even tried the ones we had to pay for, but still, very little alcohol in them. Besides that, very happy with the stay, it was amazing and an authentic paradise! Recommend the pizzas from Andiamo, those were great. A special thank you to SIMON, who made our stay even better, he was 5 stars, always there to help and happy to do so. He's a gem.

The experience was amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was really friendly and the entire location was super clean. In the evening different activities were scheduled by the hotel so there was not room for boredom.

Where do I begin. The hotel is beautiful and well run. The staff went out of their way to make our stay beyond special. Ahmed, from housekeeping, looked after us like family, making recommendations on entertainment options and excursions. What a special guy! We were also lucky enough to meet Portia, who ensured our every request was attended to. Also lovely to be with a fellow South African. Her hospitality and care goes above and beyond. The management, especially Mohammed, also ensured that our stay was made extra special as no request was to big for him. The bar manager, the friendliest person on the island, ensured we were never thirsty and looked after us like queens. This has been by far one of our best vacations ever. Thank you to everyone for making our time at Rui Blue Bahari so special. ❤️

I just got back from my vacation! We spent 9 days at this hotel and I can only recommend it. The staff was amazing. Always helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The attention to detail was what made my stay beautiful! Special thanks to our bar staff by the beach. Jeremy and Hadje were amongst the people that stood out to us (hope I got the names right)! Also Riyab the restaurant manager was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed! Staff always looked out for us and they really work hard to make your stay pleasant and they do it with a smile. From gardener to cleaning crew to servers, they are all amazing! The grounds and rooms are clean. So are the restaurants. The hotel has amazing views and the beach is also nice. The only thing I’d have to critique is that there’s an extra charge for an early check in. After traveling 25 hours it would’ve been nice to be able to get into your room. A 100$ charge seemed a bit overpriced. However, there was a welcome center with a nice changing room and shower so we were able to change and wash up and enjoy a beach day before the rooms were ready. I told everyone I would be back and I hope I get to plan a second stay with this beautiful hotel!

The best hospitality I have ever experienced. I would really recommend people to visit there but if you are vegetarian/vegan than. Think before you go or ask them. The Italian restaurant had the best paste and pizza ever.....

This is heaven on earth. Our stay for 7 nights recently at TUI BLUE was as close to perfect as a 10 year wedding anniversary celebration can be. Friendly staff, great food, awesome suites create a beautiful and luxury setting.

We had an amazing time at TUI Blue Bahari Zanzibar. The resort is beautiful, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food quality is very good for an all inclusive concept. You have several special dinners arranged at the beach or around the pool which include a nice buffet and BBQ or fresh tuna/sashimi. Special thanks to Winfrida and Ally, for making our stay extra special. Would highly recommend this resort.

This hotel is one of the best i’ve stayed so far. We had a very nice stay and we would definitely come back at anytime. This place is amazing and one can notice at each step the attention to details. From the moment you entered in the hotel till the last day of vacation everyone made sure you are their most important guest, even though there were plenty of it. The staff is so kind and generous, always to serve and assist with anything. The food is amazingly good and fresh. There are plenty of options for all types of foodies. Just stay at TUI Blue Bahari Zanzibar and we love it. Rooms are very nice, the food excellent. We had aromatherapy massage and for me it was so far the best. Our maid was very nice. We meet Javier is very attentive.

The hotel was fantastic except that it is not wheelchair friendly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet could have catered more of a variety. No seafood was served at the buffet except for Tuna and Cob.

My boyfriend and I have just spent ten nights at this wonderful hotel. From the minute we arrived to the very end, we received 5-star service from the staff who made us feel so welcome in the resort and Zanzibar on a whole. We’d like to name-drop a few of the staff as we really felt they helped make our trip as good as it was - Ally, Hussein, Simon, Othman & Sia, thank you all, any other visitors to TUI Blue would be lucky to share their time with you. Can’t rate this place highly enough, maybe the friendliest and professional hotel atmosphere we’ve experienced - great resort, great food, great entertainment and great staff! Hotel has the potential to be great. Staff are friendly. Customer service is really bad. I booked 9 Junior suites. Was downgraded a week before arrival with information provided that was not correct. Information provided about services offered when I booked was also wrong. They started off wanting to make it right but then somehow decided to not follow through.

This place exceeded my expectations, thank you to the friendly staff. I would like to single out 3 staff members that made us comfortable, thanks to Method, Nurdin, and Innocent. You guys rock. I would recommend this resort for anyone that is looking for the best holiday
