Great private fast-ferry company connecting Zanzibar island wiht Dar Es Salaam in about 1h20min. Downsides are delays in departure, waiting room for boarding into thr ferry is not clean at all, and while travelling on days with rough weather, things inside the passenger cabins are getting out of control(lots of yelling).

Nice booking experience. Staff is helpful. Ferry is pretty clean and fast . Better to book morning ferries as the sea/ocean is less violent . afternoon time due to waves the ferry is not comfortable to some people with sea sickness and they can vomit or can faint

Booking place for zanzibar boat transport, one of the safety boat to Zanzibar with high quality service with better sitting arrangements, boat fare range from 25,000/= to 70,000/= for luxury (resident) non resident the fare is 30USD.

The customer service is pronto!! They made an error in my booking and the ship was in one hour and they responded and rectified it right away! excellent service on board and off!!

Paid for Business class. All we got was first dibs at seats before economy starts storming in. Basically just the same as economy. Not worth the extra cost. Better pay more for VIP if in budget range for a better experience. Hope this helps someone out there.

Would not go for this company. When something goes wrong. You are on your own. They told us the Ferry will take 5 hours. Instead it toke more than 11 hours on a ferry. This problem was a problem that was already for weeks. They not told us. Instead they sold us the expensive tickets. After trying to get in contact with them they give no response. Scam company.

How can you miss travelling with Kilimanjaro sea express to Zanzibar. Alway the front seat is great

The Company is Only after money. We paid through the hotel so no briefing was done. When we were dropped off at the station, we had over 20 people fighting for our bags. Eventually the ones who managed to pick our bags took us through only in the end to ask for money. The situation was overwhelming not knowing where to go and what to do. No one from the company talked to us. Eventually we got our way to the boat. We found ourself on the Business class which had been booked and there were suspecious faces all over not knowing if we were safe. There was no Safety briefing at all, didn't know how the boat operations were done and in case of emergency, what we would do. This is not a safe company to use. Eventually at the exit we were left to ponder where we could go. No markings at all. No staff at all to direct us. Flights from Dar are at the Same Fare. Do not try to board this ferry. Incase of accidents you are all dead as no one will assist you or show you any safety features. Book a flight to Zanzibar Period.

Spacious office but arrangment is average. Most of the time is congested, no clear instructions, however there is no problem with ticket availability. Booking can be made online for convenience

I used the ferry in January and must say it was a good way to get Zanzibar island.I would recommend it to tourists.
