I had been going to this gym for months, and one day I came in to work out and was informed that my membership was due, which is just fine. I kindly asked if I could work out and pay the next day because I hadn't brought enough cash for the membership fee. The man at the counter angrily told me that I could not work out until I paid the full amount of my membership. It was their choice to deny me access, but it just felt so petty. Secondly, there is a rule that you must have a towel on your person at all times, and it is strictly enforced. However, they conveniently sell towels for 60 pesos. I had forgot my towel one day, and was told that I needed to buy a towel or leave. The equipment at the gym was nice, but in the end it is the people who can make or break your experience at a gym. This gym clearly held cash in higher regard than customers and it really ruined the experience for me.

It’s a great place to go to the gym, the bathrooms are cleaning all day, and the staff are kindly people. I recommended. it such a great place in the parking lot too

Went in to cancel my membership on the first week of December, they still charged me in February.

I try this "gym" for a month, I agree with some clothe not been appropriated to exercise, specially women that show to much and can distract me, but men also need to wear something without sleeves when we train chest, shoulder and back. The gym is Ok, but not really a good option for me.

Never answer the phone. Louder than a bar, the whole neighborhood must listen to their music until late at night.
