Nice
atmosphere,
a
steakhouse
that
could
take
a
lesson
from
the
books
of
the
new
york
city
greats,
keens,
peter
lugars
etc,
to
truly
separate
itself
aside
as
the
#1
steakhouse
in
zaporizhia
(would
be
nice
to
have
a
corkage
fee
and
an
au
poive
available
if
that
was
the
case),
however
i
dont
know
if
this
is
what
they
are
shooting
for
or
if
its
just
a
place
to
serve
a
large
quanity
of
different
meats,
which
would
be
hard
to
sample
all
in
one
setting,
I
myself
was
looking
for
a
steakhouse
and
this
is
what
I
thought
of
the
establishment
in
terms
of
that
(unfair
or
not).
Appetizer
menu
could
use
a
serious
reboot
as
outside
of
the
already
mentioned
meat
selection
(which
was
large)
there
was
nothing
I
felt
compelled
to
order
on
the
menu
outside
of
oysters
(which
when
available
are
from
odessa,
and
were
not
for
my
trip,
but
consider
that
Odessa
is
300km
away
so
you'd
want
to
make
sure
there
fresh
I'd
imagine!)
We
had
mashed
potaties
and
there
selection
of
vegetables
for
our
steaks,
which
were
nice
but
something
deep
inside
craved
for
a
creamed
spinach.
Tbone
looked
savoury
as
shown,
however
medium
rare
came
out
rare
as
the
huge
bone
makes
it
difficult
for
alot
of
people
to
cook
correctlt,
ordered
also
the
pepper
steak
which
was
an
alternative
waitress
offered
to
a
porter
house
i
would
have
ordered
had
an
au
poive
been
available
as
I
simply
adore
it
as
an
accompaniment,
this
steak
was
also
rare
when
ordered
medium
rare
and
a
very
tough
and
dry
outside.
Wine
was
reasonable,
as
a
glass
of
ruffino
went
for
99
remya,
never
had
a
chianti
chilled
before,
but
hey,
red
wine
can
taste
good
cold
why
not?
Overall
the
sheer
look
and
feel
of
the
establishment
was
pretty
cool,
I
wish
i
would
have
had
a
chance
to
sample
the
other
various
meats,
as
i
mentioned
above
there
was
a
large
selection,
hopefully
the
brisket
is
as
good
as
one
would
hope!
