The museum is currently under reconstruction. It's a pity that we couldn't visit it this time. Last time we visited we really liked it. There are many exhibits, types of weapons, sabers and firearms, clothing, uniforms, a lot of history, the Chaika ship, many different interesting items from the times of the Cossacks. I recommend visiting, you won’t regret it.

Be sure to visit this landmark of our region. We were simply fascinated by the views of the surrounding area. The only unpleasant moment is the entrance fee; if you want to visit the Cossack show, then in addition to 48 UAH (entrance fee to the museum), you will need to pay another 100 UAH/person immediately before entering the show. And it’s better to go to the museum on weekdays, since many children’s groups come on excursions on weekends.

Beautifully arranged themes in each individual house. Chancellery, Hetman's house, armory, church, exhibition of Cossack crafts, tavern and much more. We read descriptions and interesting facts in each house. You can find out from this they made barrels of ink, for example, from what documents they collected a description for the restoration of the huts and life of the Zaporozhye Sich and much more.

Great museum. We were there in previous years. Now they are renovating and I hope it will be even better. Above the museum there is an excellent observation deck with a view of the State District Power Plant dam and the Kozatsky Sich. Perfect place!

The impressions are only positive❤The nature is super, there is no garbage, there are a lot of historical monuments) If you get hungry, no problem, there is a kitchen near the observation deck where they will prepare potatoes with cracklings or kulesh, pilaf and everything is very tasty❤🌹🌷There is a bike rental (from the observation point platforms up). Of course they are big, but you can pick up a more or less normal one to ride around the island. Also, be sure to go to the pine forest - the smell of pine trees - 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Remove lasers from the rocks near the DneproGES! ! ! It’s unclear what they did with the reconstruction of the mound near the museum. The money was laundered, the mound (mound) was mutilated

An interesting place to take the foreign visitors to. You may observe a restored such, with all functional buildings. The excursion is very interesting. Inside the building of the museum itself there are expositions concerning everyday life of Cossacks, their weapon etc. Old documents are also displayed. The expositions are revised and changed from time to time, so if you think you have already been to this museum, go there once more and you will certainly find something new for you.

Now the museum is under renovation, but the surrounding scenery is incredible. Khortytsya is a place of strength and recharging.

Even an atmospheric place! A modern art object! The main laser show should be seen in the evening, at night, when the sun has set behind the horizon. The laser show is accompanied by sound, which adds to the atmosphere...🤩😍, And at the very top, where there is a CIRCLE, a wonderful view opens up 🏙️🏞️. The journey to the top itself is very exciting, especially if you are with children. There is ice lighting on the fence, the path is laid in a circle.
