Our stay as a family at Khortitsa Palace was wonderful! We were so impressed by the kindness and hospitality shown to our family and our children actually begged us to stay another night, but we had to go because of my work. The beautiful view overlooking the Dneper River and the Khortitsa Island is so memorable. The rooms are very clean, classy, and and the whole atmosphere at the hotel is just top notch. The breakfast buffet is amazing as well. I can't express our thanks enough the kind general manager, Ghaffar, as well as Lyuda and the other kind, smiling managers at the front desk for all they are doing to make this a bright spot in Ukraine! This is the only place I would ever stay in Zaporozhye.

Hotel looks amazing, but does not conform to its price range. In a room for 2 we've had only one towel for bath. AC was not working in the room and we were asked to open a window instead.

Best hotel in Zaparojeye. Comfortable clean and good location. But, expensive.

Been to restaurant last week...we were 3 and dishes been served not at the same time, I got mine first and waited about 10 minutes for dishes to another people to start to eat mine. Ather adventure was to find someone to pay our bill...we were waited also like 10 min for any staff...after went to bar and call, but hear only laughs at the staff room, one of the person after long waiting came inside to ask for a bill to pay))))

Large modern hotel located outside the city center but easy to reach. Rooms are clean but maintenance should be improved, WiFi is strong. Breakfast is poor and with a less than average quality. Service should be improved as staff have a cold attitude and the tendency not to care about customers. Reception is fast and English speaking. There is a parking in the location.

Very comfortable place. Views from 1st and 2d floors are marvelous. Coffee& desserts at the lobby are really tasty. Very helpful and friendly stuff, especially event managers. Highly recommended for business events.

Nice modern and fancy hotel located in a beautiful place, on the hill next to the pond and Dnipro river. Gorgeous design inside and outside as well. Lobby is clean, bright and full of light. Great place to spend time. Awesome for events, such as wedding. Awesome location for photoshoots. Can get here by car or public transport. Many small stores next to it.

A quite up to the standard, unfortunately for the sauna, gym and spa facilities there is extra charge. And now the worst: every day there was a slight problem with the water pressure, but the last day a total misfortune and disaster - after putting on the shampoo and soap the only water dripping from the shower was boiling hot. The reception managers only managed to squeeze out some apology, but no compensation offered for such extreme inconvenience 🤔 A lot of progress and training is needed for the hotel management 😡

Hotel Khortitsa is an oasis . The service is superb. The staff is polite and courteous. I have traveled around the world and I can tell with confidence , the service you receive at Khortitsa Hotel is compatible to the major global hotel chains. Rooms are clean. Staff is very supportive and understanding. I would say Khortitsa is the only Hotel you can stay at in Zaporizhia City.
