I am here for business. It's a good hotel, rooms are clean, right size for the room with single king size bed. The cost is not so high and it's very cheap including dinner and breakfast. The restaurant is very good even if the menu a la carte is very different from the choice included with the room. But at the end I suggest the place. Receptionists are very polite. Very well

It's clean but the carpet s were not, restroom was sparkling clean, food was awful prices are not that great either I stayed in a Junior suite but it's too much for what you get if you are there for an over night it's OK but not more. Food and drinks are extremely expensive just walk down the street you will find sine good restaurants cheaper too.

I love this hotel! Excellent amenities, excellent service, excellent excellence if ok to say it that way. With the spirits and refreshments area just to the right of the main lobby entrance easily accessible with comfortable chairs, makes this hotel an excellent base location for informal meeting and greet. Condition of hotel is: NEW. Rooms are smartly appointed. Balcony access gives you a view of adjacent park and city skyline. I WILL book my room here when I return to city for visit. I suggest you do the say when you visit!

Rooms are very cold. Air conditioning is not enough. There is no hot water in the bathroom. the reception is indifferent to these. Chicken with curry sauce came for dinner, I looked for chicken in sauce.

Its okej Hotel to stay at, they have a resturant at the second floor with traditional Ukrainian dishes. Its in the center and a little bit old interior in the room. The staff is really helpful and speak English Good. Downstairs they have car rentals beside the Hotel reception and a travel agency. In The bottom of the Hotel they have a nightclub that was close when I stayed there. Nice bar in the entrance with cool interior in red with big sofas!

Good hotel located in the center. Rooms are quite big, clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff. Bar night bar, restaurant. Breakfast could be better but still keeps standard. And price - comparing to western Europe - more than actractive.

The hotel itself is probably a 3.5 star rating however in this particular moment they are receiving a one star rating because when I called room service the staff member on duty continue to disconnect the call. I contacted the room service number 700 four times and each time they rudely disconnected the call. The staff should not work in the service industry if they are unable to treat paying guests with respect. Reception staff is nice. Hopefully this is an isolated issue. If it is the staff needs to be retrained or terminated.

Former Soviet hotel, renewed for a second life. Hotel is ok, rooms are clean, overall it remain still very old in terms of style. The Ukrainian restaurant is nice and offers private rooms. Average place , average experience, but overall ok.

Very disappointed by the hotel. It presents itself as a 4-star hotel, maybe the best (or even the only one) in town. However, the price:quality ratio is horrible. Good things: - Nice-looking lobby - Classy-looking lady that greets you at breakfast Bad things: - 3 elevators with confusing call button system. It seems like one set of buttons is wired to one elevator, and the other set - to the rest. The elevators are looking good, but when you step inside, it's shaking like it's about to fall. - There was a physical key to the door, not a card reader. Very fussy and old... - There was often no hot water. You had to wait 20 minutes for it to become warm enough to take a quick uncomfortable shower. - The mattress in our room was incredibly cheap. When I turned from side to side, it bounced so hard it woke up my wife a few times. - The old 4:3 ratio TV with no hope of HDMI input looks really sad in 2019. - The air conditioner was functionally non-existent. It kinda worked, was very loud for the first 20 minutes of working time, blew some air, but it was lukewarm on 18 degrees setting. - Since I have asthma, I left a note for the cleaning staff asking not to vacuum clean. They listened to it so hard it forbade them to even sweep the floor. - The breakfast meal choice is small but nice. It would be great if meals were hot or at least warm though. There was also a time when a waitress came rushing to our table to set cutlery on the seats we did not occupy, like we weren't even there, for next guests, apparently. Overall, just horrible. For 1500 UAH a night it is unthinkable. Will never return to this hotel.
