Very
disappointed
by
the
hotel.
It
presents
itself
as
a
4-star
hotel,
maybe
the
best
(or
even
the
only
one)
in
town.
However,
the
price:quality
ratio
is
horrible.
Good
things:
-
Nice-looking
lobby
-
Classy-looking
lady
that
greets
you
at
breakfast
Bad
things:
-
3
elevators
with
confusing
call
button
system.
It
seems
like
one
set
of
buttons
is
wired
to
one
elevator,
and
the
other
set
-
to
the
rest.
The
elevators
are
looking
good,
but
when
you
step
inside,
it's
shaking
like
it's
about
to
fall.
-
There
was
a
physical
key
to
the
door,
not
a
card
reader.
Very
fussy
and
old...
-
There
was
often
no
hot
water.
You
had
to
wait
20
minutes
for
it
to
become
warm
enough
to
take
a
quick
uncomfortable
shower.
-
The
mattress
in
our
room
was
incredibly
cheap.
When
I
turned
from
side
to
side,
it
bounced
so
hard
it
woke
up
my
wife
a
few
times.
-
The
old
4:3
ratio
TV
with
no
hope
of
HDMI
input
looks
really
sad
in
2019.
-
The
air
conditioner
was
functionally
non-existent.
It
kinda
worked,
was
very
loud
for
the
first
20
minutes
of
working
time,
blew
some
air,
but
it
was
lukewarm
on
18
degrees
setting.
-
Since
I
have
asthma,
I
left
a
note
for
the
cleaning
staff
asking
not
to
vacuum
clean.
They
listened
to
it
so
hard
it
forbade
them
to
even
sweep
the
floor.
-
The
breakfast
meal
choice
is
small
but
nice.
It
would
be
great
if
meals
were
hot
or
at
least
warm
though.
There
was
also
a
time
when
a
waitress
came
rushing
to
our
table
to
set
cutlery
on
the
seats
we
did
not
occupy,
like
we
weren't
even
there,
for
next
guests,
apparently.
Overall,
just
horrible.
For
1500
UAH
a
night
it
is
unthinkable.
Will
never
return
to
this
hotel.
