This restaurant was a mixed bag. Very slow service. Bizarrely telling me a meal I'd ordered wasn't available in that form despite it clearly being so on their menu. Getting a shisha after dinner took forever and needed the intervention of a local regular to get it done. Our drinks didn't arrive and when I paid the bill I was given no sight of the receipt before or after paying to confirm if it was correct. Nevertheless, the food was excellent, the shisha long lasting, the atmosphere good, the place was clean. And the regular who helped us out was such lovely company that the evening overall was great fun. I guess Lebanese staff don't exactly do 'fast food' but they could do with putting a little more effort into looking after casual customers. I would really liked to have given a higher rating. The food deserved it.

Was empty when we went. The food was tasty, good customer service and mocktails were so amazingly delicious. We ordered a grilled Haloumi starter, chicken & lamb platter and the sea food platter. This was enough for 4 hungry people. However we stayed for shisha also and the service we received was pretty poor. There were only 2 groups, ourselves and a couple of females, the staff weren't attentive to us at all and spent most of the time trying to impress the women.

Excellent Food.. service.. especially Farhan! He is quick.. dealt with our big order swiftly and remembered all of it!! I highly recommend this place

Nice cosy restaurant, authentic Lebanese food and amazing service, (Saad) was so nice and helpful, he made sure that I and my colleague were happy. I liked the decorations and the Lebanese songs (Fayrooz), you feel you are in Beirut for a while! Five stars Will definitely come back again. Thank you

Really bad decor in the shisha lounge. The place was very dirty, dusty sofas, tables and chairs dirty. Nothing about it looked presentable. We had food, which was OK, nothing great.

Sheesha was good, drinks were tasty and looked really good! Staff were polite and informative. I wish it was open a bit longer but I appreciate a place in Ilford like this. :)

Beautiful restaurant, lovely outside space to eat, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, keep in mind the portion size are quite big, I tend to always over order; my eyes is bigger than my stomach.

The service was very good. The food was good but wasn't the best. Nice range of flavours. The chilli sauce that comes with the bread was fantastic. Overall it was good and tasty but something was missing. Would recommend this place. Toilets were nice and clean. Music wasn't too loud. Ambience and settings were good too.

Good definitely had lots of flavour..big portions ... surprisingly quiet and not so busy .

Really nice place to chill and grab some good food. We went at a time when there was nobody there very quiet and soft music in the background, sat next to the windows as it was summer. Food was good and tasty and our waitress was kind and helpful always looking over in case we needed anything. Drinks were nice and colourful. Nice decor 👌 would recommend.

We went there on there opening time and we were basically the first. So gotta tell you if you want the best service and freshly cooked food go early. The food was great, im not a lebanese food fan as they tend to be a bit bland but i like to try different things. Their king prawns and wings were great, so was their mixed grill. I didnt like the roasted lamp as it was really bland. Service was top notch. Went there during eat out to help out deal so got 50% of aswell.

Went after a long long time and was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and food has definitely gone really good. Loved having a dinner there in a comfy Lebanese style ambience and friendly staff. Will definitely go again.

Interior is very nice. Food is good except the desert. We ordered knefe, which was microwaved. They have refunded though. Service of woman was good. But there was a new guy who had no idea in terms of difference of spring and sparkling water...
