Safety is very good, rooms are standard. Bathrooms are quite old. The power and internet is better than in other hotels.

The Intercontinental Kabul hotel is one of the most favorite spots for foreign diplomats and foreign tourists, if not the most. If you want to catch up with what is going on; or simply want to spread your stories around, this 5-star hotel is the place. We booked 2 suites for 2 nights last August. The suites have the great view, looking out to the ciyy. We had around 30 minutes to use the gym and the swimming pool, to stay fit a little bit. The food was good. The Intercontinental Kabul hotel is only around 15min drive from KBL, which is convenient and ideal for business travellers. Highly Recommended.

One of best hotel of Kabul, needs to be visited for dinner. However the quality of foods is acceptable depending on Afghanistan security condition. I'm recommending it to have a dinners. It has an amazing geographical location on the top hill.

Delicious Food (Buffet), Very Good Service and Excellent Nature around. Though, life around feels a bite sad therefor the management have to work on the overall ambiance. A Mini Mall of national and international brands will also give it a nicer taste of visit.

Great place for staying and dining. Wonderful location and great view of Kabul City can be seen from this hotel. Delicious food, especially the Buffet for lunch and dinner. Dinner Buffet at the pool side during summer is wonderful Including Afghan foods, fruits, special Ice Cream, and many more.
