The hotel is located in a serene environment with a lot of space. The room was fairly neat and mine had a balcony with a beautiful view (pictures attached). The food was really tasty. I ordered room service and the food was ready at the time they said it would (30 minutes). I'll recommend the goat meat pepper soup (it was really tasty), fried rice and chicken or boiled yam and chicken sauce. They just need to work on the bathroom by raising the demarcation between the WC and the shower so that water doesn't spill. All in all, it was a nice stay, though short

The rooms are ok but hospitality is very terrible. I’ll rate zero star if it’s available. No courtesy, no professionalism. The only thing you’ll enjoy here is the scenery outside with rock view outside with easy to locate landmark. However, they claim to have free breakfast and free Wi-Fi through out my stay non of them existed. Although there’s a sachet of milk and a sachet of sugar and black tea in the room. You can’t request for more and the restaurant is almost deserted. The bathroom had a faulty shower. I hope they can do better.

This is a good experience of Zaria. I spent almost a week here and I must say their room service is on point. Food soo nice and tasty I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it look like it at all. The location is apt, a mountain view, secured area because you'll always ha e top military officers coming to lodge on a steady and they come with their guards in addition to the ones provided for by the hotel. If you're a lover of alcohol, you can't get it here but you can import and enjoy your evening at your balcony as a chair was provided for where you can be viewing the mountains and enjoy your drink or you go to their bush bar and flex yourself.

This is a 3 star hotel owned by a female Nigerian politician. It is a pretty new hotel and it is luxurious located in GRA zaria

Constant electricity, good environmental hygiene, efficient security, quite environment, natural scenery, and, friendly staff.

They have a wonderful view of the rocks.

I keep coming back here every time not just coz I am hooked on the aesthetics, but because the rock view is super appealing. I wake up early to watch the day progress from my balcony, and stay up late to watch the stars. Whenever I have to sleep over in Zaria, I always choose THE FABS HOTEL. It feels like home. I am not giving it a 5Star because the staff could do better.

Definitely one of the nice ones in Zaria. There have a working wi-fi, the rooms are nice even at basic package, there is a car park and it's quiet as well.
