This is the worst hotel I have visited been my first time in Zaria..... Everything look so cool untill I got to my room and met alot problems in it Cleanliness 0/100 Mosquitoes 120/1000 Bad toilet Dirty bedsheets Bad reception service ( Rudeness) No telephone in the room Poor food taste and presentation with high price

They have good and neat rooms, affordable, nice ambience, parking space is an issue here. Children friendly spot, their food is good too.

The standard room is like a cell. Sleeping here was a nightmare. Some crackheads were trying to force open a room close to mine and were noisy all night. Couldn't get 2hrs of uninterrupted sleep. Terrible service.

Emaculate hotel is a nice place to stay Because of the comfortability, So I recommend this place, And again the security is tight.

Located in zaria around pz Is a nice place but need some renovation works expecially there showers at the bathroom in most of there rooms are not functioning.

This is an average hotel in Zaria. Interior looks clean and well kept. I particularly like the portraits they hung on the wall (I'll attach..lol). The room they gave me, quite small with no windows (not good if you have claustrophobia). The plumbing wasn't excellent, at a point I was getting only hot water. Water heater seems to be always on (strange). But what I found a bit more disturbing was the outdoor bar that kept blasting loud music for the most part of the night. Because it's just behind my bathroom window, I couldn't get much sleep. Lastly, the TV, it looks like something from 2005. Overall, their staff are cordial and polite. Also, they're quite affordable.

Excellent customer service Was there for a friends wedding all guest lodged there and the staffs are very helpful.24hours uninterrupted power supply and thier bar is top notch too. It's a nice place to relax and unwind undisturbed.

The noise from the bar,(because it's not sound proof) were really disturbing,and I will suggest the manager take few minutes to flit the room b4 giving it out or not leave it open and there is need for slippers,towel,and hand cream in the bathroom. Aside this the hotel is nice,with nice employees too...and it's situated at an open place,PZ.

Place was horrible at night. They should get an exterminator. Rat as big as cat.

It's in the heart of zaria town, close to PZ, moderately clean,has in flux of customers.

Place is not well kept, they delay to tidy the rooms. Workers are disorganized. Different people come to knock my door thinking it’s their rooms. They allow people to smoke. I would not recommend

This is a good hotel with massive infrastructure to appreciate. There's however need to continue to upgrade the standard of the facilities.

Royal room that i took i regreted it. i think the management are in for outside aesthetics other than the room. old sheets, mosquitoes n cockroaches 🥹

I visited when the place was still under construction and am hoping that the next time i visit the rooms would be better, the service was moderate, no potter on site, some hotel staff were still cleaning up until 6pm to 7pm, the receptionist was working as the porter. I stayed at the standard room, it's cozy but too pricey in my opinion and it's not a nice place to study and enjoy calmness because the music around the hotel was loud and it lasted until 12am if not more I think... Generally, the location is nice, the hotel looks and feels expensive but the rooms doesn't represent it exterior looks..

Rooms are infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes, most of the toilets are in bad state, the air-conditioning in some rooms are missing a remote control same for the televisions, some of the bedsheets are dirty.

They have reception and quick in response incase of any necessary need.

Affordable, central location, but you don't have to be indoor to enjoy your stay. Food courts with reasonable foods are just around the corner. Ask of PZ and you will definitely be guided

Constant power supply

Don't go there especially over the weekend. They have a really loud club and I couldn't sleep a wink. Faulty plumbing, unclean room and stinky sheets. Terrible experience.

That's my Hotel whenever am in Zaria,It has been renovated recently,in fact is up to standard.however,there's need to provide blankets considering the cool season now.

The only good things about the hotel is the location and the staff who are forced to keep apologising for the negligence of the management. 1. All the information on hotels website are wrong, wrong rates, phone number, inability to book online, only bed no breakfast. 2. The rooms are uncomfortably small, the bathroom in room 222 smells bad. 3. Peace and quiet is something you will never get in your room as the whole room vibrates from the excessive music from the bar. 4. No blanket on my bed and the room keeper doesn't even know what a blanket is, he kept insisting the two bedsheets sewn together as mattress cover was a blanket. 5. The channels on the TV's, just forget it. 6. Inaccurate record keeping, watch out a room keeper could just bust into your room with another key thinking it was empty (happened to me twice). Finally I never believed any hotel could break the record of my hotel experience in Taraba state until I stepped into your hotel. For free am never coming back there. Thanks
