I really loved their mashed potato and steak. The staff are very nice and caring. Their milkshake was very good. I loved that they had a play ground. The outdoor atmosphere is very beautiful. I loved it there!

So, I visited hardrockcafe at Landmark today and it was a very beautiful experience. Nice ambience, great food, good customer service. A big shout out to Adams, he was very nice and attended to us swiftly and smart. The manager also came to say Hi and ask if we were comfortable. Their food is great and affordable. This is your go to restaurant on the Island. I promise you would have a good time.

During our visit to Hard Rock revealed several good things they are doing and other things they can improve on. You will enjoy their personalized service, floor manager Rajiv reached us out to help and personalized by asking for our names. Got us a server and asked her to give us special attention. This really amazed us. The food was good in quantity, but we suggest including more options for vegetarians. Some of the team members need to learn to serve better than others. It's a good place in terms of ambiance and needs to improve in the consistency of service. Reach out to me for more inputs if you want to hear the voice of your customer.

While passing through Lagos, I absolutely had to check out Hard Rock! It's a stunning place with their signature decorations that truly live up to their name. The food was incredibly delicious, and we had such a great time there.

I have been to the one in Andorra and Barcelona, but yet this is the best so far. It was very welcoming and such a vibe. The food also was a 10/10. When I come back to Nigeria, I am definitely coming to this place.

In Lagos, this is easily one of the best restaurants. Boasting a large space and a breathtaking view of the beach, the is almost no reason not to come here. The staff is attentive, the food is amazing, and so is the view of the beach. Among their various western dishes, my personal favorite is the Cheese Burger. They really do the cooking well and you won’t reget ordering anything. One recommendation is not to sit outside. Even though it may seem pleasant It does happen that there are mosquitoes and sand flies which may pest you while you attempt to dine. Finally, I’d like to mention that the bathrooms are extremely clean and that there is usually never a mess in there. Altogether, this restaurant is proficient enough to meet the standards of many as one of the best restaurants in Lagos. My goal is to help as many people as I can on google maps. Nice place for a drink and hangout with friends. You can also have birthday parties here with a small group of friends because it's quite spacy. Signature drink is a fruity cocktail that tastes too sweet - Hurricane. You can also get the usual chips, chicken wings and light food here. As at the time of writing this, they have a serious no mask, no entry policy and you have to check in with your email. But overall good place for an evening hangout Went back the next day and took pictures. Theres an outdoor seating if that's your preference. It is such a beautiful space and has various purposes if any one wants to rent out the entire space. The food is high ended, a bit expensive relative to Nigerian brands but it is quite upended in service so you may like it. I didn't like my first time there but my second time, it was must better.

I've never eaten Carbonara and Lasagne in Nigeria that's as tasty as the one I had here today. The food was amazing!!! I had the lasagne and my friend got carbonara but we tried each other's food and loved it. If you like pasta dishes this is the place to go. Seems like it's a hidden treasure though. From the streets there's no sign pointing you to the restaurant...probably because it's inside the Blowfish Hotel...Like you literally have to walk through the hotel's reception to the pool area. The decor was also very well thought out. From the wall papers to the cutlery; from the blue check napkins to the open fire place, everything came together and gave off an amazing ambience. I only drank water so I'd go back and try the cocktails on a non-work night. Very pocket friendly as well. Definitely going back 😊

I smell coffee. A very maintained cafe that serves coffee, drinks, lemonades, fast food and sides. Although the sitting area is small, it is still sufficient and comfortable. The brownies are really nice.

A bit tight, wish it had more space. Not a great place for a meeting if you require some privacy (everyone basically hears what everyone else is saying because it is so small) but awesome to put on some headphones and get some work done. Coffee is good and there is an interesting menu of various pastries and toasted sandwiches. Service is sharpish. Nice spot.

My first ever visit to a Cafe Neo cafeteria on June 23, 2017 (the one in Sanusi Fafunwa Street, on Victoria Island) was a bad experience. First of all, the staff there all looked unhappy and that is no way to endear customers. Secondly, there was no desire to meet my beverage needs; I don't like taking caffeine, and I was told that there was no chocolate available, without any initial plan to offer me something else. There was also no prior explanation of the receipting system; I had to ask several times before someone named Michael (I'm not sure he was even a member of staff) explained it to me. There was nothing displaying the hours of operation and the information on google stated that the cafe closed at 7:00pm, but I was told much later in the cafe that they close at 6:00pm, as I arrived there at 5:45pm. At 5 minutes to 6:00pm, my request for the wifi password was declined as they were “about to close”. This is just bad customer service, and this casts a bad shadow on the institution. I hope other outlets of the chain are much better.

This restaurant is almost considered as an eatery in a mall. The food took around 20 minutes to come. To us which isn’t a long time. The price ranged from N4000 - N11000 per meal. Even though it is comparatively costly, I enjoyed the experience all in all. In conclusion, Hardrock Cafe has an awesome ambience, amazing food and good customer service. Would recommend 💯!!

Top 3 coolest restaurant in Lagos! The DJ is quite amazing. You can be rest assured of a good time here. Service is topnotch as well. Love how the menu is scannable lol. This has always been a favourite because of the service, tasty food, cocktails and music. They prefer reservations nowadays.

To start the location was easy to get to. It's on the Landmark Beach boardwalk and there is parking available. They also have valet parking and curbside pickup and drop off. Before even entering the restaurant you have to wear a mask and fill out an online survey to make sure the place stays covid safe, which I can appreciate. The hostest and the bouncer at the door were very polite and wore mask each time we've gone here and they give hand sanitizer. The inside is very spacious so the tables were spread apart again covid safe. The menu has a good variety of food and almost everything we ordered we enjoyed. The Mac n cheese was a little more creamy than I would have liked but thats just me. The suya was very good, as was the jollof rice which we got each time. The chicken fajitas I enjoyed and came out sizzling. I really like the One night in Bangkok shrimp dish and the shrimp we a good size not small at all. The also have an outdoor area where there is bar and the dj keeps the jams coming. For 2 people our bill was about $80 usd which included 1 drink each and several dishes to share. Also they take international credit cards which is a major plus for anyone coming from another country. Overall great experience with some cool artist memorabilia including Michael Jackson! We will definitely come back especially during the evening! Updating the review after going here again! I really love the space here and they're actually upgrading and adding a pool area, which will add a nice touch to the Landmark Boardwalk. This time we got other than the Rice and Suya tried the chicken and avocado Flatbread and it was truly delicious. They added a gaming area with a Playstation, which us great if you have children or want to enjoy some drinks with friends. The place wasn't busy during the time we went, but I know in the evenings it's typically busier. This time after our meal that our awesome waiter Victor served us the Manager Tejasvi came over to our table to ask if we needed anything or how our experience was. Overall we really enjoy coming here and bonus is they take international credit cards for anyone not from Nigeria. This will always be a place we visit whenever I'm in Lagos! I never thought I'll be doing this. This is a bad review. I just can't see myself giving Hard Rock Cafe anything less than a five star rating. However my friends and I were offended by the service we got there and we had to take our party somewhere else. We ended up at Kapadoccia (lovely place by the way). I need to express myself about Hard Rock Cafe. Last night was my first time there, my friends and I made a reservation to celebrate a birthday. We needed to have fun and make memories, have something to remember. It just happened that we arrived 15 minutes to the end of Happy Hour (we didn't know what it was at the time). The person who attended to us, (a young slim lady, dark skinned with glasses) showed one of my friends the QR code and gave him the Happy Hour menu. Only for her to return 10 minutes later at 8:25 PM to take the menu away and she made sure to let us know what we had just lost, even when I tried pointing out that we still had 5 minutes since it was meant to end at 8:30 PM but it didn't work and that's how we found out the meaning of Hard Rock Cafe's Happy Hour. That's when we decided to find a different location. For anyone who is as ignorant as we were, Happy Hour at Hard Rock Cafe is a get two at the price of one deal. We really didn't care about it, all we wanted was to have a party but that kind of service was off putting. We went from excitement and joy to feeling like fools struggling for freebies. I believe Hard Rock Cafe is a great place, it's just unfortunate that I lost my chance to experience it. On the bright side, that experience pointed us to a better location and it was just what we needed a blessing in disguise.

The ambiance is great with a really nice open space, a pool and also air conditioned indoor area if you want a quiet space and free wifi. However, the food was bad. We ordered a Penne Arabiata pasta which was overloaded with garlic, we ordered tiramisu and I can't quite describe how it was cause I haven't seen something so badly presented. We then ordered wine which was good and coffee which was horrible. They didn't give milk and just gave hot water, sugar and a cheap nescafe coffee powder for us to mix and have. Customer service was the worst, the waited took 40 min to bring the check and never responded properly. Overall I think this place is overrated.

Small petite place. Service slow when I arrived, even though only 2 customers inside. They didn't have small size cup - out of stock, so I had to up size my coffee. Decor is edgy yet feels like a coffee shop. View from inside looks on to the car park - if full parking you only see the rear end of cars. My takeaway coffee was great. Had no distinct flavour, other than normal coffee. I had cappuccino. I think they should look at there bean supplier & get proper roasted coffee beans. If I'm to pay that price, I'd expect a decent roasted flavour coming through.

Was a comfort place when my office was on Adeola Hopewell Street. Small but welcoming. Loved the par fait and their snacks. You could sit in a quiet corner to read or work on your lap top too.

This is a very nice to place to work peacefully. The atmosphere is very cosy and calm. The coffee and snacks are very good, especially the vanilla cake. Also the staff are very friendly.

30th of December 2020 at 8:30pm, I walked into the restaurant with my friends ( we were four ) sat and waited for 10 -15 mins before a waiter came to take our order ( bare in mind at that time they weren't much people) then he came to finally take our order and I told him to please clean our table, he said OK and left. 20 mins gone , no cleaned table no order taken. It wasnt a busy Wednesday night ( I promise you).

It is a nice place, actually its my first time to come here and the ambience was great. I like their decor. So nostalgic and iconic. We went there on weekdays so its good that not much crowd. Good place to have an ice cream. I was stunned with their hot fudge. I didnt know that it was so big and it can be good for three people, but if you are fanatic with ice cream oh yeah forget it. Just enjoy the whole fudge on your own😂. I havent tried the other dishes yet but hopefully next time I can eat their delicacies.

I visited in June with a friend and I just fell in love with the ambience but the food was not good at all for the price. I thought that was a coincidence and I did not think much of it until I took my family there yesterday the 29th August 2021. I was very unhappy because it turned out to be the same disappointing meal, very dry and tasteless. We had spicy and barbecue chicken wings , burger and chicken nugget like meal for my toddler. However, the staffs were warm and wonderful and almost made me want to ignore the bad taste but the food did not give me value for the cost. I would like to come back and would want you to work on your food menu in the meantime, thank you.

Every experience at Hard Rock Cafe has always been awesome for me. This last visit was for my send forth by the last org I worked for. Ambience: The atmosphere was great, as usual. We were at the open space at the back and it was well demarcated for bookings. And yes, there was a proposal beside our table so, the ambience around us was given a face-lift (- She said YES 😁) Customer Experience/Service:The experience was better for me than the last time, probably because of the person that attended to us. And there was absolutely no one in the building proper. The “party” was outside and they have a minimum spend of N50k outside. Also, if you want to sit on any of the couches outside, then you have to buy bottles, you get? The music was super loud outside as well. Club level loud lol. At the end, we decided to stay indoors and it was just us inside for the longest. I had some cocktails and they were nice. My friends had fries, wings, Jollof rice, etc. Overall not bad but no serious hype here. Also, before you go in, you have to fill in the virtual form on COVID something something. Much better experience than my first visit (several years ago when Hard Rock opened). The servers performed above the "Lagos standard", were attentive and accurate in order-taking. The dishes we ordered arrived quickly and were plated nicely. My burger was outstanding; my wife's steak salad was delicious. The 4 Stars is because the beer could have been served colder, and communication between the security staff and Hard Rock front door personnel. We were not allowed entry without masks while the doorman and others were unmasked. In fairness, the front door staff handled the situation well, so I will give 4.5 Stars 🤩

I’ve been there for different events and at different times. It a versatile space for simple drinks, meals and a night out, parties and concerts on specific days. It maintains the hard rock aesthetic you’d see in other countries and I remember really enjoying the last burger I had there.

Way too pricey. The food tasted stale and I couldn't eat it although I enjoyed the burger. The cocktail wasn't great. The ambience is nice with indoor and outdoor dinning. I scanned a code on the menu and placed my order only to realise after 10 minutes that it doesn't work. Scan the code to see the menu but place your order through a waiter. I noticed just two waiters serving both indoor and outdoor which delayed service. Parking space is a walking distance from the entrance.

Hardrock cafe Lagos is an amazing place to be. I’d recommend for any person that wants to visit a restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. My waiter’s name was bright and she was very courteous too.

Loved the ambience and music. If you are not based in Lagos and you want a taste of the lasgidi nightlife, stop by Hard Rock Cafe on a Monday night. The amazing dj Obi will definitely put you in the groove mood. Their food and drinks prices are fair

So I happened to visit Hard Rock Cafe last week and I loved everything about the place, the food, the ambience, the customer service. This place is must visit on Monday nights especially for ‘Obi’s house’. Big shout out to Ouni, Mody and the team. I misplaced my laptop at Hard Rock Cafe on one of their busiest nights and the team found it for me the next day, can’t thank them enough for that.

Was a really lively experience. My waiter Kabiru was so nice and chilled. I’d definitely recommend for anyone out there looking for a chilled spot to hang out

Let’s start with the location, the restaurant is neighboring Shiro (Landmark), and it was designed to look “rusty” to show the hard rock! I like! For food, hmm their food was just there very pricey, bland and small. I also learnt there are nights for live shows which unfortunately we didn’t go on any of those days so the place was too quiet and deserted.

Amazing ambience and customer service. The wall is decorated with memorabilia from the pop and music scene so you have something to make your stay worth it.

Hard Rock Cafe is always on point. It's really an interesting place to visit especially when the karaoke is going on. The staff are efficient, always quick to clear out used cutlery, dishes and drinks. I swear I was almost cleared out once cos the staff thought I was used. I digress, the food is good and drinks are cool too. I would like a more robust drink list though. That's why it's a 4 star. It's about the drinks baby

The environment is nice and serene. If you love rock music this is the place to go.

One of the best places for a family brunch. There’s also an event that happens every Monday night called Obi’s House, you should totally check it out!

I had the chicken sandwich and fries, my sandwich was plain and bland tasting, had to ask for BBQ sauce just to dip it in. Their turkey tenders/fingers on the other hand was really good. Service wasn't up to par, they were too slow.

It was nice. I liked that I could sit outside when I couldn't take all the smoking going on inside anymore. It was giving a perfect Friday night relaxation and change of mode that you may need.

From the food to the staff was just so amazing. It was beyond my expectations they serve good burgers at a pocket friendly price. Is a place you should check out.

This is a cafe inside landmark and the atmosphere was awesome even though it was Monday morning everywhere was packed with cool music from the dj, their staffs are prompt and customer friendly, not really excited about their food though but doesn't take away the fact i had fun while there

Additionally, the noise level in the restaurant during the live music performance was almost overwhelming, making it difficult to hold a conversation or relax. In summary, while it offers a unique and fun dining experience, there are some areas where improvement is needed. The slow service and high prices could deter some customers, while the noise level during live music performances might be too much for others. However, for those who are willing to overlook these issues, the food and drinks are sure to satisfy.

It was a wonderful experience here. You get that international hospitality feeling while in Nigeria. I love it.

Such a lovely place, with a pocket friendly price items on their menu. service was topnotch. The fajitas has always been my favorite but I think they should increase the quantity of chicken in it. Anthony was such an great guy who pays attention to details he made navigating through the menu a ease for us. We will definitely visit again.

The food was great, but really expensive The price is way above the average price of food at restaurants and small in quantity. But the quality of food and the great service makes it worthwhile.

I am very very very very pleased with Hard rock's customer care.. They served me what I didn't really like and they immediately replaced it and didn't charge extra... only charged for the new meal I chose. Even for the drink, this had happened previously too. I would recommend them anytime.. they clearly put their clients satisfaction at the top of their list
