I had ordered Pounded yam with Ogbono soup with two separate portions of Goat meat and Assorted meat which came to a total of £32. Have a look at the photos I attached to see what I received. The meat in the Ogbono soup was literally bone. These people are thieves and the customer service is atrocious! When I called the restaurant to complain I was told by the manager that this ridiculously small portion was due to inflation prices which is now being reflected in their portion sizes. How ridiculous! Mark and avoid this restaurant! Nigerians are their own worst enemies at times.

Overpriced, tasteless, non-existent service, and law breaking. We ordered jallof rice with ox tail and another jallof rice with chicken. The oxtail, as you can see, was 4 small pieces and mainly bones with around 2 spoons of meat in total. The meat tasted a bit damp, maybe indicating it was a bit old. The rest of the plate was JUST rice and two measly slices of plantain. The chicken was no better with the chicken dry to the sight and taste with a thick inediable top layer, clearly indicating that this dish was cooked much earlier in the day and reheated. Again, a small portion considering that these individual dishes are £16-£22 per plate! This is extortionate, especially considering the area the restaurant is situated in and that they're charging this price for a plate of tasteless rice! The drinks were also overpriced. We order 1 beer (£8) and one can of ginger beer (£4), and the lady would not allow us to order tap water. This is breaking the law! She insisted we order bottled water instead which we did after we were scoffed at and felt judged for even asking for tap water. A bill of over £50 for two dishes and 3 drinks is overpriced, especially considering the state of the food. Unfortunate to say, this has been my only 1 star review to date. ***A note to the owner of the restaurant if you ever read this review. Please read the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010. This shows that restaurants that serve alcohol are legally required to serve water to paying patrons.

This shop is a joke. Do not buy food from there. I ordered a pepper soup and assorted meat only to receive the assorted meat with 3 pieces of meat in the container (see picture attached). When I called the restaurant they didn't even try and help resolve the situation. It's a shame that I won't ever be supporting this black owned establishment again. Sort your food out and better yet your customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. DONT BUY HERE!!!

Very awful experience… I’ve ordered from them via Uber eats for over a year and recently they got it all wrong. I even have to order twice whilst report to Uber for a refund and refund accepted from UBer. But I wanted to eat egusi and ordered again with assorted meat.. they did a very wrong sauce again with Fried fish and the pounded yam was stale, hard and rubbish . It’s so disappointing as I’ve always patronised them. The person i spoke to on the phone didn’t help at all with the complain… I will never order from them again. Customer service is very poor and of no use. Staff need better training. Food needs to be cooked well. Waste of money

The photo attached should speak for itself. If you want to reconnect with Nigerian delicacies, 280degrees restaurant on Kilburn High road is the very place to visit for eat-in or take-aways. The foods it’s self is next to non I have ever tasted in the entire UK and the scenery was very inviting and relaxing. 280 degrees, you have greatly made me feel at home just by serving me your delicious foods. To add to this… my 8months old baby boy had his first spicy jollof rice here and since then has loved well cooked Nigerian foods. Thank you very much guys.!

The food was wonderfully tasty and delicious. The customer service was amazing and the staff so polite. I don’t usually leave a review but going through the reviews on here I decided to write my experience from my own point of view. I reside outside of the radius of this restaurant’s delivery zone, I ordered because i have heard a lot of good remarks about them, obviously i was aware that the delivery will not be quick due to distance but it was amazing for the staff to call me to also inform me on that and the extra zone charge. They kept me updated with the driver’s location which to me was brilliant customer service but to another individual would be a disturbance or perceived differently. Its all about our perceptions. They explained all i needed to know and my options and guided me through their menu and i was able to make an informed choice. I have no concerns about this resturant and will keep ordering from them henceforth and will recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work and the polite customer services. God bless

This is the best African restaurant, I had all my meals everyday here. The service is excellent all the dishes are perfect. Best chef . The fried tilapia and plantain was mouth watering, chicken, gizzard . Thank you for the African experience.

Still the best Nigerian meal I can find in London after 5 years of consistency. As an Igbo person from Naija you will definitely love the food here.

Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, pricey meat portions could be bigger ,however on my second visit I ordered chicken okra and was given seafood they didn't change it ,lucky I wasn't allergic to seafood, I was flabbergasted that my soup had onion skin in it and rubbish ,they gave no apologies,I got up walked out and refused to pay,! I think I will go to the African restaurant in Cricklewood next time 84 West quality and quantity there.

The service was good, however when I received my food (goat stew & pounded yam) I was extremely disappointed due to the amount of excess oil that was in the stew, the temperature being very low & the food not being fresh, almost as if it had been taken out of the fridge and put in the microwave. (As seen in the picture, pounded yam is not meant to look this lumpy) I proceeded to complain and the manager told me it was fresh and that because they just open for the day that I should excuse them, but absolutely not... I myself am African and know when pounded yam and Stew is not fresh, I was extremely appalled, food should be made to a great standard regardless of the time of day. He then offered me a replacement of jollof + stew and plantain which was decent. I then asked for the bill and was very surprised at what the manager had said next. He asked me to leave a five star review, even considering the fact I was disappointed, there was no remorse, no apology.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant. I will NOT be returning.

For the prices you sell your food, the presentation and the way you delivered my food was appalling. Unfortunately my favourite Nigerian restaurant in Harlesden was closed so I was left with yours. I will never ever order or visit your over rated restaurant. The peppersoup was not fantastic and the worst was the bitter leaf soup, it was bland and with 4 pieces of assorted meat. The meat was hard and it was tasteless. Please food is so important, especially during a pandemic improve the quality and quantity of what you extort from people. It is not only just about the money, give people what they paid for.

Walked in with a friend and the guy came up and told us the prices are higher then they say on the menu. Straight red flag. The portion was tiny like the take away portion they deliver. How can 2 ogbono soup only have 2 peices if meat? 1 portion of jelloff rice 3 meals cost £70 for 2 people? We was the only Asians in the restaurant the African customers that came after had bigger portions of food and I'm sure was charged less as they charged up £70. I recommend people not to go in there no more, service is rubbish prices are a joke.

As much as I wanted this to be a great experience. It has not been, I’ve waited for almost two hours for my order, contacted the resteraunt multiple times about the issue and still have received no help or updates. So far this has been the worst customer experience. More updates and support will have been helpful instead of ignoring the calls

Thought I would try a new place today and the restaurant was practically empty when I made my order for Beef Suya which took 25 minutes to arrive. Its not worth the money, it cost £12.99 and I got a small container of suya with onions and cucumbers. On top of that Suya didn’t taste great. Definitely won’t be returning. #ripoff

The service was poor, the waiter was too distracted and got all our orders wrong. We specifically asked that the food should not be spicy, then it comes out very spicy. My friend specifically asked for vegetable eguisi, but he was served ordinary eguisi. The server seemed too distracted on the phone when she was taking orders and had no customer service skills. It was enbarassing!

Very poor quality food for a restaurant run or owned by igbo's as i expected nothing short of quality as an igbo man myself. Service was terrible, very bad customer service, the food was tasteless and wasn't hot enough. My overall experience was just bad. The only good experience of the night was the DJ who was great! The price doesn't reflect the value, the quality nor experience. I'm prepared to as much as for a good and tasty food, but I'm sorry this was bad.

me and a friend of mine who is also a chef, we love to try new things and having seen a nice little restaurant, we thought we would try here, where the only edible things cooked well were potatoes and plantains, the meat was so hard that the first bite I had I was tired of chewing it, the rice dry, old and hard, with a piece of nerve that I could not cut with knife, inside the rice there were two pieces of tripe treated so badly that it still smelled of dead animal entrails, the quantity of dishes was so scarce that as soon as we left this restaurant we ate one pizza each, the price so high that it was more than double our expectations, they did not bring us any type of bread to accompany that impossible meat to eat (or a side dish of vegetables), there are no sweets on the menu, Instead of treating us well as new customers it was clear the intention to take advantage of two people by feeding them the most absolute disgust auto food; I have never thought in my life (as now) to hope that a business deserves only to close

Ordered ogbono soup with pounded yam, esiewu and fried rice. It was absolutely amazing and filling. There was nice music in the background to vibe to while eating. Hygiene was 10/10, very clean. Customer service was brilliant, would definitely come here again. Highly recommend 👍🏾.

As a Jamaican, this was my first experience of dining out in a Nigerian restaurant. It was a surprise treat from my son and Nigerian daughter in law. I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience as we entered the restaurant. The decor was nice and the place looked and smelled clean. The DJ was playing upbeat music and the vibes felt good. The food was well presented with good portion sizes. The peppered fish, fried yam and plantain was delicious. The oxtail tasted a little tough. The food tasted freshly cooked although it took a while before it was on the table. There seemed to be a lot of Nigerian customers eating in and also coming and going for take outs. The owner greeted us at the table and seemed very pleasant and interested in making sure that we were enjoying the experience. I was not responsible for the bill so I am unable to comment on value for money. However, as an eating experience and customer service, I will definitely go back. Well done 180 Degrees. Keep on doing well but look to improve where you see any negative reviews. It's all about the customer experience. All the best!

PLEASE CONFIRM MEAL PRICE BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER. I was at this restaurant recently to eat. Food taste wasn't so great for the amount paid, also considering the quantity. However I have a serious problem with the fact that the restaurant had a different price on their menu as opposed to what I was asked to pay. The price for the pepper soup on the menu was 12.99, but I paid 14.99. Secondly, nkworbi was 14.99 on the menu but I paid 16.99. Customers are supposed to be made aware of any price changes prior to placing an order or immediately before they make final payments. Not just entering any amount and expecting customers to pay without questioning. It's unacceptable.

Wasn’t a busy day but food was on point. Need more effort to create a vibe. Need an interior that reflects our culture. I really wish African restaurants would try harder to create better ambiance. Would help attract a diverse crowd.

I ordered jollof rice ,chicken, egusi and okro soup. Although the jollof rice was really nice I really did not appreciate the egusi and the okro soup as they tasted awful and the okro was so full of water. I would appreciate if they improve with the way the soups are being made.

Not a great experience as there was rarely anything on the menu available. The staff had no idea of what was available. I was not impressed at all and will not be returning to the place. Not sure how I ended up there in the first instance. Food was overpriced and could do with being seasoned better. Underwhelming experience. They were Ill prepared for customer orders. Maybe they just stick to being an overpriced takeaway joint. Give it a miss please. Zero stars.

I walked into the restaurant and it felt like I walked into Nigeria again. It’s so cool, chill and service is top notch. I would recommend a million times. So sad it’s not in Leeds. Anytime I visit London I’m definitely coming back.
