life

Late
Aguyi
Ironsi
had
gone
to
visit
him
and
unknown
gunmen
came
after
his
life

Fajuyi,volunteered
to
be
killed
alongside
his
guest.
This
is
one
of
the
greatest
sacrifice
to
be
paid
by
anyone
in
the
history
of
Nigeria.

the
park
is
a
fountain
and
in
the
Centre
of
it
is
the
life
size
statue
of
the
late
hero,
Adekunle
Fajuyi
dressed
in
his
military
uniform
surrounded
by
each
of
the
36
states
of
Nigeria
and
the
FCT.
The
States
are
embossed
in
marble
around
the
statue.
You
can
have
a
peep
into
the
park
from
the
newly
constructed
bridge
that
overlooks
it
on
the
left
and
the
Ekiti
State
Judiciary
on
the
right.
A
place
to
relax
at
night,
there
is
a
restaurant
and
different
bars,
mai
suya
and
different
small
chops
at
the
Park.
People
are
treated
to
music
by
a
life
band
at
Fajuyi
park
very
often

park
is
always
used
for

held
in
the
park.

is

Park
is
