A nicely designed convention centre. It's hard to get too excited about it but it works and works well. I was there for the New Scientist Live show but so many different events are run here over the course of a year. I arrived by Elizabeth Line train @ Custom House and then it a very short walk to the centre itself. The food facilities surprised me by being a little better quality than I expected and offering a much wider selection than anticipated.

Great day out at the Formula E London E-Prix. Fantastic circuit, amazing quality of production. PA system a bit abrasive around 6kHz - 7kHz, might need taming in this frequency range in future but that was the only negative thing I could say. Water fountains inside. Card payments accepted. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be back next year for Formula E for sure.

I went to the kingdom of winter with my family. It was small but entertaining but pricey for entry and the rides. Still enjoyed the environment and the staff were very helpful and friendly in all departments. The only annoying thing was the entry to excel. After entering the building I think it was Costa coffee. There is a restroom beside it and the smell from there spreads along the way inside. The management should look into this matter.

An amazing size building that can accommodate so much. Really easy to get to. Just attended the Cake and Bake Show. Full of amazing cakes, tasty products to buy, or to inspire. Also, icing moulds, stencils, baking tins, etc.

Attended the Horse show at the Excel centre. Spacious venue, plenty of parking although we pre-booked. Lots of food outlets, a bit pricey but in line with what you'd expect to pay at a London event. Shop area was really well laid out, seats were good. All in all, a super venue

I visited Winter Wonderland here with its carousels and shopping and charity stalls. Fun for everyone, big and small, families and couples. Pay £ 5, and try your chance to win a toy, if you would be lucky! Come, come, while it lasts! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

A great venue for many exhibitions. There is pretty much something going on every day. It is very spacious with many facilities, food places and more. You can arrive here using the DLR or the new Elizabeth line. There are also several hotels around. I'm giving it 4 stars because everything is overpriced. You expect this but there is no escape if you want some food.

1st experience of Formula E in the flesh, and it didn't disappoint. A fantastic experience, I cannot believe they managed to fit this into their space. A good mix of track both indoors and out. Great access to the ExCel arena with a station directly alongside, so no excessive walking involved. There are lots of different food options at all similar prices. Would definitely come again to other events.

Went to see Jurassic World Exhibition with the grandchildren. Was quite a short tour but the dinosaurs where life like and the children loved it. If your kids like dinosaurs, worth a visit. Beware, cannot take food and drink inside and no toilets.

Spacious venue and well connected to the DLR and Elizabeth line. I've attended the Jurassic World exhibition and Brand Licensing Europe in 2022. I appreciate the plants wall along the entry, green and good for the environment. There are few coffee shops and places to grab quick lunch as well.

What a place, it's endless and absolutely massive. Went to the facilities show which was held in half of one room which was still huge.. loads of food and drink options, clean toilets, 3 tube stations serve it yes it's that big

Visited the WTM hosted at the ExCeL London. Huge exhibition centre, perfect for big fairs such as the world travel market. When you look at it from the Google maps and try to navigate, you’ll get lost, but when you get there, it’s much simpler than it looks. There are two main entrances/exits, on the western and on the eastern side.

Attended the annual freefrom show at excel. Lots of vendors selling their vegan free and gluten free products. I purchased several products the best one was my sweet chickpea, basically chickpeas covered in chocolate in a variety of flavours. They are vegan and gluten free, plant based and delicious.

Disney 100 exhibition. This is an amazing exhibition and worth the money. It is fully wheelchair accessible throughout but in places are a bit dark and lips in the floor but are all OK just need to be aware of them. But all in all, this is great for any Disney fan to enjoy.

Lots of seating space, lots of food choice. However music volume was too loud in the village, could not hear person next to you without shouting at top volume! Signs and staff friendly. Toilets clean enough for a large venue.

Are you in or interested in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. World Travel Market is that place to be. Its in a easy to get to locate. Simply use the DLR tub line and get off at Customer House for Excel stop and it's exactly a 2 minute walk from the platform to the venue.

We went to the baby show at Excel. The parking is £20 for the day under the exhibition centre. This is easy to get to. The baby show itself was well organised and enjoyable.

ExCel London is an incredible venue for events. I have been here for so many exhibitions and even a to a boxing match. There are many halls, so it caters for different sizes. Tony Robbins does his Unleash The Power Within seminar here. What an amazing event. With over 10,000 and the Tony makes the place rock! I have exhibited here myself, the facilities are second to none. There is some fantastic hotels nearby including the Sunborn Yatch Hotel. Salim Patel

Went for the MCN/Carole Nash Motorcycle Show With my 7 year old daughter and had an amazing time To get in we had to prove a negative COVID status via vaccine passport, negative lateral flow or take a test on site. A photo of your lateral flow is acceptable. Once inside you're fine to have a mask on or not. Excel is a very busy place and if you don't do well with packed spaces and large crowds you may struggle. There are plenty of food and drink shops and restaurants and the exhibition space also had it's own food vendors including a steak joint and fish and chips. The show itself was excellent with live motorcycle racing in the centre, bikes from almost every manufacturer large and independent from Yamaha & triumph to CCM. There are loads of opportunities to sit on all of the bikes however some exhibitors missed a trick by putting do not sit on all their bikes, Rubbish. There were loads of stalls selling leathers and bike gear at discounted prices so bring or save money to spend. The show runs from 9-6 and we arrived about 12. It was way too busy and we couldn't really get on anything or take clear pictures so I advise arriving later in the day, although, the fun buzz has died by 3, so if you want that energy go earlier. All in all a really good exhibition for bike lovers, enthusiasts, veterans and new comers alike. Excel has plenty of staff on hand that are friendly and helpful, plenty of toilets on site that are free and even a family room with fridge, microwave and sink should you need it. Not disappointed at all.

Great venue for the Horse Show and to watch the showjumping. The venue is vast and was able to host two complete separate arenas as well as a few other events with no issues. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that all of the toilets are not clean - every single place was filthy and stank. It really lets the place down.

Pretty nice place. Long walks though as it's a massive place. Connected to the Elizabeth line and near the water as well. Got decent toilets and lots of it, so no rush. The staff are polite as well. Got maps and markings all around. Perfect venue for events. Can handle multiple large events.

I visited here for winter wonderland. It's all indoors so no need to worry about the weather. Excel has a very large car park facility. I paid £25 for parking for the day. I think it could be cheaper if you book in advance not sure. The event was spread over two conference halls. Very big. Quite a few rides. Kids enjoyed it. Costs to consider: *Nothing is cheap* Rides: each ride varies in price. Starting at £3 per child. It can go up to £5 a person. Payment can be done by card. Bumper cars are £6 a car. Food: I paid £2.40 for a coke can sized water. No comments 👀 Nothing is cheaper than this. £10 for a burrito. Parking: £25 for the day. Overall.. it was a good event by very expensive in my opinion. You are paying for convenience and the kids enjoyed it (at least that's what I keep on telling myself). Updating... i went again this time for the circus... hmm.. should have done a movie night instead. smh. 🎉😭🎉😭🎉😭

The venue itself is good - lots of space with great facilities. Well connected for travel and a lovely setting by the river. But the prices for refreshments are unreal - £15.50 for a Subway meal and £2.70 for a can of soft drink wherever you go in the centre! I understand it's a captive audience, so makes business sense. In the summer it's too hot to function well in the venue, making the beverages very necessary - so it feels like extortion, which is unpleasant. I attended for 100% Optical, which was brilliant.

Venue is huge! We parked at the venue. It was quite pricey but parking was very easy and accessible (under the Excel). Toilets were clean. Plenty of eating establishments. We visited The Kingdom of Winter. A really good day out.

The location was fine lots of facilities and selection of food. We settled on an amazing curry wrap. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the Motorbike show. It seems to getting smaller and smaller. Not a lot of interest meeting up with some fellow bikers made the day not the event.

Excel comic con is always a great time! Cosplay always plays a big part of the event 🙂 always fun to spot one from a show or game you watched or played 😊 wasn't as many stall as there was back in 2019, but the fact it was on was amazing! Easy parking and alot of variety in food and drink! Definitely recommend if your a big nerd like myself!

Came here for Disney 100! Must say it’s NOT in the main building, I got lost finding it, keep walking down outside when you leave the tube station and you’ll see a large sign pointing to Disney 100, ExCel was clean, huge, nice place to be. No complaints however not many shops were open

That was my first time at an event. However, it was very amazing. I went to a Game of thones event.😉 Also, we were able to visit other stands at Excel London. My favourite moment was when we found a wall-e creation.

ExCel London was amazing and spacious with so many attractive Disney exhibitions, shopping malls, etc., but the car parking is a bit money-minded (I feel). It has a huge parking space and is almost fully empty. Though We have to park and pay for 24 hours. No hour(s) sessions are available. The parking fee minimum is 25 pounds. So you have to cover the cost of other empty spaces as well. I Highly recommend taking the family in a cab for a short period of roaming or shopping. Thanks.

Attended many conferences and trainings here over the last 15 years. Yesterday, I attended the drone show and Digital Marketing show. Excellent venue for any event and well connected with transport. There are plenty of restaurants and hotels around. To be honest, one of the best venues in the world is to host a large number of attendees.

The venue itself was lovely. Lots of restaurants, ample facilities (including gender neutral ones!) easy access from the city and all the public transport that comes with it. Only one gripe with the facility itself was the absence of easy places to pop out of whatever event or thing that brought you there and do a quick phone call or video conference. More small tables in the giant central hall would be a welcome addition or even more benches along the walls. My particular event itself was a different story (Microsoft Envision). There was plenty of good content, botched by a horrible set of logistics. The conference badge line (and subsequent second try for those who couldn’t get through the first one) was atrocious. Almost as challenging was a set of breakout rooms, half of which were up a grand central staircase that became a traffic jam between every session. With so much space at their disposal I’d have expected better.

Trip was to visit the London Marathon expo. I went on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. Staff seemed very efficient. The venue is large and it's easy enough to find your way around. There are a few places to eat but unfortunately they were closed by the time I got there. It can be difficult to get an Uber from here, had to wait a while.

Great event space, was there for BETT Show 2022. Lots of food choices but rather expensive (to be expected in an event hall). They have free to use water bottle fill up stations, which are very handy! Most toilets are located downstairs but there are lifts. Small 'necessities' shop downstairs which is very useful! Long walk from one end to the other (5-10 minute walk to get from one side to the other)

Went for a crossfit competition as a spectator. The jubilee line made life so much easier and quicker but it was closed over the weekend. The venue itself is huge, a few food and coffee outlets but they get busy. Loads of development happening so it will all get a bit easier. We stayed at the Premier Inn which was only a 5 minute walk.

The Excel is a great location for events and conventions. It's very spacious inside with plenty of dining options for while you're there (coffee, tapas, burger, Asian, etc). Attended the Pokemon Worlds event there and staff were always around from the venue to guide you and help with questions. Really accessible via Elizabeth line for getting there too!

Excel is a very nice place to visit for a show. Always come here to take my son for any exhibition. It can be motor show or a dog show we always come here. Great transport link, massive area, lots of food courts, clean and staff are helpful.

Probably the biggest place ive ever been in. Bigger than some stadiums. How many people 10s of thousands. Easy to get to. Now the Elizabeth line is in. Great venue. Loads of food places. Loads of toilets. Just down the road handy shops. Allround great day out

I had my graduation from UCL here! Functionally, the venue worked well. It was very spacious, with much appreciated natural light, and some overpriced yet lacklustre food options. However, what the venue had in functionality (like for a convention) it lacked in grandeur and sentimentality. Like much of the Docklands, the architecture felt generic and impersonal. Built not on a human level, but on a corporate level, with a bland business aesthetic that looks like it could be anywhere in the world. So while I'm pleased that nothing felt cramped, but disappointed at the dire lack of pomp and circumstance surrounding the event.

A perfect venue for the London International Horse Show. Much more spacious than Olympia, both for the stands and the facilities. The food was better too and there were more toilets. Looks like the horses were more settled than elsewhere too. Please have it here again!

Nice venue but everything inside will be closed unless there's any conference etc taking place. The outside area is really nice. Easy to reach using public transport.
