Great selection of beer and cider, nearly 40 taps of casks and crafts. Will visit again.

2nd visit and very disappointed.. 1st visit was fantastic lovely hot roast .. this time both roast dinners were cold and had to be sent back, no taste .. had a free drink as an apology but to be honest when paying 16£ you get a draft coke for free! After our meal was warmed up slightly the middle was still lukewarm. Also left half of the meal.. very disappointed. Frozen vegetables too.. meat tasteless..

Very nice pub with a great atmosphere and service. There was a good variety of food options. Food was solid pub food but not amazing.

Rather nice pub to be fair wasnt what I expected they did have a wide range of beverages and they also had some good atmosphere, the people there seemed local and very nice. Do suggest.

A nice pub for a Friday night get down. The food itself was very mid however. Lacking in seasoning and flavour a lot of the time. We came as a group of 8 for the Xmas 3 course menu and were left kind of disappointed with almost everything we ordered.

Love thatbthey have tried old traditional games instead of fruit machines. Great wine, rum and ale selection. Young vibrant staff overall. Just a friendly place that's just stepped up their game (pun intended), since the past owners and first visit in some years ...

We booked out the upstairs room for a party and the team were super accommodating. We were able to have our own music, use the projector & screen, and the buffet we ordered would have fed double the number of guests! We had a great time, all thanks to the team.

Really disappointed to see the recent rebranding to a sports bar, rather than the lovely pub it was. Sports showing on every wall and the food has completely changed to sports bar food (pizza, burgers, hot dogs) rather than the brilliant menu they had previously. This was one of our favourite places, and sad to say, we won’t be going back. That being said, if sports bar is your vibe, you will love the Corner. Great beer and cider selection.

Food is vile. Obviously precooked then dipped again into the deep fat fryer. Pizza was edible. Would not recommend.

Disappointing visit. Having booked a table we were shown upstairs which was totally empty. We had to carry drinks upstairs as the upstairs bar was closed. When going to order food we were told there was no chicken or salmon. This should have been explained when the menus were given out as we had all chosen chicken. Without chicken or salmon the menu was limited. The food was average and was brought to our table but when asking for more drinks we’re told there was no table service so we would have to get the drinks ourselves. One member of staff did oblige us by bringing some drinks up. There was no atmosphere upstairs as we were the only ones there - we eventually moved downstairs but don’t feel inclined to return to this pub.

A very welcoming and a cozy place any time of the day. The pub has independent bars and seating areas one the ground as well as the first floor. An open terrace for smokers is conveniently located outside the first floor seating area. They offer half price menu on Monday through Wednesday every week. Monday evening is the quiz night offering nice prizes and great fun.

I had a rather enjoyable lunch here on a day out with family and friends. We arrived around lunchtime on a Monday, and it wasn't too busy which was good. I went for the Aged Burger at £16, but seen as it was "50% off mains Monday", I got it for £8! I was liking this place already! ;) The burger arrived and I was more than happy with it! The bun was light, soft and crispy...there was generous helping of BBQ brisket in the burger too, which I rather liked as it had this nice smokey sweet flavour to it. The burger itself was very flavoursome, which surprised me as was expecting more of a bland meat flavour...it was cooked a little bit pink which I like and had little bit of bite to it which I didn't mind either. Along with the Monterrey Jack cheese, gherkin, tomato and lettuce it was a great combination! This burger was right up my street! :D The fries were lovely and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and went down a treat with the burger! So, in Windsor and fancy some decent American styled pub grub? Then definitely give The Corner House a visit and I'm sure you'll enjoy it like I did! :) Easy 5 stars.

I used to love going to the corner house, used to be a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly but now it has all changed. Staff are not helpful as much, we asked for the rugby world cup to be put on and said only 1 TV with no sound. Instead they put football on with sound and it became empty. What a shame, I had some great nights here. Time to find a new drinking hole.

Excellent service from the Corner House. If you’re looking to book out a venue, then this is the place. The team had prepared the room for us and provided great customer services. Definitely would recommend if you enjoy social games of shuffle board in a pub with a great atmosphere.

Went for some food ahead of the City vs Arsenal game and was unimpressed. Ordered some basics which you would struggle to get wrong - but received the worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. They were the thinnest bits of off cuts of chicken which were heavily fried, although not even hot by the time they were served. The other guys ordered chicken burgers which arrived cold and dried out (and one of the dishes arrived 10mins after the other two). Food in total took 50mins to arrive. Was good atmosphere for the football and enjoyed the beer, but would not recommend for food based on this experience and what seems like plenty of other questionable reviews. On the plus side, the waitress serving fully understood our issues and took care of it when we raised it with her.

Fantastic selection of draft and pump beers. I enjoyed watching a variety of sport, whilst eating the best chicken burger I've had in a while. Excellent staff, in particular the young man at the bar.

Excellent value for food in Windsor Their draft beer selection is quite large, however on numerous occasions I've ended up getting the first pint of the day of some beers which I've had to send back. You can spot this with the beer taps that are still clingfilmed Simple remedy would be to dispose of the first half pint before serving.

Great food choice for the family, portion size was big and tasted great.

It's okay. We ordered an item shown on the google maps menu, and were told they no longer serve that, fair enough. We ordered another item, beef roast, and were charged upon ordering, before the food was brought. After having charged us, they told us they, in fact, do not have any beef. At this stage, we asked for the nut roast instead, a cheaper dish. After a fair wait, we got a chicken roast brought to our table instead. The chicken was serviceable, but not very good. Fries with shredded pork were also okay. There are probably better restaurants in the area.

Great pub, loads of different beers and stacks of other options. Food was great and came out quickly and loads of various sports TV in separate areas. Outside terrace and a pool table, at last a pub with one left. Really good pub, no parking as just out of city centre .

This is a busy, traditional pub in the centre of Windsor. It is old but interesting. We met for a family reunion of 10 and were seated in a separate part away from the TV. The service was friendly and the food was hot and tasty. There is an upstairs area but we did not go there. The toilets were ok but could do with an overhaul and fresh paint. There is no parking on site but there are car parks within a short distance. The pub is close to The Long Walk at Windsor Great Park and we enjoyed walking along that after our meals.

We’ve always had a brilliant experience here. Great food, range of beers and attentive, knowledgeable staff. We had a great roast yesterday brilliantly cooked by chef Jack with excellent service from Joey and his team!

Just fab! We were informed by the young man behind the bar that there may be a slight wait on our food as they didn’t have their usual chef and a member of staff had called in sick, this was appreciated as these things happen but it’s nice to know in advance. Our roasts arrived after about 25 minutes and were absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back soon!

A friend had recommended the CornerHouse as a "great. place to eat" with "excellent food". Sadly, our experience of the food didn't meet expectations. We went for a Sunday roast on the 10th Oct and sadly the food was very disappointing. We ordered food just before the staff decided to close the kitchen as there were too many orders processed at once and the kitchen was becoming overwhelmed. Some of our table got their food almost immediately but the rest of us had to wait over an hour and only after coming to ask for an update. The bar staff were apologetic and did the best they could with the situation. Sadly, when the food arrived it was pretty tasteless, cold and there were also bits missing. No bacon in the burger which was ordered. Lamb instead of chicken on the roast as they had "run out". The one plus for the pub for me was the selection of unique craft beers that they have available. I tried two and they were both great. Safe to say we won't be going back again, un less it's for drinks only.

Many thanks to Jake and the team at The Corner Bar! We had a fantastic Christmas meal this week, very organised and pre-ordering was easy enough. There was a great atmosphere with the festive decorations and occasional Xmas song! Food was great and we’ll definitely book in again next year!

Came here with the family for Sunday roast. The craft beer/cidar selection was great. Everyone enjoyed their food and portion sizes were huge - what more can you ask for! This is probably the best pub we've visited in Windsor so far.

After reading decent reviews for this pub, we arrived on Sunday for what we thought would be the best roast dinner in town. We can honestly say that this was the worst meal that we have all had in ages. The soup was supposed to be tomato and looked nothing like it or didn't taste like it. They then got the food wrong, because the table numbers had been messed around and a gang of youths were drinking on our table. The roasts were that tough that we couldn't even cut the veg with a knife and the meat was very fatty. There are so many lovely places in Windsor and we were taken in by this one but avoid at all cost.

The best roast in Windsor by far, actually best roast I’ve possibly had ever! I regularly come to this pub for Sunday lunch but this weekend we came here for my partners birthday family meal and they were so accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more from them! This pub is so friendly and the staff are excellent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning roast dinner, did not think I was going to leave a review but I wish I had taken a picture before devouring it.. Great range of beers and shout out to Joey, Jake and the team... including the kitchen.. We look forward to visiting you for the Monday 2-4-1 burger deal.. Cheers

Always good fun to be had here. The staff are good and friendly, the beer selection is great (wide selection of great craft beers on tap), and the atmosphere is always lively. I end up here frequently on a Friday night and always have a good time. The patrons are also usually great. I'm never short of somebody to chat with here.

Absolutely fantastic Sunday roast and amazing selection of beers. Definitely worth a visit. We had a nice table in a snug area where we could sit with the dogs and the pram without disturbing anyone.

Booked for Sunday lunch. After a wait finally got our table (seemed short behind the bar). Got a round of drinks. Sat down and chose what we wanted. Went back to the bar to be told that Sunday roasts are off. Staff seemed nice, but either the kitchen or the front of house are a bit useless. Or both. Still ended up paying full whack, for drinks we didn’t finish as we left to head for a better meal elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, especially on a Friday evening. Amazing range of beer, could do with a few more ciders. Highly recommended for a great evening.

Lost In Translation? I booked a table a week ago for dinner and drinks. Requested a table away from the toilets. When we arrived the table was next to the Gents. We explained to the guy serving. He said he dose not deal with bookings. There were no other tables available at this time. We could sit upstairs. We checked it out. No music and the bar was closed. Disappointed.

WOW. What a roast. Pictures cannot do this masterpiece justice. The two of us couldn't finish it! Honestly each and every item on there tasted amazing, cannot recommend this enough. Lovely service, perfect location and really good value for money. Plus, the quality of the food was insanely good.
