Thought Pyramid Art Centre is a beautiful space that houses stunning visual pieces on display and for sale. Entry is FREE. Artists can also showcase and exhibit their works at this Centre. It occupies two floors and you’ll find unique paintings and sculptures all around the building which adds to its aesthetics. You can walk in from Mondays - Saturdays, 9am to 6:30pm It’s such a beautiful space, you should definitely visit. Follow @abuja on Instagram to discover and explore more places in Abuja with us.

It’s such a lovely spot with many beautiful artifacts, but some improvements need to be made. Firstly, finding parking if the inside is filled up is difficult, so trying to expand the parking space would be great. Secondly they should be a board in the entrance, like a museum directory so each visitor knows what to expect on the different levels and/or locations. Thirdly a museum docent would be ideal to explain the meaning of each artifacts & walk the visitors through. I didn’t try the food at the restaurant but maybe another time, I hope it’ll be good. It’s also a good spot for hosting art events like exhibitions or book launches etc. I’d definitely be re-visiting another time. (Please follow @onyiexplores on IG for more info.)

Visited the Art Centre 💃🏾 They had two floors of art works, we were not allowed to take pictures of the art works alone but pictures of ourselves. Really wish art was more appreciated in this part of the world. It wasn’t far away from my hotel, seems not so difficult to find.

The Thought Pyramid Art Centre (TPAC) Abuja is an art museum that with better planning and labelling of art work, it would be more interesting. There were statues and sculptures outside as soon as you enter the grounds. There was a wooden table that seats four people. The couple barely answered me when I greeted them. On the ground floor, I met a young man who told me that pictures were not allowed in the museum. I said ok and decided to be a good boy 😂 I looked round the ground floor art and sculptures within 10-15mins. Unfortunately, I wasn’t much inspired at the art displayed. Neither after enquiring from the young man on the Greek philosopher displayed, which he had little knowledge. On reaching upstairs, I saw a young lady taking pictures. I greeted her and told her that I was told pictures were not allowed. The young damsel just continued. I then decided to take some quick photos. I saw some CCTVs, but didn’t looked switched on. So I snapped away and left.

Visited here quite a number of times, also was once invited for an exhibition and I must say it’s quite a delightful experience, at all my visits I was advised not to take a direct photo of the arts but can take pics with them, there’s restaurant next door as well … I quite appreciate that entry is free…

Thought pyramid art gallery is simply amazing. With a wide array of awe inspiring artwork with their own truly unique stories to tell. I was impressed by all the beautiful pieces they had. The environment is settling and serene. Various outdoor pieces as well. The staff are pretty accommodating though not always rendering quality customer care service. But overall I had a fulfilling experience.

It's a beautiful Art Center in the heart of Wuse. It has two floors, with each floor showcasing different artworks. I visited at a time when they had an event for the day, which unfortunately limited the number of artwork I could view because they had to remove some of the artworks on the top floor for the event. However, I also missed the event. The other artworks I saw were fantastic, I enjoyed my time there, and it's somewhere I would love to visit again

This is a beautiful art gallery and they host opening receptions for exhibitions from time to time. Great place to come for a romantic or casual outing; to for large groups or coming alone. There's a restaurant next door (in the same compound) and the food is tasty.

It was a pleasing experience when I visited; clean calm and beautiful atmosphere with impressive artworks 🖼. There’s a restaurant next to the gallery right there in the same compound, so you can give yourself a treat after visiting the art gallery; parking space was fair.

Their art collections are very beautiful. Every piece has a new and intresting story. That if you an art lover sha! But as of when i visited, there was nothing like gate fee, i don't know about now. So check them out before you visit so you don't be misinformed.

I used to think I wasn't big on art until I visited this place recently. They had the most gorgeous arts on display. Very beautiful collections of paintings, drawings, images made from all sorts. I wish I could take pictures, but, since the arts on display were for sale, pictures were prohibited. I'll definitely like to go visiting again, and purchase art as well. It was a great experience, I just have to say that again. Being there made me feel like a child in an assorted candy store. Loved it! I also loved the art outside which I have shared with this review. There's also a restaurant in the same building. However, I didn't visit it.

A two storey building full of different breathtaking art pieces in different medium from sculpture, woodwork, metal works, painting etc. It is so heavenly, and an added bonus is no one hovers around you while you're browsing. There's also a restaurant near door.

A visit to the Thought Pyramid is always a journey into the diverse beauty and creativity of the Nigerian creative spirit. Ensure the get their updates as various events and activities of repute are always held. You can also visit to see features of various works of art and get a quick bite at the adjoining restaurant. Located in the heart of Wuse II, its a preferred location for the culture and art oriented feel.

It’s a nice place if you love art plus you can actually purchase the art on display. I think the center will do more if the curator can organize art works with more information on the art and the artists. What makes this art work interesting? What’s unique about this artist and the period s/he created this work? I think this is what makes art meaningful and appreciated. I found myself often wondering why the artists made certain decisions. Sometimes, I could barely find the name of the artist. I also think it may be nice to arrange the art works thematically or with some sort of order or process that makes it more intriguing and not just “randomly” which is what I was told when I visited. Notwithstanding, I think it is a nice spot and you should check it out to see the art gallery.

I was a bit disappointed in this place. There was a lot of beautiful artwork, bronze and metal sculptures, paintings and carvings. However, none of it was labelled. it wasn't curated properly and that's quite sad. I also could not view the artwork upstairs because there was an event going on. There seemed to be no art curator on ground and staff were aloof. Art was also in fair condition and could be cleaned and dusted more.

This is it. Quite a collection. A history of the art. True to its name a thought pyramid, I wonder what the inspiration of artists is. The depth of the art is almost overwhelming . I could relate to classical music. From one abstract art multiple stories are told deep in content. Needless to say I was satisfied, so satisfied I had no need to use the adjacent restaurant. This place is lit

This place has lots of pretty art I must say. I was impressed with the beautiful works of art by different artists. There were mostly wooden sculptures and some works designed with beads that are so good. More importantly, there's usually an art exhibition on some days and there's complimentary snacks for those who attend the exhibition. It's a good place to go if you love art. I loved the experience.
